All in all the property was pretty clean the guest service that we received was mediocre. They don't tell you that it's a $55 charge for valet parking not much of an option around there as the proximity to the courthouse a bunch of bail bonds and the homeless population that's around there. The hotel is very nice. Amenities were great just a not great location.

Very impressive hotel, we got the best comfortable bed of our entire vacation. We really had great time in the hotel. Clean room, sound proof, strategically positioned in the centre of the city and next to public transport.

Omar and Joe in particular (plus the entire staff) were AMAZING, helpful, kind, welcoming and pleasant. The hotel itself was clean and beautiful with an old fashioned sort of look and feel. The room was spacious and well appointed. Excellent central location. Excellent gym and spa amenities. I will definitely stay here again. Only issue - and it’s not really the hotel’s fault - is the horns on the passing trains which seem to run at all hours. But that’s a function of being located in downtown. The only way to try to curb that would be to put in expensive triple pane windows throughout the entire building; which probably makes little fiscal sense. Overall, they get a 9 out of 10; and for the price, they get a value score of 10 out of 10.

This place is not what the pictures look like at all. It smells horrible in the room, the carpets are stained the walls have some type of wallpaper That was torn and the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned. It’s very dated looking and just not somewhere I Would ever stay again It’s Disappointing I didn’t even want to sleep On the bed without using my own clothes in between to avoid placing my face on there. I will say though all Staff was super courteous.
