Just the pool and bbq area was ok … breakfast very average,, but rooms with a sofa/bed , are old and uncomfortable.. pictures make the place look a 5 start place but is an average 3 star

No one informed us that pool area closes at 10pm key card opened pool area had kids and they were excited to get into it after long day of driving we were in the pool for 5mins before an employee came to kick us out and being rude In front of the family and stood, to escort us out even after telling them okay were going just stood and waited very rude

Wonderful stay! Staff was amazing both at check in and check out. We had a service dog with us and they had the cutest dog station with wipes, water, treats… made it such a special stay! Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options!

Why is room service only available 3 times per week for such high priced and esteemd hotel? We had to ask for towels at the pool, we had to ask for toilet paper, we had to ask for coffee pads, the breakfast is rather basic compared to other Resudence places.

Staff and facilities were very good. The breakfast team, housekeeping, and front desk were excellent. The outside pool and spa were well kept. The only thing that was poor was the room shower. Water temp too low and fluctuated from luke warm to warm…..never hot.

Booked a room with 2 queens & sofa bed for a Six Flags trip for our family of 5. Original room on the 3rd floor. As soon as we exited the elevator, assaulted by intense smoke odor in the hallway & our room. Maintenance man confirmed he smelled the smoke throughout the hallway, but couldn't identify source. We were moved to first floor & upgraded to 2 bedroom which we appreciated. Upgraded room was great. Staff very courteous & professional & responded promptly to our concerns. Carpets are dated. Disappointed with cleanliness. Noticed dried gunk stuck on multiple surfaces (food? boogers? eeewww!) so I wiped surfaces down with my travel disinfecting wipes. Breakfast was decent, typical hotel fare. We will probably try another spot next time, but would be willing to stay here again depending on price.

I distinctly remember booking a double bed but somehow couldnt find that info after booking. Lobby smells clean, elevator and halls not so much. Room looked nice but there was hair on floor and shower and dirty spots on the door. Staff was nice but i wont be staying here again.

It was far from where we go daily but it was worth the drive going back to rest and sleep. Beds are good so with the sheets. It smells fresh inside. The only thing is the carpet that probably needs some shapooing as our socks and night slippers have turned black dirty after a while walking around the room. We would definitely come back and the location is quite good. Good breakfast and ample parking. Nice location close to many restaurants.

There was a noise issue twice during our stay. Staff didn’t seem concerned about fixing the issues. They just wanted to give me Marriott points. I wanted the noise to stop. Once was kids running around knocking on door until 1am. Then the other time it was construction on a sign on side of building at 3am. Staff wasn’t helpful.

Check in was easy. The breakfast was good. There's a lot of seating in the breakfast room which was nice for a family of 5. The room was large. We only stayed one night, but it would be a great place for a longer stay.

Clean and friendly staff. There was a homeless man that kept coming in to the lobby and yelling, the staff acted like it was normal, other than that and the all night quinceañera party our last night which was right outside our window, it was a good place to stay.

The employees at this hotel are phenomenal! Every single person is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional and super helpful. I felt really safe staying there and it was easy parking and very convenient. The rooms were very clean and it was very quiet and I would absolutely stay there again.

The staff, rooms are great and I should know I stay in hotels often. Teresa who does the breakfast always has a smile, kind word and great way to start your morning I’m also beginning to think I stay there because of the bacon which is quite addictive and the best bacon I’ve eaten in any hotel.

We were only staying overnight so not looking for anything over the top. My biggest issue was there were no linens for the couch bed and when I asked for some it took 2 attempts and they didn’t bring a sheet or pillows even though I asked. Even rolled their eyes at me for asking a third time and then never brought them. Breakfast was good for a free continental. Lobby area was warm and well kept. There were no Marriott cookies when we left.

The accommodations were modern and mostly clean. They had a tub, which was acceptably clean. The floors in the room did seem like they could use attention, not sure how often the carpets are shampooed and the tile felt a little sticky in the kitchen. I did appreciate the dish detergent and sponge, and the assortment it towels. The beds were super clean, though! It was a little firm for me. My sister was able to sleep the sofa bed all three nights, which impressed me! She said it wasn’t much lower quality than the bedroom beds. I was able to add an extra night without much effort, since we were too tired to leave as scheduled. We were able to park very near to the room. Breakfast was pretty good, we enjoyed the waffle makers. The crustless quiche was my favorite entree. I loved that they had cold brew available! The apple juice was water on Friday morning, though. While I didn’t bring my dog, I love that they are dog friendly and had a food/water dish in the front, puppy pads, treats and toys. Very thoughtful. Check-in was quick and easy, same as check-out, and we would definitely stay here again.

The surrounding area was nice, but the hotel is noisy, i can hear the guests above me walking around the hallway and in the room.. the buffet area only has one hard working employee to clean the area and it was never clean.

Clean hotel and good location. Friendly staff Breakfast is not the best. Poor quality eggs and bacon. They don’t clean the room every day. Overall satisfied with our stay.

Very clean and spacious! All staff super friendly especially Ms. Teresa from the kitchen/ breakfast staff. She does an amazing job with the breakfast set up and is super helpful! Big variety of option to select from and all the l food is delicious!
