Good lodge in a spectacular location right next to the slopes and gondola. Family-friendly! Nice staff, good amenities, 1BR room was just right for our family of 3, with a comfortably equipped kitchen and views of skiers zooming down the mountain. Activities team are friendly and happy to rent out (free) sleds and snowshoes. Some call outs: - The heated pools are, at best, tepid. Hot tubs indoor and outdoors are great, but the pools are just not warm enough to be pleasant to be in. - The mattresses, on both the king-sized bed and the pull-out couch, are in desperate need of replacement. I expect a semi-miserable sleep on a pull-out, but the primary bed was somehow even worse. The divots from previous occupants are deep. Really deep. Slopes are for skiing, not sleeping!

Overall great value! Views were awesome! Staff friendly. The Grotto and Gym were perfect to work out and relax in between hiking. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. Could use a bit more kitchen utilensils. We definitely recommend the stay. Summer or Winter.

This is a brilliant lodge. Peak 7 was busy without being insane. Loved the amenities - ski lockers and ski in ski out access to the lift. Pools and hot tubs with bar service and Dave was an amazing bartender! All the staff were very hardworking, friendly and amazingly helpful. So easy to get to town whether you use the gondola or the shuttle. The shuttle is more like uber than a shuttle so very little wait time. Highly recommend!!!

We like being on Peak 7, very easy access to the lift. Their lockers are very close to the slopes making it easy to get ready without having to carry your equipment all over the resort. There is always room in the multiple hot tubs and pools.

1) Toilet was not working properly. 2) Carpet was so dirty that my socks at the bottom were colored black. 3) No wet wipes in fitting room for sanitation. 4) No shower floor mat at the tub, so the tub was so slippery. 5) pavement parking in garage floor was invisible. 6) Room was so small for two adults. It’s ok for an adult and a junior kid. When complained at the checkout, she said we can give a certificate for the small amount of cash to be used inside the property only. STAY AWAY from this resort.

Amazing location. Super easy to get to the gondola to go to town or the other resort. The hot tubs outside were amazing and magical. The rooms spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness around the indoor pools and hot tub could be better as there was half eaten food all along the sides but we spent most of our time outside. However, the attached restaurant and bar Sevens is a disaster. There was black curly hair in our stone cold food and the server never checked on us. Aside from the hair the food was freezing and drowning in either oil or watered down salsa. He even charged an amount to our room when we paid in full and tipped. How he knew our room number was odd and the charge completely unauthorized. The manager did handle the situation the day after and the additional charge was dropped but we will never go there again.

Great location for ski in/ski out. Our room was close to the pool on the first floor which meant noisy until 10pm but after that it was quiet and peaceful. Would certainly return!! Great amenities at the property.

Staff was amazing. Front Desk and other staff excellent. Close proximity to the ski lift. The room was overly small and setup poorly. The heat and air conditioner were poor at best. You could not control them consistently. By far the worse thing was when someone cooked something in another unit ( below I am thinking ) the stench of their food came through into our unit. On Thursday night they decided to have a fish fry and we could not sleep all night with the stench in our room. The front desk brought us a fan and spray but we had to keep our door and window open all night and it still was awful. We really should get a refund for that night.

Our room was tiny, everything else was absolutely wonderful! The amenities are superb for families! Unmatched anywhere else in Breckenridge. So much for our kids at the hotel and nearby.

Loved the ability to ski-in and ski-out. Beautiful area and beautiful setting without a doubt. The convenience of having everything you need (gondola to go to town, being so close to nice restaurants and shops) is amazing and makes the stay comfortable and fun. Also, having a locker near the slopes was a wonderful plus! What was disappointing is the service, staff didn't seem to care about the comfort and care of their guests. We asked for an hour of late checkout (check-in was 4pm and checkout 10am) but they asked for an extra $50! The front desk staff that we communicated with didn't give the impression they cared or they wanted to help make our stay special. Whenever we went up to ask a question they were very short with answers and almost like please leave me a lone! Now housekeeping was a different story, they opened our bedroom door over 10 minutes before checkout time, felt very uncomfortable and rushed. In addition, the rooms and hallways seemed a bit outdated. For the price per night, we expected better service. Would I come back, maybe not and may explore different options around town.

Our family loves staying here when skiing in Breck! We’ve stayed here twice and plan to stay again! The Grand Lodge has lots to enjoy - convenient ski-in/ski-out location, large pool/hot tub area, fun arcade/game room, nice rooms with a full kitchen & balcony (rooms cleaned daily). Restaurant, lobby bar, easy access to gondola for a quick ride to Peak 8 also. Lots of other amenities, check out their website for more details. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. thanks to all of you!

Convenient access to the lifts and good facilities on site. Check-in was easy and it was nice to have access to some things (parking, ski locker) a few hours before the room was ready. The studio had plenty of space for two and it was nice to be able to cook full meals in the kitchenette, although one pan was damaged and when we asked for a replacement, that one was also damaged. There was some confusion about check-out. One front desk employee told me that we would have access to a day pass to leave our car in the garage for a few hours after check out but when we asked for that, we were told it is only for owners.

This was exactly what I was looking for, as I treated myself to a short ski vacation at Break. Parking was easy, the staff very helpful, the ski lockers very handy, the shuttle service AMAZING, and the location perfect. The room is a BIT dated (e.g. the living room furniture), and there was a small problem with WiFi access, but everything else was fantastic.

Everything about our stay was great. The only issue we had was finding the light switch for the kitchenette. It was behind the TV. We loved everything about the lodge especially the staff. Great location with the gondola on the property that takes you downtown. The look of the place is awesome!

Got there about 8pm. Don’t count on dining options. Had to get frozen dinner out of their market to eat. No cocktails either as they had a wedding. Of course the scenery is worth it and staff friendly.

If your planning on having coffee make sure you bring your own supplies, rooms have coffee makers, coffee, but there is no place in hotel to get latte or mocha type drinks, Ice machines are not on every floor as should be. No makeup mirrors, and no hand held shower, other than that rooms were clean, cozy, very comfortable.

Was torn between all the hotels on the mountain and after choosing peak 7 I was delighted with my choice. Not as modern as peak 8 but the out door hot tubs and spa is worth a stay here alone. Short drive into Breckenridge and hotel also provides a shuttle bus. Had food at the seven restaurants both nights. Limited menu maybe because off season. But burgers etc where fantastic. It was just strangely quiet. Only negative was it was my birthday and they said I had a complimentary bottle of wine. Which never came. 🙈

My husband and I had a great time at Grand Lodge Peak 7! Our room was great and we got a surprise of goodies for our honeymoon. The best part was the pool and scenery. The mountains were beautiful filled with snow! We really enjoyed the adult spa with the hot tub. We were able to relax and enjoy staying warm. The restaurant was good. We enjoyed the transportation that was reserved on our phones whenever we wanted to visit town. We will definitely come back! ❤️😊

Property was clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. Long walk from our room to lobby and other areas though! Parking garage was nice and quick elevator to room. On site restaurant pretty pricey.
