The lobby was loud as guests were at the bar when I arrived at 9 pm. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was a single king, great bed! Coffeemaker worked and it had a refrigerator. Perfect. The bathroom was a disabled bathroom… shower was difficult to adjust and I got water everywhere. The hot water was slow to reach temperature. Hated the bathroom. Everything else was good.

Parking spaces are drawn artificially small. Underground garage was poorly laid out and is actually hazardous.

Staff was great, helpful

They oversold our room, and so I slept on the floor the first night. A replacement room had the plumbing back up with filthy gross sewer water, coming up in our sink. Other than those two things it was average.
