Was good. But first night there room was really hot at night. Temp was at lowest 62° but was too hot. Slept with balcony door open. Elevators were not working on our stay there. Had to take 7 flight of stairs up to our room every time.

The property was beautiful very relaxing, very clean and the pool was excellent, the bar was perfect had great time there drinks and watching sports, Now we did not like the fact that we had to wait an extra hour and a half for our room to be ready and staff did not even notify us the room was ready we had to keep asking if the room was ready which made us let to our reservation for our anniversary dinner reservation

It was a decent stay. I was there for a short time arriving in the late evening and leaving in the early morning so I didn’t experience the amenities. There was some construction in the lobby area that took from the ambience. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The shuttle driver was especially courteous and pleasant. I really appreciate the convenient reliable shuttle to the airport.

The hotel is very nice, and staff are very nice, including in the restaurant. The only thing I didn't care for is the layout of the hotel is confusing and signage isn't so good. Also, there's a $35 parking fee.

We liked the location and the Bay Area was beautiful. We didn’t like the room. The carpet was worn and the bathtub was chipping. The shower had low pressure and there wasn’t much hot water. Only one elevator was working the last 3 days of our stay. They charged our room for room service we didn’t order.

Bathroom was not very clean. Mold in shower. Property seemed old. If the cost was lower this might be overlooked but at $300 or so a night? And $35 a night for parking? Please. To their credit the staff was very friendly and helpful, so Hilton has at least that working in their favor. We travel to San Diego often, will look elsewhere next time.

Staff had amazing customer service. Hotel was great location. The only problem that could be brought up is upon waking up to check out saw a bed bug crawling fast on top of covers but only saw one then later on that day my husband has been itching and has red welts as if something but him on his body. I never would have thought because the hotel was really clean.

Beautiful location. Everything else was just ok. Bathroom is small with gashes in the tub. The drain in the tub was not the best and water would build up during a shower. There was also some hair around the room (dark hair when I'm blonde). So they may not have vacuumed prior to my stay. There were maybe 20 cable channels. No free breakfast, and the coffee in the room was awful quality. Buuuut again, the bay view was beautiful. The shuttle to and from the airport was very timely and the driver I had was great. Overall, 3 star stay with a great view.

I liked that most rooms had a balcony, & has a great view of the harbor. Beautiful to walk around. The cons, I noticed some towels and pillow cases didn’t look as clean. Water took a quite a long time to get hot on the first day but worked fine after. Overall, my stay was pretty good minus the slight uncleanliness.

The bed and pillows were terrible, and we had no hot water both days we stayed. I messaged the front desk, and they didn't respond until right before we left and said they got it fixed. The room was not as modern as it looked in the pictures and for the price was not worth it. But the view was amazing!

The staff was extremely friendly and outgoing. The room was spacious, the balcony was nice, but the bathroom was TINY! Barely any room in front of the sink between the toilet and the door. As a family of 4 there are usually 2 people sharing the bathroom - not really possible in this one.

Checked in at 5, was told room wasn’t ready. Then housekeeping quickly came back and said it was. Fine. Lifetime diamond member - should’ve not used Expedia to book. My bad. Given the absolutely worst room above kitchen (smelled like food the entire time) l, view of dirty rooftop and air conditioners, corner room so much smaller than their usuals with cut off corners in barely able to get into bathroom and close door. Just a dark dingy hotel. I wouldn’t recommend.

The property was great: right next to airport, shuttle, quiet, and right on the bay. However, our room in particular was comical. It is room 210 and the view, well, what view? Our patio was literally blocked by a partial concrete wall, some fake hedging of sorts, and RIGHT next to the entire hotel’s A/C units! Like , right there! :(

Front staff useless. Had to ask for room to be serviced. Stayed 4 nights, given 2 bottles of water, charged $3.per bottle for addictional water. One luggage dolly: not allowed to be used if staff not available. NO one helped with my 4 pieces of luggage once I arrived. Four male staff were standing at the front desk. DID NOT receive any help getting my luggage to my room, not even an ofter to use the luggage dolly. They just stood there. NO further Hilton stays for me. POOR FRONT AREA STAFF. Speaking with the Mgr was no help at all.

Staff in the reception named “ Queen “ is a terrible employee of the Hotel. She didn’t even greeted us and not smiling with us. She even discouraged us, she makes us feel belittled by saying “ your booked room is only standard, there’s no view” we love Hilton hotels but no plan of staying again the one by San Diego Harbor Drive because of that staff. Sad experience totally ruined day!

It was fine except the miscommunication about my late check out. I had called the day prior and was told late checkout is ok. I got a call while I was out telling me late check out was not communicated and I was supposed to ask for it the day I am leaving. Turned away for breakfast 15 min before posted last seating- on a saturday. We have told as many people as possible to AVOID this place. Bright side- We had a nice brunch at the Seaport Village. Room was fine and bed was comfortable. The restaurant left a lot to be desired. It looks old in need of redecorating. The hostess told us we had to sit in the bar because the dining room was unavailable. I asked why and apparently the bartender would be taking our order and it was more convenient for him. We were looking for a comfortable dining room not a pub. Hard to believe such a big hotel wouldn’t have a better restaurant

The restaurant was really expensive. It was nearly $100 for two salads, a soda, and a mixed drink. Since there was no "continental" breakfast offered, the only option was the restaurant and the prices were crazy; $5 for a piece of toast, $8 for an OJ. Had breakfast at the airport.

Stay started well but 1 room had mould. The other room had loose ceiling tiles which were re-positioned but still didn't fit correctly. 30 minutes before closing time longer drinks were served in plastic cups whilst wine and cocktails were served in glasses. Towards the end of our stay, as we were finishing our drinks in the bar a security guard came directly to our table and rudely told us to leave. Very ill-mannered with no explanation. No other guests were approached. We knew the bar would be closing shortly and were preparing to leave. The security guard was asked for his name but was rude and aggressive and refused to give his name. The bar and restaurant manager made an intervention which inflamed the situation even more.The lady who had invited my family to stay at the hotel made a complaint but received no response. I have a video of the guard's behaviour and this would also be recorded on hotel video. The next day, at breakfast, my 6 year old daughter had to wait 45 minutes for a glass of water. In the end I went through into the bar area to get her a drink of water. Again, this would be recorded on hotel video. When breakfast eventually arrived it was overcooked and cold and the milk was off. Another complaint was made but again there was no response. The lady who had invited my family to stay at this hotel was very upset by these events and having stayed there several times before said the standards were below her expectations of any hotel in the Hilton brand,
