The property was very clean and well-kept. No tagging in the elevators, strange smells or trash in the hallways. Peter at the desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. The only complaint I have is that, when we checked out they tagged on $18 to park in their OWN parking lot and this was not displayed on Expedia's, "The Price You See is the Price You Get" invoice. Felt a little 'nickle-and-dimed' over that.

Great stay for my family and I. Lots of Asian food options in the area. Only downside was no hot tub and pool was cold even though it’s heated so no one really used it. Breakfast options were great!

Hotel was fine, breakfast decent, way over priced parking especially since the parking lot was near empty. Parked 2 cars for 4 nights, cost me almost $160.UNBELIEVABLE.. FOR THIS SINGLE REASON, WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was large, temp was thermostatically controlled (yay!), perfectly clean, and quiet. My only complaint is that one elevator is out-of-service, and our room was far far from the working elevator. We did not ask to be moved though, too tired!

The stay was nice except for the 18.00 a day for parking. You would think paying over 200.00 a night for a room would include parking! But you have to be sneaky about it and charge it to my card after checking in?. Because of this I won't be staying at this Hotel again next time my daughter has a weekend softball tournament.

We were surprised to know that the pool was under renovation at checkin. We are very disappointed because we chose this hotel for their pool. Neither were we told by Expedia that the pool was under renovation!!

Our sheets were dirty with hair and debris and not changed before our arrival. The man at the front desk brought new ones to our room late at night, but it was gross, and the sofa also had hair and I transferred one onto my beverage as I was drinking. We had maid service on one day of four an my wife admittedly doesn’t get moving early but they were not around at all after about 12-1230. The breakfast was OK, the front desk staff was the saving grace as they were friendly and attentive. I would think twice about staying here again though the location was good for our agenda.

Room carpet was very dirty and sticky, bathroom wall had water leak damage and possible mold behind wall. Very noisy, windows and door does not provide any noise cancelation. Manager did not offer any concessions after i requested due to poor conditions.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. Amazing breakfast options, as other reviewers have pointed out. Very friendly and helpful front desk. I also enjoyed small thoughtful details, such as night light in the bathroom, heated mirror, water (and lemon water) available in the lobby all day long, which all elevated the experience. The hotel is located within 4 min of many small road-side plazas, full of eatery options. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay here.

It was very clean and quiet. The only complaint I have is that there weren’t regular dresser drawers for clothes like other hotels and Hampton Inn have, it only had a weird wire rack that looked like what would be in a dish washer underneath the tv. So for 3 days I left my clothes in my suitcase since the wire rack was strange and wasn’t appropriate for clothes. I was not too happy about that. In the closet was the mini refrigerator which is a very strange place for it as it is usually near the microwave but not in this room, therefore my dresses were hanging above and on the fridge. Not convenient at all. And that left no room for shoes or anything else you might want to put in a closet. Everything else was perfect.

Rooms on hotel website do NOT MATCH ACTUAL ROOMS. For instance, there are no tubs in any rooms; they’re shown in abundance on the website. “Oh. We remodeled and haven’t updated the web.” Very, very frustrating. No dice on canceling to find another place with a tub. Minor? Not if you like baths.

The room was clean and spacious, staff were nice, but the mattress was very old and flat. It felt like my hip bone is touching the springs! The mattress definitely needs to be changed. If you are a light sleeper, choose your room on the opposite side of the construction which started at 7 am! I couldn't sleep after that and i'm a heavy sleeper!

We selected this hotel for location, however the services provided by the hotel and staff were excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful, from the manager (very visible during our stay), to reception and housekeeping staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and again staff couldn't have been more attentive during this service. Rooms were well equipped (even had a microwave). I would highly recommend this hotel.

Two days before our stay, wild fires cancelled all termite fumigations. We called the hotel to cancel....NO! was their answer. Can I have a credit or partial refund. NO!! was their answer. Acts of God don't matter...the only thing they cared about was $$$$$$. Sad.

We were given the room by the ice machine; there were people going to get ice throughout the night-DRUNK and LOUD. I pay about &400 for one night and didn’t get any sleep. The thermostat was on a schedule and shut off in the middle of the night which made it hot. I shared this at check out and all they said was, “Thanks, I’ll share with management.” Then I was over charged, which is protocol, but I didn’t know until I had to call them back and say that I didn’t receive a emailed receipt but see a charge for mare than what the room total shows on the app. THEN they explained that it will be adjusted later. Poor customer service.

Chose this Hampton Inn because it was convenient to the zoo and freeways. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Didn’t like the fee for checking in one hour early. The breakfast was not up to the Hampton standard and there was very little within walking distance.

Everything was great, room was very cleanliness. I very like it but at every night I stayed, I don’t know why hotel let the strangers man stay at lobby and he make noisy and in the morning I saw at the place last night this men stay was very messy, a lot of trash and a lot of empty bottle. My mom was scared about him and she couldn’t sleep by his noise. This guy look like homeless. So I think the hotel need pay attention to the security and keep safe for their customer. Don’t let the stranger get in at night.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice & it’s decent enough that we would probably book it again. It’s close to expressways & about a hundred oriental restaurants. We like it because it is located between the zoo and the safari park.

Room cleanliness and breakfast buffet was too crowded due to breakfast time from 6 am - 9 am. On weekends it should be from 6-10 am. too many people and the food run out quickly. not place where to seat with my family of 6. the bedroom furniture was dirty and had food stains everywhere.

The property was convenient for what we needed. The hotel is undergoing some renovations and the renovations staff were great about keeping their work site clean. The morning breakfast and staff is well below par for Hampton. We have stayed at many Hamptons for work, this is not the norm. The food area was clean...but food items left empty....coffee was left empty...and basic stuff just not even available and nobody checking at 7:30 am.

The room was excellent, the bed comfy and amenities were very nice. Breakfast had many options including 3 waffle makers with two flavors of batter. The staff overlooking the breakfast area were very helpful and worked hard to keep everything stocked and clean. My one negative is having to pay to park at a hotel you’re already paying to stay at. It’s ridiculous to add an additional fee on to stay there.
