Woefully understaffed. Literally zero service. Building was outdated. Air conditioning sounded like an airport runway.

Great gym

The breakfast staff (e.g., Fernando) is great. The valet parking has only 2 charging stations, so charging is not guaranteed, but the staff did help charge my car. I think in general the hotel is pretty good but the hotel's management is only limited. E.g., in the restroom in the lobby, the hand soap bottle is right above towels which doesn't sound the right set up (it's very easy to make the towel dirty) and there should be more than 2 places for charging.
