San Diego Marriott Gaslamp Quarter

The booking site said two parking spaces available, for our room. It also said valet was $68. When I arrived and asked about the parking they said 68 for valet, I said where is self parking? There is NO self parking valet only! Which isn’t stated. There is no refrigerator ! I was also charged $10 a week after I left. I did check out and there was no charge, the a $10 charge after the $200 deposit dropped off

Our whole floor smelt like cigarettes. Our room did too. They did ask if we wanted to be relocated to another room. Location was great.

Besides a problem with our bathroom sink having a really bad smell, we were able to remedy the situation on our end since it was late at night and enjoyed the rest of our stay. Staff was amazing, beds super comfortable and love the water pressure in the shower.

Everything was wonderful from check in to check out! The room was very clean and they serviced it every day. Breakfast was really good. We tried another place for breakfast one day but stuck with the hotel breakfast the rest of the time because it was better,
