Never seen a more disgusting jacuzzi very moldy, old and dirty, the whole pool area is small and outdated . Also no reason to charge parking fees. Plus Very bad continental breakfast for $12. And the carpet in the hallways feels very dirty and outdated.and smelly Just the night for the room was $220 .

Great hotel. I was greeted with such kindness, and this continued throughout my stay. The room was fantastic. Clean, modern, and big. The gym was great, and all of the facilities were clean and modern. The restaurant located inside the hotel. I dined here for breakfast. There was a small bar inside hotel that offered beer, wine, and simple cocktails.

Very nice hotel. We stayed for two nights. Room was great. Parking in the garage under the hotel was easy and convenient, even though there is a $15 per day parking charge. TV had a good selection of channels.

Pool area was closed. Posted restaurant hours were until 9pm. It was closed at 7:00pm on a Saturday night. Breakfast burrito- chorizo and potatoes wrapped in a tortilla was $17. No egg and no cheese. Pretty poor.

This location has potential but the pictures definitely make it look nicer than it is. Pros: -Convenient location with access to food and stores -Customer service was good -Lobby and restaurant area is nice Cons: -Cleanliness: The room smelled terrible to the point where we had to buy febreeze; Surfaces and furniture had gross gunk on them; there was hair left in and around the shower; Hallways had stained carpet and dirty walls -Loud: You can hear everything. There were multiple loud parties on our floor. -Parking: Didn’t feel very secure leaving anything in our vehicle and it was $16 Overall would not stay here again for the cost. We actually got up and left early because of it.

The property did not feel safe. There was a sign at the entrance from the garage to get to the elevators to go up to the rooms that said a key was required, but the door was unlocked, and anyone could get in. There wasn't a key required to get on the elevator, either, so anyone could get up to any room. My daughter and I did not feel safe at all. The bathroom was very dirty and had mold around the fixtures. The water coming from the fixture just trickled out, and it never got hot. We had cold showers. There were several strands of hair in the ice bucket. The towels were extremely thin and scratchy. We asked for more, and those were exactly the same. The hair dryer was sticky and dirty, and we had to use a washcloth to hold it while we dried our hair. The TV remote wasn't working properly, the air conditioner was extremely loud and never got lower than 73 in our room, even though we set it lower.

I don’t know where to start… it appeared ok enough at first. But as we got settled in I found mold in the shower, the bedding was stained, there was some gooey substance on the carpets. We received attitude from staff when asking for towels and pillows. Not many options for food. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. We booked for 2 nights and actually considered trying to find a different hotel the second night, or heading home sooner.

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff, and modern, up-to-date design of the lobby, restaurant, and rooms. Negatives: Cleanliness - this was by far one of the dirtiest rooms I've ever stayed in. Both the comforter of the bed and areas of the carpet reeked of urine and we ended up using our own blankets since we were so grossed out. Sometimes we would just get a waft of pee smell moving around the room, and it made for a very unpleasant stay. And while you can't expect a hotel room to be perfectly clean, the brown marks on the walls of the bathroom and around the bed were icky as well. Lastly, parking was $16 a night, which substantially bumped up the cost of the room. There were no nearby parking lots for us to use besides the paid one, which again, was an unfortunate surprise. The hotel isn't in a high-traffic area either, and the prices were as if we were staying in a nicer hotel downtown. Overall, while the parking prices were annoying, the intense urine smell on the carpet and the bed are the main reasons why I will never book this hotel again.

When I woke up, I found that I had been sleeping under a sheet with a thick smear of brown excrement on it. Obviously, someone had been in these sheets before and had sat on the bed without underwear. I have a photo to prove it. Hilton 'compensated' me by cancelling my car park fee!

We’ve stayed here before and it was great. However, this time… our bed was broken or something and sounded horrible anytime anyone lied on it or anything. The bedroom AC was broken so we could not turn it off and had to unplug it so it wouldn’t get too cold at night. Also upon arrival the room smelled really bad like mildew.

Hotel is in an oddly situated parking lot. Easy to pass by if not already familiar. Looks like you’re entering an alley and parking is poor. The beds are horrible meaning no give on the mattress- lumpy- notably uncomfortable even if you like extra firm mattresses.

My five stars goes entirely to Bernard and Amber. Bernard checked me in and out of my stay and is an above and beyond face of the hotel when you first walk in. He literally remembers guests by name and what they were up to during the day, that's incredible! I had an issue with parking late at night as ALL the spots were taken and I and didn't feel comfortable walking from a far off site parking at 2am at night. Amber was very sweet and tried to offer help in searching which I really appreciated. I'm sure she dealt with a lot of grouchy guests so late at night so her kindness went a long way.

Charged a deposit at front desk during arrival which was fine until the woman and manager at the front desk had attitude and unfriendly when checking in. Had chosen a room number online and self parking and notified time of arrival when we arrived the room wasn’t ready they presented a room change for us that still wasn’t ready. Very unprofessional and unpleasant stay. Bathroom has mold in the shower near the soap area. Wouldn't recommend honestly

Customers service isn't very helpful when we checked in. We originally booked with non-accessible room, but they got us an accessible room which we were unable to change. We even offered if we can pay the different to get a more kid's friendly room, but they refused and had nothing to offer. Very disappointed with the service and the cleanliness of the room.

After searching expedia for about a few days reading different reviews I stumbled across this hotel thay had good reviews 👌 so i said why not. I only needed the room for 1 night amd my concert venue was down the street. Well worst mistake ever, Ive always booked with expedia and never had an issue until now. Upon arrival I was rudely greeted by Andrew who happened to give me a dirty look while walking to the front desk. I arrived a little early again which has never been an issue for any other hotel, i was rudely told that no i couldn't check in early because my room has a balcony and check in is at 3pm plus andrew said he didnt have a Radio to call housekeeping guess its too hard too turn around and move 3 steps to get a radio but ih well. Anyways so we left and came back & of course andrew was still there, this time i was lucky to get checked on by the manager. Lets start with the upside to the hotel. The only upside is the breakfast buffet that they offer for $20.00 they restaurant staff is Beyond amazing, they are so helpful, nice & just give amazing service👏, the front desk staff could learn some etiquette from the restaurant staff. Okay lets being with parking which is $15.00 per day they have limited parking & hotel was sold out that day so parking was a hassle. The T.V did not work properly, the Wi-Fi beyond sucks its some of the slowest internet i have ever encountered in my life, the TV remote didnt work, the TV channels didnt work properly either was told that

Stayed here for the SuperCross Race at SnapDragon Stadium, the hotel is nice located on a quiet street really close to the freeway. As for parking, because it was a busy weekend by the time we got to the hotel later that night it was tricky to find a spot that our SUV would fit in. Spots are really small, & a lot of people drove big trucks & SUVs that were taking up two spots. The parking garages were also full. Other than that, the hotel was clean & nice on the inside & out & comfortable to stay in for the night to rest.

Musty/dusty smell in the room when was the last time the filters where cleaned in HVAC. Open electric in the bathroom, I bet the fire dept wouldn't like that. Occasional skunk and or sewer smell. Lousy Breakfast options and you have to pay for the continental and other. $16.00 a day for parking. It's like they don't want you as a customer.

Property was very nice, nestled in a corner next to a strip mall. Nearby gas stations, jack in the box next door, freeway entrance and down the street were other fast food like Mc Donalds, rubios. There is a Vons for groceries and a Walmart and if you're really on a budget a dollar tree. The 4 stars overall is because they charge $16 parking for each day that wasn't disclosed on Expedia. Parking is not gated so don't understand the charge. Forgot to mention free coffee and water, there a quaint bar and the cafe is reasonable with a $20 breakfast buffet. Overall all i would stay again, staff was professional, rooms were clean, tv 50 inch, beds were comfy.

My stay was good overall. I was here for 10 days and requested that my room be cleaned every other day…they definitely didn’t come in that time frame (so I had to keep requesting towels & toilet paper). Aside from this issue the breakfast buffet & food from the verde bar was not bad, the staff members were friendly, it was clean for the most part ( just seemed a bit older).

N/A---Disappointed at small parking spaces. 2 coffee cups placed in front of our room before we arrived and no staff cleaned them up even after we left. Conditioner bottle and body wash bottle never got refilled. Lock was broken and we couldn't lock bathroom door. The towel bar was broken and fell off when I tried to hang up the wet towel....sigh...sigh...
