Parking easy and convenient

Hotel was nice. From the reviews I read I thought breakfast was going to be better. Cold boiled eggs, oatmeal packets, toaster for the eggo type waffles, french toast, muffins. Had a good yogurt machine with some toppings. Room was supposedly smoke free. Maybe smoke was coming in from the parking lot. Who knows. Location is nice. Lots of food options around. Staff was nice.

There were a few cars that did not have the Disabled placard and were parked in the Disabled Parking Spot. The Hotel Staff did not make any effort to cite the car owners and ask them to move it. I had a disabled person in the car and had the placard but I could not avail the parking spot. Though the property is quite maintained (exterior condition of the property, paint, renovated rooms, etc.), I feel that the property could use some cleaning. Example: Pressure washing the outside hallways and mopping the tiled floors inside the rooms.

The place is decent , it has the basics (Bed, bathroom, a restaurant close by As for the amenities again basic.(tv, WiFi, pool. fruit and frozen waffles for breakfast coffee) just simple.
