Probably the nicest hotel property on Main Street Breck. Well maintained and updated. Walking distance to anything on Main and easy access to 4 O’Clock for hiking trails. Was really surprised with a great late summer rate of less than $200 per night. We have tried other Breck properties that are not as nice. However…… and I shouldn’t complain because Breck in the summer is truly a glorious escape from heat. There is a daily resort fee of $40 and daily self-park is $47. So that added almost $700 to our bill. Like many Colorado towns, overnight street parking is not allowed, so you have no choice. We did do a few nights at the ice rink lot for $25 per night. Saved $60 which came in handy for a nice lunch. The resort fee, again, not a deal breaker but you get $20 of that “back” per day to use at the bar or market. Basically two drinks plus tax and tip. But it is use it or lose it every day - it does not carry over. We missed two days until we learned the system. We had a nice large room with a living area and separate bedroom with a door. Very nice. Good, large vanity and walk in shower. Breakfast was very average - I know it was summer, but so many kids in pjs poking their way around the buffet and touching food, putting back, etc. yuck. Just basically came down for the coffee. I love dogs and CO is very pet friendly, but at times it was like a kennel in the lobby. Way too many dogs in common area. Bottom line - would choose again. Expensive but worth it.

Everything was excellent on the property. Great location to town and hiking. Everything was extremely clean and a very nice place to stay. Will definitely come back. If there was only one complaint, I would suggest adding potatoes, cheese, and tortillas into the breakfast buffet. But it's not a deal breaker.

The rooms could use some minimal updating but overall, this was a great stay, it is super close to the main strip. You can walk pretty much everywhere. You do have to pay for parking which ends up being pretty expensive but honestly that’s at every single hotel in Breckenridge so what can you do. They do give you a $20 credit a day for snacks or drinks because of it though so that’s nice.

We were not expecting to be charged $40 per night for parking, especially as this is not in a city. I’m sure this information was buried in the hotel information, but it was in nothing I read about the property. It was disappointing to feel like they had to make that much more of a profit from us.

We enjoyed the size of our room, but our room was not touched the whole time we were there. Trash was never emptied nor beds made up daily. We were rarely in room except for night, so there was ample time for service.
