Room was clean. Pool was clean. Our room didnt have a fridge and they brought one. Washer and dryer on sight to use. Ice machine didnt work. There was 1 cockroach but we left food out. Woukd stay here again.

There was a homeless person that kept wondering around the parking lot, the 3 times that i went to my vehicle. The place felt like it was set up for the less fortunate,very dirty in general.so we got in to the room witch was newly painted and newer flooring, but had a very loud bathroom fan that was supper annoying and 2 huge makeup spots on the huge mirror and a big glob of something orange in the sink.i went to take a shower and there were no washcloths,so i went to the office to get some and the lady said to me WE DONT HAVE ANY WASHCLOTHS FOR THE FACILITIE.SO I GO TAKE A SHOWER USING A CLEAN SOCK AS A WASHCLOTH AND NOT 5 MINUTES INTO MY SHOWER I WAS STANDING IN ALMOST 3 INCHES OF WASTE WATER, NOT A GOOD BATHROOM EXPERIENCE .THE POOL WAS SHUT DOWN BY THE CITY FOR SOME HEALTH REASON AND THERE WERE A COUPLE PEOPLE SMOKEING POT OUT BY MY DOOR.

Went for 1 night, hotel lobby and common room was dated. Checking was a slope process. Room is cheaply “remodeled.” The shower in the room looked dirty. Didn’t even use it because of that. The room says no smoking on the door yet it smelled like an ash tray. Sheets has a couple stains and they hid it with the foot blanket at the edge of the bed. Parking was tight and limited.

I think go into this place with your eyes very wide open. The pool isnt open, there isnt a hot tub/sauna. The place isnt in good condition. Many things were in a state of disrepair. The building shook all night over and over from what i think is the highway behind it. It had a nice bathtub that i did use and the bed while not very comfortable was clean. It did serve the purpose of giving me somewhere to lay my head down after the concert. I would not pay the same amount for another night. Also check in time isnt listed until after you book at 5 pm.

This place needs to be shut down, they gave me a room that had roaches and after complaining they gave me a room with mice. My belongings had roaches in it and I found a roach crawling in my car. This place could not pay me to book again, it's disgusting and I took pictures and videos planning to send to the health department. The coffee maker has mold, no phone or wifi it was the worst experience ever.

My girlfriend kicked me out of her house and I needed a place to hang my woes for the night. I went to pee and to my horror upon lifting the seat 3 adult roaches scurried away. I then noticed all of their small offspring in the carpet, behind the bed, and even the countertops. I left and slept in my car. I hope my girlfriend takes me back.

There was a lot pubic hair on the tiles of the wall, I don’t know how they even missed it. It’s obvious they don’t have anyone inspecting the rooms when they have been “cleaned” Pictures on the site did not look at all like the room that was given to us.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE PHOTOS. The room I was assigned to smelled like burning rubber and chemicals, it had cockroaches crawling from the walls. The next day I requested to get transferred to a different room, it was a tiny bit better but the bed was so sunken and the TV is not working. It smelled a bit better where I didn't get headaches but still smelled old and moldy. The floors was sticky. But I was told that’s their best room So I just finished my stay and got out as quickly as possible when it was time for check out.

Check in was easy. However when I got to my room there was cockroaches in the room. The receptionist was nice to change my room. But even in the other room there was cockroaches. I think it's due to having it rent out for a long period of time to others. The stairs and the rail was beyond dirty. I would not stay again.

It was very much OK. Old amenities and appliances, stained bathroom and carpet, very limited amounts of things like towels, toilet paper, pillows. Definite lack of modern upgrades like plugs and charging ports. We paid SO much for this room because it was near the Rose Parade - not worth it.

The Internet quality was very poor. I could barely get a connection or check even my email let alone play YouTube. It would be nice if the property had a microwave available in the room. The room could’ve been cleaner as well.

Kind of decent for the price, but you could do much better in the area. Was awakened at 3 AM by smoke detector in room from batteries needing to be replaced No help at all from front desk as there is nobody there until 9 AM And even then it was just I’m sorry

Refrigerator, small kitchenette area with sink, but no microwave. Bathroom is old, & needs to be updated. Phone in room doesn't work, no clock in room, & no daily maid services. They come after you check out, but you can ask for towel changes during your stay. Exterior of building is old, so lights are flashing, pool area is small with a 4 1/2' dipping pool with old patio furnitures.

The photos of the rooms are misleading. Our room had a linoleum floor (no carpet), the furniture was poorly painted, towels were quite thin, the phone didn't work which made it quite inconvenient to ask for fresh towels, tp, or more soap, etc. The king-size bed though was quite comfortable. The outside appearance was pretty shabby, e.g., peeling paint, rotting wood, barely planted gardens.

A basic service budget hotel in Pasadena. The property is located close to the Sierra Madre Metro station, convenient for getting downtown for concerts and theatre performances. This is my reason for staying at this hotel. The room has the basic amenities, coffee maker and fridge. I think rooms have been undergoing some renovation, including a paint job. The King-size bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and all wash and bathroom supplies were available. Traffic noise from the nearby 210 Freeway and Colorado Boulevard can be disturbing.

The hotel downgraded me from the Deluxe room I reserved to a Standard room because they oversold their Deluxe rooms. The front desk attendant said he didn’t have the authority to give me a deluxe room, I’d have to speak to the management the next morning at 11 AM. When I spoke to management at 11 AM, they told me that since I already spent the night in the room, I had “accepted” the room and they therefore had no obligation to move me to the deluxe room I reserved. I find this bait-and-switch extremely unethical. The manager claimed that hotels.com was the problem and I had to take it up with them and he *didn’t have the authority” to upgrade me to the room I actually reserved, or give me a discount on the standard room, or assist me in any way. When I threatened a BBB complaint he said “go ahead, the manager gets them removed every time.” Then he hung up on me. When I called back they stopped taking my calls. I’ve never seen such animosity toward a customer. The WiFi was too slow to work remotely as I’d planned. I killed multiple cockroaches. The rooms look nothing like the pictures and the whole place is a dive. People living out of RVs on the parking lot. Paper thin walls with noise all night. The light in the bathroom flickered like a horror movie. The bathtub’s plug was removed so you couldn’t take a bath. Terrible, very sketchy location right off a freeway exit. Don’t by fooled by the pics—your room will look nothing like that. Run from this place.

We just stayed overnight due to a festival in the area and it was a super convenient and easy stay. Staff was incredibly kind and efficient and got a lot of bang for our buck by staying here. Def will be coming here next time I’m heading to the rose bowl.

So I've stayed here on and off while traveling for my job. Probably close to 2 months total in stays. I have 1x locked myself out of my room because once. staff leaves at 12am and there's no one there until 9am to let you in . With that being said, i extended 2 more nights the last time and had my keys redone to go 2 more nights. the morning i was leaving after being locked out the front desk lady said i never came and rekeyd the cards. Which is crazy causebit took 3x to do it.....i dont know what i was expecting but janet can be a tiny nice rarely but mainly just a blame passing non hostess.

Very friendly staff. Even though it was a busy weekend they were so accommodating. I will definitely be booking here again. I got the presidential suite. I highly recommend.

Staff was welcoming and friendly, check in was easy. I was attending a convention as a vendor at L.A. convention center and the A-line took me within five minutes walking distance from the venue. Definitely what you'd expect for the price, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms need some definite TLC, but it's a place to sleep.

The stuff in the front desk is extremely rude and not courteous. I made a reservation 5 days prior and when I got there it was cancelled without explanation and the guy didn’t even want to check in my confirmation #. Just plain rude.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! I booked a room here last minute around 11pm and when I arrived at the hotel around 1230am after driving into town a note was on the lobby door saying "no guest services from midnight until 9am" on a SATURDAY! I wasnt able to check in and was charged immidiately for my reservation. I had my 5 year old son with me and it was raining. As I pulled into the parking lot I saw the last employee closing up the front door and when I was standing by the front hoping someone would appear to let me in the employee blew past me in their car as I tried to flag therm down to ask what was going on. They ignored me and drove past me. I called a number listed on the note. They never returned my call.I asked for a refund since I didnt get to stay there. They refused to refund me my money and the hotel wasnt even busy that night multiple rooms were vacant with window curtains wide open. the hotel knew I had a reservation. They could've provided a courtesty call to inform me they close at midnight which would've allowed me to cancel or make other plans. Their hours are confusing with check in times and "guest reception" times contradicting one another. It was very much OK. Old amenities and appliances, stained bathroom and carpet, very limited amounts of things like towels, toilet paper, pillows. Definite lack of modern upgrades like plugs and charging ports. We paid SO much for this room because it was near the Rose Parade - not worth it.

They hired the world’s best photographer to shoot the pics for the listing. It looks beautiful on Expedia but it was old and disgusting. Our room was so bad - trash in the trash can, hair and dog fur on the bed… we checked in at 10 pm and there was loud music, people partying in the parking lot, and teenagers cussing up a storm until well past midnight. I was honestly worried that my van would get broken in to. Pasadena has been gentrified greatly but this hotel is in the area of Colorado Blvd that still has street walkers. I should have done more research before booking but I was wowed by the photos and price. The front desk lady was nice, though! Haha!

We just stayed overnight due to a festival in the area and it was a super convenient and easy stay. Staff was incredibly kind and efficient and got a lot of bang for our buck by staying here. Def will be coming here next time I’m heading to the rose bowl.

We were in town for three nights to attend family stuff and the hotel suited our needs just fine. For the price it was a better than a budget hotel chain. The staff was very friendly, free parking was a real money saver. Location was great for what we needed. It definitely needs updating , but it was clean. The AC is loud,as are all hotels and we travel with a sound machine so I recommend you bring one of those and you will sleep like a baby. We were in the middle away from any streets, so that may have helped. We will stay there again in the future.

I booked this room for a convention in the area. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the area was quiet. There are a few grocery stores in the area and one is in walking distance which was great. There’s an Amazon Fresh right across the street. The hotel doesn’t offer housekeeping which was fine by me cause it allowed me to sleep in without worrying about being woken up. I would definitely stay here again.

We were charged $150 deposit plus a pet fee and then walked to our room where staff took a full video of the room before handing over keys.. later that evening I realized I had the wrong remote for the television so I went to the front desk and instead of just finding the right remote and bringing it, the guy kept coming to her room insisting that he needed to come inside and test the remote even though we are already in bed. The room was very nasty and so was the rest of the property. The elevator did not work. Nothing on the property looks like the picturesPool was gross and closed. There is no one at the front desk until 9:00 a.m. no coffee. I would never stay here again

There was only decaf coffee in the room, the batteries in the remote were dead, the staff seemed like it was a distraction for them to assist, I made the reservation early and asked for a ground floor room and they put me on the top floor saying nothing was available, definitely won't recommend the hotel

Fist off one of the main reaosns we went was to enjoy the pool and the hot tub but when we arrived they were both closed although the multiple websites had no notice of it being closed. There was no brealfast even though its on the website. The night receptionist guy was not as helpful as the lady from the morning.

I always look for them to offer breakfast and when I booked it said that I had breakfast, when I checked in and they told me that due to COVID they still didn't offer it but it didn't say there. Also the bed that touched me made a lot of noise every time you moved, I didn't have a microwave, the truth is I didn't like it apart from being very expensive for the hotel that was.

The photos are not an acccurate depiction of the property at all. The pool outside is not usable, there were lady’s of the night outside and in general this is just a very seedy hotel. I will never again make the mistake of booking based on provided photos.

The staff was cordial. I've stayed at this hotel before and the room was nice & clean & looked updated. The room we got yesterday didn't seem to be updated. We paid "deluxe" but honestly it seem like a basic room. The sink faucet seemed to be loose & Furthermore one of the pillows was yellow on the bottom. Honestly not sure if Id want to return.
