Hotels.com was AWFUL Hotel staff helped fix what they messed up. The rooms were SMALL the bathrooms even smaller

Most of the staff were really nice, and the text feature to get help and support is great! We enjoyed the pools and overall feel of the hotel, but the hallways are outdoors and sound echoes a bit. We had loud people above us who were up very late at night, so we had to contact the front desk two nights in a row. There was also an issue with our bathroom door, which didn't close all the way.
