The hotel pool was closed by the Department of Health and ruined my kid's vacation. We had to stay at another hotel, as a result. The hotel was in a run-down condition. The breakfast was empty 30 minutes after it opened and was not replenished. This place is not worth it.

The pool was under renovation which weren’t notified of upon booking. Pretty disappointing because we could have stayed across the street for the same price and access to the facilities.

I purposely chose this place because it had a pool. At check in we found the pool not working. That should have been stated on the website. At check in our room had no towels. Our neighbor was complaining the air conditioner didn’t work. The ice machine on our floor and the main floor was not working. A sign on the lobby washroom had a sign out of order. The place is nice but appears lack of maintenance is making it fall apart

We were on a bit of a time crunch. Going in the halls had an unpleasant humid smell. Our tub had hair all over, reception was able to accommodate us in another room. But then we waited about 30 min to go in because keys weren’t working. We had a very early flight and all the moving rooms with small children and long wait to get in room was a real inconvenience for us.

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. They brought more towels quickly. The room AC was broken. Ice machine didn't work. Tile floors near elevator and inside elevator were dirty. Hot breakfast - waffles, mini muffins, oatmeal packets, yogurt, oranges, juice or coffee. Staff were welcoming. Check in and out went fast.

The property was dirty. It needed a lot of repairs. There was tape on the tile floor when you walked in. The couch in the room was dirty and gross, if I had my dog I won’t have let her sit on it. Had I not prepaid for this room (non refundable) I would not have stayed there.

The girl at the front desk during the morning was rude and always seemed to be in a bad mood. Breakfast was very scarce and limited to cereal or waffles. The pool area was dirty and the water was murky. Our bathroom was full of ants.

Room was spacious with separate seating area with couch and small table. Beds are okay. Bathroom was clean. Green bed spread/cover looked a bit dingy but all other sheets were clean. Only thing hot about breakfast was the waffles. Rest of breakfast consisted of toast, bagel, cereal, boiled eggs.

I liked the room it had a little living room it has a couch and a table with 2 chairs next to the 2 queen size bed room I booked! What I didn’t like was the breakfast.. NO eggs, sausage, bacon, no oatmeal.

The night staff was great. Room was clean and it was what we needed to rest before our flight. Morning fronf desk lady was rude about breakfast. She made me feel bad for taking a waffle for my son that was sleeping at 6am. I didnt even let him eat it bc of her bad energy. I was stunned she confronted me over a waffle when there is no signage anywhere to not take food. She said food was for the cafeteria only, i thought food was for the paying guests. Overall ruined my day.

This is a really great 3 star hotel. The staff was super helpful. They were able to accommodate a last min request. I was a little hesitate due to the location but it was a far nicer hotel than the hotels by hotel circle.

recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room had throw-up stains on the walls, which was incredibly off-putting. The bathroom did not match the pictures online and felt like a downgrade. The entire hotel was under construction, which we understood could cause some inconveniences, but the overall condition was poor. The front desk was rarely available, and the bell cart had a flat tire, making it difficult to transport our luggage. We requested housekeeping twice, but they never showed up. We also had no toilet paper when we arrived, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, it was a nightmare stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they make some serious improvements

Horrible customer service from the lobby wanna be Chola. She needs to either get paid or quit her job. She must hate it there. She was very rude to the person in front of me checking in and worst with me. Only because I had driven 8 hours and it was 12 am I didn’t walk out. She girl needs to get a new life and new man or quit.

The property and staff were fine. There are a lot of large trucks around the hotel property. Several vehicles on the street are covered in dust looking as if they've been there a long time. The hotel is well suited for our purpose: CBX to Tijuana airport. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. I would stay here again if flying out of TJ.

The hotel wasn't what we expected it to be, but it was decent and served its purpose for what we needed it for that weekend. Didn’t like the area because it was too busy due to being right next to the Mexican border, and hardly any stores pr restaurants nearby. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Nice hotel in a very sketchy area. Hotel could use an upgrade but it’s clean and beds are comfortable. Good breakfast choices as well. Lots of semis in area as it’s only a half mile from the border. I think the hotel is safe but lots of trash on street leading into property.

Easy and quick check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and very quiet. Not a high occupancy for a Tuesday night. Close to the CBX (5) minutes. The area is an industrial zone, so not much to do.

Everything was acceptable even though the property is older it is still maintained and kept clean. My only criticism is that the pillows are half size & the reception area said there were no more available. The breakfast was also lackluster as the only choices were cereal and mini waffles. An option with protein such as eggs or even pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches would have been appreciated.

Arrived to no water, but it was fixed within a few hours. However, no bottled water or alternative was offered. The room was adequately comfortable, but the bathroom smelled horribly musty and there appeared to be mold on the wallpaper around the shower. Water pressure was lackluster at best, making a shower difficult. Breakfast offered no meat options or produce. There was two kinds of cereal, a waffle maker, small Activia yogurt cups, and hard boiled eggs. The staff was very pleasant and the property was easy to find.
