The room was extremely functional, full-size refrigerator,, hot tub with a view of the mountain was nice, and breakfast was more than adequate. The shuttle service to the mountain was very efficient and friendly..

The four of us stayed for 2 nights at Residence Inn for skiing. Great staff as we were checked in within minutes and able to go to our room. Pros: welcoming staff, big comfortable room, kitchenette including fridge, good free breakfast, ski storage downstairs, easy hotel shuttle to slopes. Cons: whirlpool was not working during our stay. Highly recommended if staying in Breckenridge.

Great place for Breckenridge. Close to town and large rooms. The breakfast was decent and had a lot of options. Beware of the parking though, it'll add another $40 a night to your stay and there isn't a lot of it. We were there in the off season and it was full every night.

I was thrilled to learn that there was a kitchenette in our room, albeit Marriott offers a robust breakfast with lots of sitting space. I had not expected to pay for parking at the hotel, but they offset it with a shuttle to the Breckenridge ski lifts. My only complaints were that the hot tub happened to be out of commission and the shower was open concept with a door purposefully missing, which made it drafty. I prefer the hot air to surround me until I have my towel about me! They should provide a warming lamp for this kind of bathroom. However, the comfy bed and the perks of everything else balanced away those annoyances. This Residence Inn is on my radar for a return stay.

Check in was good. Parking is $35 per day. Bar was closed so that wasn’t so good. Was upgraded to a suite which was nice. Easy to walk to downtown.

Charging $35 to park was offensive. Why not just add it to the price of the room. It is like you are trying to hide the charge.

Every employee was friendly and the location cannot be beat. The pool and patio are add some nice options for relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed here for two nights in the summer. We felt very welcome home with this property in the trees. At the end of Main Street, it was easy to get around and a comfort.l to return to. The beds were spacious and comfortable, the amenities as expected. The whirlpool wasn’t as clean as I’d expect, with green algae around the edges but how wonderful to sit in it and look at Breckenridge slopes as the sun went down. I didn’t appreciate $35/night for parking when it wasn’t remotely full, and as a Marriott member, I’d expect a perk like free parking. But overall the place was fab. Dog and kid friendly, so if that’s not your thing, go elsewhere.

We have stayed in many different places over the years in Breckenridge and this was the best! It is an immaculate property, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the town. We will stay here the next time we visit Breck.

All the room was dirty was one door in the middle of the room and the other person of the other room was trying to open it and was a lot of noise

Clean and cooperative property

I didn’t like the smelling of smoking in the hallway and near elevator on 2nd floor. I thought it is suppose to be non-smoking free?

My husband and I were so pleased with the our stay at the Residence Inn in Breckenridge. It was unbelievably clean, quiet, and homey.

Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast. Love the water refill stations. Hot tub with fabulous view. The bedding could be more comfortable. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Sheets were average. The ladies toilet in the lobby was disgusting during our entire stay.

I was expecting a better stay after reading a lot of reviews. My experience was only average. One bedroom suite was quite small. No room cleaning in three days. Pool is very small. Hotel was a bit loud, breakfast very poor

We impressed with staffs and clean and very convenient location. The room is spacious. Only thing to comment is the refridgeration noise and bathroom fan is too lound. It bothers my sleep. We'll go back to stay again.

The location is perfect. Nice hotel and incredible views. The rooms are very nice. One negative: the beds are not comfortable at all. For the price of a room, I would have expected softer beds and pillows. Parking is very cramped.

Half a block off the main street. Walkable. Has fridge, 2-burner cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, at least 4 place settings. Large room.

It was very clean and the staff were extremely nice. Our room however was uncomfortable: - noise level was much louder than I am accustomed - there were smells that lingered into our room from an adjacent room that was cooking food - it was extremely difficult to control the temperature in the room - the sofa in the room was very commercial and uncomfortable I really liked the location of the hotel and was specifically looking for a suite so we could relax on a sofa to watch football. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

two days, one day a good included breakfast, the second, the eggs and sausage were awful. The pool and hot tub were both very nice. Easy walk to downtown, is Breckenridge big enough to have a "downtown"? Friendly staff with excellent recommendations for desert locations. Water pressure was low in our room. In the end, for the price and location, a good place to stay.

Not bad place for the night during our road trip. Breckenridge is of course beautiful. The bed was too slept in, the toilet ran all night, but there was a door that closed and we had to figure out how to get the cable working in the room since the previous guest unhooked it. Also the person upstairs was as loud as a buffalo and stayed up until past midnight. The property was ok for a Marriott.

Great location at the end of Main Street. Easy walk to everything but not in the middle of congestion. Great views. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Nice staff. Shawn the front desk manager was extremely pleasant and attentive to our needs. Mitch in the bar was also very delightful and full of helpful information. Thanks to the accommodations, location, and the staff (mainly Shawn and Mitch), we decided to stay for the week and make this home base and taking day trips to hikes, towns, and special attractions. We will definitely do this again next year.

Pay 35 dollars for parking per night was ridiculous. Only allowed one car and staff was very rude about it.

Loved the Residence Inn over in Breckenridge. Staff was very friendly, and I mean all of them, from housekeeping I bumped into through the corridors, the breakfast staff and of course, the front desk, they were the most helpful of all. Helping me with my Bonvoy account and also finding a USB-C charger.

The convenience of the location for shopping and restaurants was excellent. The heated pool and whirlpool were a delightful way to unwind after a day on the mountain snowboarding. The customer service was top-notch, with staff being kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you for making our holiday special.

We chose this hotel based on the total package cost. Ie we factored into the booking that this hotel did not charge for outdoor parking. The booking information specifically said $35/day for COVERED PARKING and IN/OUT privileges. We received our receipt. It was fine. Then today upon check-out there were 3 additional charges - $70 for parking, a $40 charge and a $50 charge. Reception could not tell us what the $40 or $50 charges were for but said 'they should' drop off and if they don't ring up (waste our precious time) and fight to have the amounts reimbursed. The $70 parking charge we argues and asked to speak to the manager, since the women at reception said that it wasnt their problem that there was a mistake and we just have to pay the parking because thats their policy. She then blamed Hotels.com and said its their fault for having incorrcect information. I retorted that it is the hotels responsibility to make sure the information hotels.com has is correct. Its called due diligence. She said again its not Marriotts fault if hotels.com doesn't have the correct information and therefore we still have to pay. So, if Marriott changes their pricing policy after soemone has booked with them apparently it's up to everyone else to make sure that they 'guess what's in Marriotts head' and automatically know there has been a change. When I asked the receptionist if she would be happy with false advertising and a hotel not doing due diligence she said it wasnt her problem.

Perfect location! It’s near with everything we needed. You can just walk going to Main Street.

Great property. Clean. Perfect location right across the street from Main Street shopping/restaurants, literally across the st from brewery, Calder park(hill to sled), walking distance to grocery store, across the street from a beautiful train park and indoor skating rink, and a quick 10 min walk to ski lift area 9. They have a shuttle that goes back and forth all day and convenient. The hotel has breakfast every morning and it is a GOOD and wholesome breakfast, eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juice and coffee. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious. Small kitchen and full size fridge and microwave and the essential cooking pots and such. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Everything is great except the bar was closed which was very frustrating. Why would it be closed?? There was even a flyer on the fridge in the room about going to the bar

Stayed here for two nights with my family and we would definitely stay here again. The breakfast buffet was really impressive, my kids had fun in the pool and overall the hotel was clean and accommodating.
