I was in 5 hotels in Oregon and CA this last week…this was my least favorite. Would not stay again. The pros: clean room, warm pool, nice lobby. Cons: health department had closed the pool the first night we were there. Yikes! We were very disappointed by this. And THERE IS NO HOT TUB even though photos online show it. Had to call for bath towels. Only had 2 though our reservation was for 4. They asked if we could come down and get them. Uh no, bring them up. We paid extra for a room with balcony and bathrobes. No bathrobes. Balcony view of mobile home park. But this was preferable to the weird rooms that have windows that open to the lobby and no natural light. I would ask to move. How is that even fire safe? Breakfast had good selection but was not monitored. Things were always out. Had to go tell front desk 4 people were waiting for coffee that was empty. And speaking of the front desk they just seemed bored and annoyed all the time. This hotel looks fun and unique online but is a glorified Best Western with poor customer service. Sorry, this was our experience.

Good rooms and filling free breakfast. Lobby and hotel restaurant bar are nice. Pool and outdoor lounge area is fantastic. Excellent chicago style pizza, and Thai food restaurants, as well as multiple food trucks near by. Coin-op laundry mat just around corner. Stayed 8+ days altogether.

A very decent hotel with all the basics for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable but the walls are pretty thin so you could hear doors slamming pretty easily. We didn’t have time to have breakfast but it looked fine, we did appreciate that there was a 12pm check out. The staff was friendly and check in was quick. The parking isn’t that great, it is under the hotel for the most part but the spaces are very tight. It was tough getting out mid size Chevy Blazer into a spot where we weren’t squished or too worried about someone hitting our car.

This was a great place to stay. My mom was in the hospital at Kaiser for a week, and this is only 1 mile away. This was a great place to hang out in between visits. The pool is fantastic. The service is wonderful. There’s a good workstation in the room so I can telework a little bit. The lounge area is also a great place to hang out. I didn’t like the $12 parking fee, that’s my only complaint. I still kept extending my trip and my mom took a little longer to get out of ICU. I have stayed here five days, but just added two more days to my trip.

Nice sleep number beds with down comforter. The info in the room about the amenities states there’s a pool and hot tub. There is not a hot tub. It’s sealed off.

Very beautiful hotel only thing pool was not in use due to maintenance even though it looked super clean and beautiful my kids were looking forward to that but overall would stay again

The rooms in this hotel need a lot of TLC broken tiles in the bathroom cracks space between the faucets and the wall with rust in between it just didn't give you a clean feeling and there was hair all around the toilet. I will say however that the check in staff lady was excellent, Professional and very nice. Every business needs a reception person like her I wish I knew her name.

First, the staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful with every encounter we had. The bad. They spent a lot of money making the kobby look nice. Our room smelled like urine, the bathroom is tired, looks like an old bathroom with rusty features that have been painted over. The furniture in the room was dirty and rusted. Beds were clean, but outdated and uncomfortable. The pictures on the website make this look a lot better than it was and I am so concerned on this having an 8.2 rating.

The price for a 4 star hotel in this location was a steal and it was too good to be true. It started with the room with the only window overlooking the hotel lobby with no natural light and indoor lighting all night. The free breakfast of dried pancakes with no syrup and the greasy hash brown weren’t better. I asked for a room change, which I received. The room hadn’t been done. The bed was slept in and a dead cockroach was on the bathroom floor. I checked out immediately.

When I checked in they gave me a room that smelled like cigarettes. They moved me to another room and it didn’t smell. The rooms are old. The bathroom smelled like pet pee. The floors were dirty and old, the exhaust fan on the ceiling was dirty. The Bath tub was stained. The carpet was old and stained. The beds were decent. The breakfast wasn’t good. They ran out of waffle mix at 8:30am . They had only been open for 1 hour and a half. My grandchildren didn’t get breakfast. The eggs were runny and under cooked. They had asked me if I want room service I said yes. They didn’t clean my room or throw out my trash. The swimming pool area was decent but the pictures on this website are false. They didn’t have a working hot tub. They had a wooden board on it. The patio furniture was not the same as this website. They were old and the cushions were ripped and worn out.

The property lay-out & amenities are outstanding! The Breakfast (although positive that it was complimentary) the quality was poor. Room # 216 was clean, but the carpet was musty and dirty. I shared that with (2) staff members. Also, the top drawer (under the TV) pulls out, is collapsed on the middle one. I was anticipating staying there again, but now not sure.

Not as pictured in the photos whatsoever. Felt like a run down inn or motel. The layout was very strange, and my room didn’t have a window to the outside—it had a window facing the lobby. So the lobby lights were the only light from outside the room that got in (and they were of course on all night long). Felt very claustrophobic.

Hotel is relatively clean. Rooms are a bit outdated and the accessible rooms aren’t quite as nice as the regular rooms. Beds were very clean. Breakfast for us was really good, might vary depending on the number of guests at the time. We went during WWDC so there was quite a few people staying there. Did have issues with the shower head being plugged and spraying water poorly and some of the towels being a bit dirty.

The front desk staff was very friendly and informative when I arrived. The bed actually was extremwly comfortable. The reason I rated it overall poor was because the walls are not insulated well and I could hear people in the hallway like they could have been in my doorway. I also heard aomeone snoring through the wall. There was a dog barking down the hallway at 3-4am time frame that continued through early morning. Finally, I think the hotel breakfast was pretty much the worst version of American breakfast: half of the the fruit looked on the edge or under-ripe, the orange juice was poor quality. The hash browns, eggs and sausage were poor quality as well and I could only eat tbe sausage and egg with lots of ketchup. Sad, because the layout of the place is pretty inviting and the rooms, although sparing, were nice looking.

We stayed at The Domain Hotel for a weekend while visiting friends, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the value; our room was spacious and well-maintained. The facilities were excellent, and the bar offered great food and drinks. Additionally, the parking structure had enhanced security measures, allowing us to use our room key to access a door leading to the elevators from the parking area when we returned late at night. My husband and I both agreed that whenever we visit that area again, The Domain Hotel will be our top choice for future stays!

Amazing family stay at “The Domain Hotel”, Our room was super Relaxing and big . I loved the Balcony nice view and the outdoor pool was really FUN!!. Thank you to the Staff for the friendly hospitality we’ll definitely be booking here again soon :)

The room technology needs to be updated. There was an old iPod charging station in the room. Really? The TV looked super old and only basic cable available. There was no way to stream (e.g., Netflix). WiFi was extremely spotty and slow. There was no water available at breakfast. The only water available was at the front desk and it tasted like a Christmas tree. The water took a long time to warm up in the shower. The room had a blackout slide but it did not cover the entire window so it was hard to sleep in. The carpets need updating badly. The fan in the room did not do anything and would fog up and become super humid in there.

So it was very nice and clean the remodeling in the lobby was very nice but also very lackluster once you get into the room bathroom very old our bed didn’t work because it was a sleep number the fridge wasn’t very cold room temperature at best there was no microwave and the ac wouldn’t stay on for long

Stayed in one of their executive suite on the first floor. Overall room was decent a little outdated but definitely spacious. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear the room above us getting out of bed and walking around. Along with the room next to us, you can also hear minor conversations. We were next to the street so you can hear traffic passing by along with people outside having conversations. Cleanliness was fine, only issue we had was in the bathroom there was a cockroach on the floor moving around. Along with a big red stain in the carpet next to the sofa. Water in the shower doesn’t heat up well but will be warm enough. Probably wouldn’t stay again but wasn’t the worst experience either.

This will not work of you are staying for more than 1 night. Housekeeping is not a thing as long as you are checked in . I asked for the room to be cleaned and was told they need 1 days notice for housekeeping. I then asked them to clean on the following day (per 1 day notice policy), to my surprise it still wasnt cleaned. We were there for 3 nights and it was impossible to get our room cleaned. The breakfast was also horrible.

From not having a room available at check in time, to the rudeness of the front desk staff - who told me she had no idea when a room would be ready, to the hair and makeup on the supposedly clean towels, to finding out upon checkout that they didn’t have any record that I had checked in (despite having run my credit card for a room deposit/incidentals and giving me a key) - which means they could have assigned my room to anyone else who checked in and given them a key to my room while I was in it - this was the WORST hotel stay I’ve ever had. And with the amount I’ve traveled over decades - that’s saying something. The room didn’t have a window to the outside despite being “one of the best rooms we have”; it was loud from the noise coming from both the lobby/restaurant area even 3 levels up and from some non-stop droning noise that wasn’t the A/C unit, and even with all the lights on, the room was depressingly dark. Staff was unhelpful and clearly didn’t like working there. Never again will I stay at any of these properties.

The room didn't have hot water, it needed repairs to the shower faucet. We noticed it in the morning (we checked in late) and maintenance couldn't get it fixed quickly. I spent the day running around Silicon Valley without having showered. In the evening, the front desk moved us to another room and promised a 10% discount on the room rate. When we checked out, the discount wasn't applied. Good thing I asked for the bill printout and noticed it. Overall, not an experience I would want to repeat.

I stayed with my daughter and granddaughter for a dance competition. We loved the hotel! We ate at the restaurant/bar and it was phenomenal! Mexican food better than a lot of restaurants I’ve been to. Highly recommend! The margaritas are fire too!

Complimentary breakfast was hit-or-miss. The self-serve waffle makers disappeared one morning about half way through breakfast and never returned for the remainder of our stay. Most days the food selections were edible except for the extremely running scrambled eggs. Room and amenities (pool + workout room) were good for the price paid.

The common areas looked recently updated, clean well kept. The breakfast included was really good. The room itself could use some better attention. There was an odd smell that lingered during our stay. The ice bucket smelled like throw up (we did not use it). The airflow from the a/c unit in the bedroom to the rest of the space is not good. The bedroom gets really cold while the other room where the sofa remains stuffy.

Breakfast was a joke no Staff at the breakfast to bring bowls, cups bread etc ended up going to the reception and asked to get someone to bring us bowls to used for our cereal, there was no cups for hot drinks and most of the food a empty. The staff at the front desk a very night especially the older guy who works on the very late night shift. I'm not going back there with my family especially when we have 6 rooms in the hotel to our family ❤️
