Room was spotless. Staff quite helpful and nice. Property offers plenty of parking (for $25). The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel needs some TLC, like minor repairs, fresh paint, a deep cleaning - more than what housekeeping can do in a day. Staff very friendly. Rather depressing part of downtown, with all the houseless people and garbage on the streets. Excellent coffee and food at Achilles Coffee, 2 blocks down the hill.

Definitely a budget friendly hotel. Pretty much an updated old seedy motel. Rooms are what you should expect for a bargain hotel, so I cant really bash the place. Major issue was the security of the rooms.....none of the locks worked. Safety and security should come first at a hotel. I cant upload videos or I would.

Overall, it was fine. The staff seemed to want to be helpful for the most part. The property did not appear very kept from the outside, but the room was clean. You could tell they tried to do some upgrades with the fixtures, but could have worked on the basics. I was put in the room right next to where housekeeping was so it was very loud each morning. The property itself also had a strong smell of urine on the outside. Not a super central location to anything either.
