Staff was very friendly, pool was large and kids loved it plus there’s a beautiful area to sit with the family at a fire pit in the evening. If you’re going to Levi’s stadium or great America this is the place to stay! Took us about 7 minutes to walk there. Place was clean but does need some renovation in halls (carpet, paint, etc). I thought beds were too hard but my family said they were great. One thing I wished they had was a separate trash for recyclables. But yes, I would stay again.

I like the close proximity of the hotel in relation to the stadium. I like the stadium views some of the room options provide. The room service and food and drink options are great. I didn’t like that there is no fan in the bathroom. And I didn’t like that the pool spa and outdoor area was closed for construction still. It was closed last time as well.

The check in process was easy, and despite arriving early we were able to check in prior to the 3pm check in time. The hotel was clean, parking had easy access. However, there was only 1 working elevator causing long lines to access the rooms. At one point the line was so long that we were instructed to use the service elevator.😞

The parking fees were pretty ridiculous considering the system kept breaking down and even though it was free in and out we were still charged because we had mentioned on check in that we had a car. I asked for it to be removed and was denied. I was charged $40 per day!

Room was ready ahead of check in time... very clean and tidy. Parking was available for a fee and very close to the hotel. A onsite restaurant and store was very handy. Attended a 49er game, within walking distance made it nice not having to use public transit or parking at the stadium.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Very close to Santa Clara Square that has tons of great food and shopping. Fitness center was clean with good equipment. Connected to the convention center for ease of walking to morning seminars. Nice market in lobby area.

The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were amazing! Very clean and relaxing. The food was delicious. French fries were some of the best I've had, along with the cheeseburger. My son really enjoyed his chicken tenders, as well as the fries. Thank you so much! And thank you to the chefs and staff!

While expensive, it was a great location to walk to Levi’s Stadium. The pool area was super fun…food, drinks, and games. We chilled there for hours.

It was a challenge for me to exit the premises because I was already charged $40 per night for parking but when I tried to exit, my room key would not allow me to exit so I had to walk all the way back to the hotel to inform the clerk about the problem. Also, my room was not clean and the towels were dirty. I had to request for deep cleaning and clean towels. Everything should have been in place before I got there but it wasn't.

Toilet in room was stained with dirt...possibly mold.. I had to clean it myself I've never had this issue at this particular Hyatt.. housekeeping just needs to pay closer attention to detail. The rooms should be fresh and clean upon guest arrival. This is very important for sanitary reasons and overall comfort.

The staff here at this particular location is a great representation of what greast cusdtoner service is suppossed to be...I extend my thanks to Miguel, Zebeida and Sasha for continuing to go the "extra mile" to make sure that I have what I need to make my stay a pleasant, worthy one. However, there was one setback that I experienced on the last day of my 3-day stay with past week.. there was a collection of dust behind one of the dressers which is close to the bed. The area appears to be diffult to reach and clean but if I can do it then housekeeping can as well. I must add that housekeeping also has been exceptionally supportive and getting what I need and it's they were occasion when I ever experienced dust in the room. There has been other issues that I brought up and they have been addressed because I have spoken up and I really hope that the staff understands my willingness to bring up these issues so that they can be addressed. I am more disappointed with the third party who I booked with because of the way they mishandled the communication with Alize. Alize is someone who I only met this past Wednesday and I spoke to her on the phone t I found it hard to believe what I was hearing from the representative in regards to the feedback that Alize presented to him. I would gladly welcome a phone call to express further in detail the information that was relayed me I find it hard to believe that Alize, being a manager would relay such information.

The front desk staff are improving on their customer service and people skills since the last few visits of my stay. However, housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to detail when cleaning the rooms. I found several cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the room that I occupied during my stay and felt the need to dispose of them myself which should never be the duty of the guest but to give myself a "peace of mind", I went ahead and dust the areas that were untouched . Also, the pillows could be a little bit more firm to provide lumbar support for a better night's rest.

This hotel was not clean at all. The floors were so dirty, they were sticky and had trash all throughout the halls. Our bed sheets were dirty and some of the amenities in the room were broken. We ordered room service and our order never game.

Carpet was filthy in room and hallways. Water came out shower head and spout at the same time. Shower curtain was dirty. Fridge did not keep drinks cold. I requested towels and wash cloths that did not come until I called again. To pricey for the service and condition.

Horrible beds! The pillows and mattresses felt like rocks. The furniture was torn up and falling apart. We stayed for the connection to the convention center and it served a purpose but the hotel is in need of some serious attention.

The hotel was in need of a facelift! The bathroom was super tiny with a terrible door situation…. The best was so lopsided, drawers not very clean. I stayed at the hotel 20 years ago and remembered as soon as I walked in. Not much has changed.

I have never stayed at this hyatt but given that is less than ablock from 49ers stadium it is always booked full during football season. This weekend the game was played out of town and there was only a small conference the hotel was relatively empty. Because of that i was upgraded to the highest floor 14th and had an outstanding view. The staff was exceptional and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable it is a bit worn but shower was hot and bed was comfortable. The only issue was TV signal was weak and reception was spotting at times. I will be back again.

The staff is usually very accommodating to my needs as I am a regular guest at this hotel but this last experience somewhat "threw me for a loop". During check-in, the front desk clerk took out the regular incidental see that she normally does but when I check my account the following day, there was an extra fee taken out and I'm not sure why. There was nothing that they could do to resolve it and they don't didn't have an answer for me as to why this happened. It was extremely inconvenient for me because it caused my account to overdraw. This is the only complaint that I have of the hotel, otherwise as I stated, the staff is usually very professional and they go the extra mile to make sure that I have everything that I need for my stay.

Love this hotel for walking distance to Levi Stadium. We did have to pay extra for roll away bed and then it wasn’t brought up to room until 9pm when we had to call and ask for it. Also had to check out in person to correct the bill.

I started coming here this year for 49er games, and the staff has always been so friendly and welcoming. I also really appreciate that they require verification to enter after the games—it makes me feel much safer as a guest.

Upon check-in, I was encountered by one of the sales girls who was extremely nasty.... her personality was extremely bad. I couldn't even get to the desk to check in without her giving me these crazy, dirty looks and almost attempting to rush past me and almost brush up against me.. not a good idea!!! Her whole demeanor was unwelcoming. She's definitely in the wrong business and being that she doesn't know me from the next guest she should be reprimanded. I checked in close to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 6th so I'm sure this will give anyone an idea of who was working and who she might be. She was rather short in stature,either Asian Indian or Hispanic descent with short, dark hair.. and a very nasty attitude. That is the only description that I have of this person. I have never seen this person before and I hope I don't see her again but if I do experience another encounter with her, I really hope that her attitude would have changed. There's no reason for employees to act unprofessional towards any guest.. regardless of race, color, ceed or whatever.. just totally unacceptable. I did not let her spoil my stay but I really hope this person will change her heart of stone to a heart of flesh. Also, I was not informed upon check-in that the boilers were not working. The room was a little chilly but guest services was nice enough to bring me up an extra blanket

From 2am- 5am several rooms next door were knocking and shouting. We could not sleep, and we were here for a 7am conference the next morning. I called the front desk twice but nothing changed.

Great location if you are there for a conference or a stadium game. Easy parking, friendly staff. Beds were comfortable enough. The property is a bit outdated, eg carpeting was stained, doors slam loudly, loud buzzing in the hallway. Property is in the middle of large office buildings and near highways so driving is needed to find restaurants.

The property is outdated, old carpet. The rooms are tiny and expensive. There is only one bar and there is nothing in the area so you’re pretty much stuck at the hotel the whole time and that’s you’re driving. Nothing walking distance. (perfect for a Niners game, however, great America is out of business)

Our first time staying here. It is within walking distance to Levi’s stadium. Only about 20 minutes to the San Jose airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Options were given for early checkin and late check out for a price. It was worth it for us. Huge lobby and meeting area.

Very nice hotel. Top marks for everything EXCEPT "restaurant". "Restaurant" is actually the bar/lobby (that should have warned me off). First selection, $55 for a 1/2" thich not tasty ribeye with overcooked vegetable sides. I sent it back. Second selection ($38 pasta) not available. Third selection was $32 shrimp pasta alfredo. Tasteless, overcooked shrimp. So, again, nice hotel but eat somewhere else.

This was a great option for attending the NFC Championship game as the distance to the stadium is hard to beat. However, management was WAY understaffed. The lobby bar had run out of beer by 1pm and the line to check in was out the front door of the hotel.

Stayed here for the convenience of it being connected to the convention center. Parking was easy and convenient with in and out privileges. Surrounding area seemed safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dining options were good - cafe and the hotel’s restaurant. Would stay again.

Very convenient with food options attached to the convention center. They did take a room service item off the menu that I ordered, and didn’t tell me until they delivered, at which point waiting for something else seemed pointless. Also when I checked out they hadn’t refunded me for that item like the delivery person said, that was annoying but everything else was great.
