Most memorable is when Sarah the front desk helped me get an early check in since I’ll be checking out early as well. Very well appreciated. The elevator though smelled like body odor. I love the gym, very robust on the choice of equipments. Parking is awful though choices are around, there’s a wait if not park blocks away. Room is perfect. Thanksn

Its a great hotel, in a great location but the hotels parking lot is closed off by the city. I assume it will be for a limited time, but the area is busy so finding parking is difficult.

The only reason I did 4/5 was because parking was always a bit difficult when coming back as it wasn’t just hotel parking so others parked and took up spots for the places nearby. Otherwise the staff was very kind, room was clean, and it was a perfect spot for my weekend trip.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient! Room was as expected, clean and functional. The only negative feedback I have is about the parking situation - it is public parking space and when we arrived, there weren’t any spaces.

None of the amenities listed were available. Bar was closed, no complimentary snacks as advertised and the renovations being done at the entrance of the hotel room with blue tape on the walls from painting was tacky. The room itself was very small and the deposit for the stay itself was more then the actual room.

Was under construction/painting. Room small felt like prison cell, only window was facing public central walkway to lobby so no privacy if shade opened. Staff apparently not happy and it showed. Plus side located near Murphy Street restaurants and walking distance to park and movie theater. Limited parking due to lot is shared with local businesses, one of which is a popular bar. Need to find a parking spot early, before happy hour.

Hotel is nice with a lounge area, gym, outside sitting area, bar, snack wall you can buy snacks from, and breakfast($11-$12 per sandwich). It is near a cute strip of good restaurants across the street (Sweet Sicily was our favorite) as well as a goodwill, target, ulta, and movie theater. Not sure why ppl were complaining about the parking situation it wasn't bad whatsoever. The hotel room was modern. I'm not sure why people are complaining that the rooms are small it's not like they're running a marathon in the room, it had adequate space.l will say though the walls were paper thin I could definitely hear people from other rooms. Bathroom glass door lacked privacy and didn't close fully leaving a gap. I was pleasantly surprised with the Dry Bar amenities since I like that brand. My room happened to have bed bugs, we honestly enjoyed our experienced at first yet we did notice the day of our check out that there was bed bugs. We had to check every single article of clothing, bag, and blanket (it seems as though they didn't come home with us). Overall the hotel was nice but the bed bugs are an extreme turn off, take the risk if you'd like.

Great centrally located place to stop over in the Bay Area while on our way North. Fairly new with clean rooms and plenty of amenities even if room was smaller than most. Walkable to downtown Sunnyvale, shops, restaurants and movie theaters. Will stay again whenever in the area.

Probably one of our top places to stay. We needed a last minute cheap room and this place never disappoints. We got the queen room this time and although it’s tiny it’s super nice and clean. The beds are super comfy.

All staff that I came across were great! Very welcoming and knowledgeable and happy to help. Room was very clean and spacious. Parking could be tricky on weekends but there is availability around. Will definitely stay here again.

I suggest take your own towels. The towels in my room were so old they felt like sand paper and see through. the floor towel was old that all the edges had torn and the threads were tangling. I didn't expect such poor quality from Aloft

Very convenient location next to Murphy Avenue in Sunnyvale. The room was very large and had all amenities. The only minor comment was the extremely noisy heating / airco - once on, it gets so loud you cannot hear the tv. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is parking onsite, but gets quite full. Good place for Sunnyvale!

Physical space great (Clean room and efficient). Great staff, quaint Main Street in Sunnyvale nearby. Walls are a little too thin between rooms but they do give you ear plugs. Had a very loud late night neighbor that talked on phone from 12-2am next to me which was very hard.

I had an excellent stay and was genuinely impressed with this hotel. The room was superb, the location perfect, and the service impeccable. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I loved the fun touch of the little cart with fresh, complimentary popcorn when I arrived. When I checked out, I accidentally left a shopping bag from Apple Park behind — including a new Apple Watch. I rushed back from the train station and was relieved to find it had been safely set aside. Eli at the reception desk returned it to me with a smile. I’ll absolutely be staying here again next time I’m in town!

I work for emergency communications and arrived after work at 120am. The front door wad locked and there was no staff around. I stood outside for about about 15 mins, before someone showed up. The rooms are very clean, but they are ultra tiny. If you don't mind sleeping in a box, then this will be ok. As a Bonboy Member, I was granted late check out, however, at 1030am or so, someone banged on my door, wanting to check the fire sprinklers. At no time, did they alrert me of anything else. At 12pm or so, the alarm foe the fire system went off, it went on for about 30 mins. I ended up geting up and leaving early. It was so upsetting, given i had another long night shift at 911. Also, the snacks are priced so high, $7 for a bag of chips, $5 for an apple. And unlike, other Marriott hotels, theres no streaming, wifi is slow, and the security deposit is $150 per night! Not worth it!

Close to metro train station; 5 minute walk. I had one issue. I wanted more tea. The housekeeping did not read, understand, nor speak English. She was unable to understand a simple request for tea or anything else. She was throwing away items I had said not to touch. She came in the room after being requested, no Service. This was disappointing. I later found out they had variety of teas after I went out searching and purchased tea.

We were given the first room right from the front desk where all the traffic passes by , there was so much noise, we asked if we could get another room and the gentleman straight just said “NO we’re sold out” which was really disappointing because they didn’t seem like they wanted to do anything about it.

Where do I get started with this hotel, one of the worst experiences I've ever had checking into a hotel. To start off I reserved the biggest suite option they had available as it was my birthday and I wanted to treat myself. To my surprise when i walked into the room i was met with a small queen bed in one of the smallest rooms ive ever seen about 100sq ft bed less that 2 ft from the wall to the bed. I went back down and showed the front desk person my confirmation again that shows i reserved the king suite. He said sorry about that let me get you situated. Gave me another room walked into the room and guess what… still not the room i paid for they got it right with a king bed but still no suite so here i go again down to the lobby and reiterated again the type of room i paid for was not what i was given. Long story short they had no more suites left to offer me and refused to refund me the difference for staying in a room i did not pay for. I ended up refusing to stay and booked another hotel that was able to accommodate me with the nicest suite. It took days to get ahold of the manager of this hotel and in the end they refused to return a single cent back to me. After all the inconveniences they put me through. Terrible

All staff that I came across were great! Very welcoming and knowledgeable and happy to help. Room was very clean and spacious. Parking could be tricky on weekends but there is availability around. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is right in the main strip in Downtown Sunnyvale, close to many bars and restaurants. Great location, but parking lot is small so it may be limited for some guests. If you are staying there on a Friday/Saturday the noise from the outside can get loud at night, but earplugs are provided.

Great centrally located place to stop over in the Bay Area while on our way North. Fairly new with clean rooms and plenty of amenities even if room was smaller than most. Walkable to downtown Sunnyvale, shops, restaurants and movie theaters. Will stay again whenever in the area.

I had an excellent stay and was genuinely impressed with this hotel. The room was superb, the location perfect, and the service impeccable. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I loved the fun touch of the little cart with fresh, complimentary popcorn when I arrived. When I checked out, I accidentally left a shopping bag from Apple Park behind — including a new Apple Watch. I rushed back from the train station and was relieved to find it had been safely set aside. Eli at the reception desk returned it to me with a smile. I’ll absolutely be staying here again next time I’m in town!

None of the amenities listed were available. Bar was closed, no complimentary snacks as advertised and the renovations being done at the entrance of the hotel room with blue tape on the walls from painting was tacky. The room itself was very small and the deposit for the stay itself was more then the actual room.

Hotel is nice with a lounge area, gym, outside sitting area, bar, snack wall you can buy snacks from, and breakfast($11-$12 per sandwich). It is near a cute strip of good restaurants across the street (Sweet Sicily was our favorite) as well as a goodwill, target, ulta, and movie theater. Not sure why ppl were complaining about the parking situation it wasn't bad whatsoever. The hotel room was modern. I'm not sure why people are complaining that the rooms are small it's not like they're running a marathon in the room, it had adequate space.l will say though the walls were paper thin I could definitely hear people from other rooms. Bathroom glass door lacked privacy and didn't close fully leaving a gap. I was pleasantly surprised with the Dry Bar amenities since I like that brand. My room happened to have bed bugs, we honestly enjoyed our experienced at first yet we did notice the day of our check out that there was bed bugs. We had to check every single article of clothing, bag, and blanket (it seems as though they didn't come home with us). Overall the hotel was nice but the bed bugs are an extreme turn off, take the risk if you'd like.
