Great spot in a beautiful area. Hotel amenities are excellent. Great bar, steakhouse, pools, gym and the room was excellent. 15 mins to a Dodger stadium (without traffic :). Will be back

I have visited the bar several times but never stayed there. I spent 4 days there after being evacuated from my home due to firestorms. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel has lovely grounds. My room was comfortable. Food is expensive there and there are not alot of options in the immediate neighborhood - might be tough with young children. Excellent fitness classes are included in the room price and there is a large pool.

Our room was not ready when we arrived but we got an upgrade to a club room suite, which was recently renovated (brand new) and very nice. The staff was wonderful, especially at the club. The pool was also a lot of fun for the family.

Everything was great, except the pool was way too crowded. Took us over two hours to get our food. Seemed like the property wasn’t ready for the Fourth of July rush. But the Langham is lovely and regardless would stay again.

Staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean and a beautiful bathroom!! Loved swimming in the pool but at night time it wasn’t heated enough. The hot tub was really awesome with some really powerful fun feeling jets.

The Langham provides exceptional service and a clean and safe environment. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The hot tub was out of service, which was disappointing. Be prepared for expensive valet chargers, however our car was always waiting for us when we phoned in ahead of time.

Property is dated but they keep it really clean . It is crazy expensive . They get you on everything. The food there is terrible . The terrace and by the pool is terrible food . It is pre made and super expensive . The only good food is the Taproom or Royce where a drink starts at about 25 dollars . The spa is very good but again way overpriced. It is a beautiful landmark hotel but they just nail you with everything so you leave kinda feeling cheated out of money .

The common area and grounds are gorgeous. The Tap Room was the only restaurant we visited which was expensive but nice. The rooms are pretty dated. It’s not luxury but clean. They basically feel like you’re staying in a guest room in a house or a B & B. If that’s your jam, it’s great but not what I think of when thinking of luxury. The bed even squeaked. We stayed on the Club Level and the breakfast was great. Housekeeping does not automatically come which we didn’t know and did not have our room serviced the first night. We had to request clean towels. The second day I requested service and it was done and clean. It was just ok.

There was bird droppings (many) on the window ruining the beautiful view. No one cleaned despite my request early on. The tennis reservation system created unnecessary angst and confusion. The front desk staff added to the difficulty with a smug and unsympathetic attitude.

I think that the hotel might be too big as it is not that clean. Also service was disappointing. Our balcony was filthy was never mopped with soap, I had many issues with the room and the hotel appear to be more interested in grabbing money $47 a night to park a hired car, that is almost the price of a cheap hotel. They do, do somethings right but not enough to justify all the costs.

The service was very good. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. The lobby spaces are nice and welcoming especially the garden courtyard. Things go downhill when you get to the guest elevators. The rooms and corridors feel dated and there’s an unpleasant smell in the hallway. We started in the west wing where we were upgraded to a room with small stains on the bedsheet. We were quickly given another room in the east wing which did not have as nice a configuration but at least the sheet looked cleaner. Overall cleanliness seemed ok.

For over $500 per night, stay elsewhere. It has a very dated interior, the “superior” rooms were like a dungeon. A small window overlooking a roof top and boiler room. And the worst part, there was a very loud banging noise from the ceiling 24/7 that came every 25 seconds. Kept me up and I couldn’t get work done due to the noise.

A little pricey, grounds were gorgeous but the classic outdated interior was not worth $600 a night. Ugly carpet, pathetic shower, no charging ports. No screens on windows. So a charming old building, but very pricey for an old cottage.

The property overall is pretty but the king room was small and dated. The room overlooked a dumpster and there was loud construction throughout my stay that I wasn’t warned about. The construction workers were so close to my window I had to change in the bathroom because they could see directly into my room. The restaurants were very expensive and valet parking at nearly $50 per day is mandatory. The spa offerings are limited. I would not stay here again.

Had a great stay at the Langham. From the moment I was checking in to the moment I left , immpecxable service all around. My room had an amazing view of the garden and was so roomy! Food.was great too. And I took advantage of the pool as well. Would definitely stay here again! One tip - room didn't have USB charging so bring enough plugs to charge your devices.

Overall hotel property, staff and service were wonderful. The reason for the 3 star rating is that we were assigned Room 251 which is described as a Deluxe room but was not. It's located near the restaurant so the noise level was not acceptable. We kept getting told it would stop at a certain time so we stayed because we didn't want to move rooms if we didn't have to, but after almost 3 hours, we had enough. The room they moved us to was a downgrade but was quiet. Staff was helpful but we wish they were upfront about the noise. We would not have waited and just moved from the beginning.

I had high hopes for the Langham since I’d been there 6 months earlier and it was beautiful. Check- in was good and they upgraded our room but then it was downhill from there. The new pool was super crowded and not nearly enough people working. No towels & dirty towels overflowing. It took so long to get drinks, like over 30 minutes, and my frozee was melted by the time I got it. Our bedroom door didn’t lock but they did have someone fix it while we were at dinner. No conditioner in the container and instead filled with watered down shampoo - not cool. There’s only one place for breakfast and it was nearly an hour wait. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to take our order. Then at checkout there was only 1 person working and like 10 people in line. It took nearly another 20 minutes to get our car. Truthfully, it was pretty disappointing especially since it wasn’t cheap. They need to do a much better job with service, have more people working and figure out how to provide another option for breakfast.

They didn't have the 2 bed room I reserved and they put me in a 1 king bed room. They gave me a rollerbed, waived my parking, waived the whatever fee and gave me $100 so it's all good 👍.

The property was great! Hotel lobby staff and admin were great! Dining staff was a bit rude. Forgot to enter in a few items and had quite a wait for my toddlers food to arrive, valet took over 20 mins both in line arriving and when they had to get my car. I actually walked up to my car and then they brought out my keys— I was taken care of so it’s okay but that was unfortunate to deal with. There were kids jumping in the jacuzzi with chicken tenders in their hands lol maybe that is more of a parenting complaint rather than a hotel complaint but I’m just sharing my experience. Will absolutely return back as it is a staycation for me! Hoping for a much better experience :)

Wonderful resort property. Having stayed at many hotels, there is no bed as confortable as the Langham bed. We had a hiccup with our room, but Ben at the front desk resolved it expediently and with kindness and empathy. Really love this hotel. Have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

Always exceptional. Staff is attentive and hotel is beautiful. The only 2 comments i would give for improvement: 1. Service in breakfast restaurant is very slow, so give yourself a lot of time. 2.when we checked out, the parking valet did not offer to assist with luggage despite seeing i was struggling.

Pasadena was the winter vacation hot spot for the wealthy and famous in the early 1900s. The Langham was its crown jewel. Set in 20 plus acres of lush, flower filled walk ways an paths, with a main building with bright, thick walled and spacious rooms that harken back to a period when craftsmanship was most valued. Can’t think of a better, more luxurious place to stay outside and north of LA.

This hotel was one of the best I’ve staying in quite a while. It was clean, rooms were large and roomy. Walls were soundproof, and great dining options though pricey. Right near the SGV so plenty of dining options. Parking fee of $47 was outrageous, but comparable to other nearby hotels. Overall a wonderful stay.

The Langham Huntington is still an iconic luxury hotel in a beautiful Pasadena location. I’ve been staying here since it was a Ritz Carlton property decades ago and it has aged extremely well.

Fantastic stay! Very beautiful property and extremely courteous staff. From the time I checked in till I checked out I was pampered. I highly recommend the spa. Located a little away from downtown but loved the hotel’s Lucid (house car) local drop off and pickup service.

Beautiful property for our family of 3. We were headed to Disneyland and Universal but wanted a nice hotel to land at night. The Langham exceeded our expectations. The drive to Disney was about 35-40 minutes (even with traffic).

The hotel itself is very nice including the exterior grounds and seems to be in good condition, and we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a huge apartment-style cottage which was really great. Most of the service was good, but the hotel seems to be short-handed, eg. we had to wait a little while checking out because there was only one guy working at the front desk although there was a line. The biggest disappointment was at the Royce Steakhouse where the wagyu steak we ordered was pretty good but the whole lobster we ordered wasn't fresh; we informed the waiter afterwards and there was not followup. Valet-only parking in Pasadena also seems a bit unusual to me.
