The parking spaces are extremely compact making unpacking your car extremely difficult and you have to pay for parking in a lot that isnt very exclusive. The room and amenties were great, just the conditioner was out and 1 light bulb missing on the bed. The breakfast was pretty good. Lots of options and was a full breakfast. The pool is very small. Good for younger kids. Overall it was a good experience and would definitely stay there again

Staff is always very friendly and willing to help. They are also amazing at keeping amenities up to date and clean. My family and I love everything this hotel has to offer; the pool, hot tub, firepit, grills and golf. The only thing i can say could be better is the breakfast they offer, if they had better options it would definitely be a 5 star hotel for us.

I like the fact that it has multiple choices for breakfast. The staff is very friendly. I love the Jacuzzi after a great day of exercising. It has a pool grill area a space where everybody can sit, relax and have a conversation the amount of space there is in the bedrooms and also it has a fitness center as well. While staying in the hotel room it’s like living in your own apartment.

Our family of 5 spent 6 nights here. The staff was helpful nice and kind along woth all the guest we met. There was alot to keep our kids entertained from swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing putt putt golf and playing board games that are in the lobby at breakfast time. We will definitely love to come back.

Stay overall is good, parking is tight as it shares a parking lot with the Holiday Inn. There is a Denny's in the parking lot which is convinent Only complaint I would have, is that there is only one luggage cart for the whole hotel.

We enjoyed our stay with a family of six. There were enough activities outside the room to let our kids burn some energy before bed and the breakfast was a big plus. We even showed up late to the Wednesday reception and the workers went out of there way to go back and grab some cookies for our kiddos even though things had been cleaned up. Great Service. The parking wasn't ideal but wasn't horrible either.

This hotel was okay. The fitness facilities are filthy and never cleaned. They are just restocked with towels and cups. A good floor wash in a fitness facility is needed daily. We were there a week and the same dust balls were on the floor . Also look for hidden fees. Expedia says the total cost is what you pay, which is not true. We were charged $10 /day for parking in an open,unsecure parking lot . That was a complete rip off, as Hilton members we received nothing. I would definitely look for another hotel in the area that doesn’t charge you daily for parking in a regular, open parking lot!

We booked our room specifically because other families from my son’s football team were also staying at the same hotel. It was meant to be a convenient and enjoyable experience for the boys before their big game. However, upon preparing the sofa bed around 10:00 p.m., we discovered bugs on the mattress. This discovery was both disturbing and unsanitary. When we contacted the front desk, we were told that maintenance could “spray the room with bug spray,” and that it would be safe for us to remain in the room afterward. This suggestion was unreasonable and dismissive, given the circumstances. Spraying chemicals in a room where a child is expected to sleep is not an appropriate response. We were then informed that the hotel was sold out for the night, as was the neighboring property. However, after calling the neighboring property myself, I learned that they did, in fact, have rooms available. It was nearly 10:30 p.m. by the time we packed up and left. We were told that the hotel would “cover the difference” for the other property’s rate, also not an acceptable resolution. The inconvenience, stress, and time lost from having to move hotels late at night completely ruined the purpose of our stay.

The room had stains on the carpet. The bed was not comfortable. I believe it was a manager telling a guest. They could not play music when they were by the pool. I always believe when you go to San Diego you’re supposed to have fun if they are complaining about the music Why do nobody complain about kids screaming

The property is located at a good area. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby . Some are even walking distances. Onsite easy parking and they have a laundry facility that was easy to use. I just wished they cleaned the rooms a little bit better. I bought wipes and did a little cleaning myself. Staff were really friendly. The mouse traps all over the rooms were a huge turnoff I didn’t know they had a mouse problem. Luckily for us we didn’t see any during our stay. Overall it was a good stay.

I loved staying here. The breakfast was some of the best I’ve had. They even had breakfast tacos one morning which were soo good. It’s not just the standard waffle maker and liquid egg breakfast. The variety was great! The hotel wasn’t noisy at all, it was very clean and I loved how big the bathroom was. Beds were very comfortable. I totally recommend staying here! Parking was fine too, I had a big trailer attached to my vehicle and I always was able to find a spot to park. Pool and hot tub were well kept.

If you value comfort DO NOT book this hotel. The beds are so uncomfortable you can feel the springs. I wouldn’t advise anyone to book this hotel. The rooms are decent but not the cleanest. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room layout is very comfortable. Like a 1 bedroom apartment. Very clean. The kitchen is very useful. Especially the full size refrigerator. There are 2 things I was unhappy with…there are no hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Only 1 small bar on the shower door. There wasn’t even anyplace to hang the hand towel. Had I been there with my family this would have been very insufficient for multiple people using towels. There also wasn’t any flat sheet on the bed which I found uncomfortable

Nice hotel with good location. A lot eatery near by. Facilities are ok. Didn’t like breakfast, sausages & links were too dry and chewy, no scrambled eggs, the eggs patty were not too appetizing. WiFi was out for almost for a whole day. Failed to notify us that telephone dial for front desk or any services not functioning.

When I arrived the front desk staff was so welcoming. Anthony was the best at checking me in and making sure my stay was the best it could be. There was a issue with internet/cable for about 24 hrs. (no fault of hotel) and the manager was so helpful and address the issue immediately to accommodate for the inconivenice

Won’t be staying here again but I’ll list my pro’s and con’s we’ve stayed at countless Hilton related hotels and this one by far stood out and not in the greatest way. Con’s: the bed (which is pretty important) was equivalent to sleeping on your grandparents spare bedroom bed from 1955 . Not only was it broken down in the center but the springs were god awful with zero pillow top between you and the fitted sheet. Air conditioning was far too small for the size of the room as well as far away from the bedroom. literally took an entire day to cool the room down (when we checked in at 9pm at night the room thermostat was set to 80. After the second day cleaners came and did the absolute bare minimum (replaced 3 towels when we had 5 checked into our room) and that’s literally it, no restocking of the coffee (I had to go down and ask the desk for more) beds weren’t touched nor was the front room. Pro’s: front desk staff was nice as were the breakfast ladies. Continental breakfast was decent and good for the value. Pool and jacuzzi area were clean, the patio area was neat and very inviting for families to hang out. Quiet time was acknowledged by all and seemed like it all shut down promptly at 10pm. Conveniently located to a ton of shopping needs and such just on the otherside of the I-15. Unfortunately for the cost of the hotel the cons greatly outweighed the pro’s and my family and I will be staying at a different Hilton next time.

Horrible customer service and extremely rude staff.. both my kids got severe bumps and rashes on their legs the first night we stayed here and we requested the staff to get the room inspected. Despite seeing my kids struggle, they did not change my room. Upon requesting, an inspector was sent to check for bed bugs who ripped the whole room apart.. for the next two hours we waited for the hotel housekeeping staff to come and make our beds but no one came.The hotel General Manager is extremely rude and literally threatened me when I said I’ll file a complaint. Guess Hilton lost a loyal customer forever! I wish they improve their protocols and ensure their employees learn basic skills on how to talk to their customers.

Overall, it was good hotel was clean. Pool was nice. Staff was nice. They overbooked their rooms and accidentally canceled my room which we ended up having a stranger walk in on my 12 year-old son. The staff did a good job correcting the issue and making things right.

The property was modern and very clean. The breakfast area was clean and presentable. The staff, Tata, Julia and Isabel, were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that our room was located right next to the freeway, so our whole stay was pretty noisy.

Delicious breakfast buffet with amazing and helpful staff. Loved the pool location being central and private in the middle of the triangle of rooms. Handy to shopping and lots of restaurants. Close access to a main highway. Spacious room with kitchen area stocked with some dishes and utensils. Central to Legoland and SeaWorld and other places we wanted to visit. (30 min drive or less to all of them) Would definitely stay here again.

Great, central location and close to everything. Pool areas were very clean and breakfast was fantastic. Hotel staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room carpets could use better cleaning and housekeeping was sporadic - they only came once during a one week stay.

The only problem with parking was that first spot there were bushes or whatever and I couldn't get into the spot. The girl (and I remember it was her birthday) went to check the room for me and it was so much easier, right next to the elevator. The shower was easy enough for me to get into but it didn't have anything to sit on. I knew I was only taking a very quick shower so I didn't call the front desk but you need a seat in there and it will be perfect. I had also hoped we would have been able to get something for breakfast. I was told for my Saturday to Sunday stay the breakfast starts at 6am but when I got there it was at 7am. I was disappointed and so we left to get food at the airport. Which was in no way free.
