Beware, not sure how I got so lucky. We were given a room at the very end of the hallway. Our window overlooked a tram stop where the tram has these incredibly loud beeps that happen when the doors open and when they close. Not to mention just the noise a train makes as it arrives and departs. This noise begins before 6am in the morning. I guess they test the beeps more than a few times before the tram is even running. Goes on all day until near midnight. If you want to get to sleep before midnight, good luck. Or make sure they don't give you a room overlooking the tram stop. I would have thought they would have better soundproof windows. My advice is, make a specific request to not be given a room anywhere near this tram stop.

Paying an additional $40 per night for parking is somewhat obnoxious. Smoke alarm began to chirp at 1:30 am, which lead to a restless night.

Unfortunately our stay I was not pleasant we had ants in our third floor room and I requested a thorough cleanup and wipe down but the ants remained..I went down and spoke to the front desk and told them what happened was our room not clean properly or treated..she then said they couldn't do much and I said then what can you do we have a baby and he can not get bitten.. there was also mole and rotting door frame in our bathroom.
