Mandatory valet, some people prefer to self park despite the $40.00 Property is beside the Blue River with No outdoor access or area to enjoy the river or sit by a fire. Trampoline must have been a bust, it was closed and is an eye sore, again at least could be a terrace or outdoor lounging area. No room service, Restaurant closes at 9 p.m. Had to run around in the shower to get wet. Small room, small T.V. this place is overpriced for what it offers. Breckenridge is no Vail, Aspen or Telluride yet but they're the same price.

Overall okay but lacked a closet storage space. No room service either and gym was only open to standard guests, at 10:00am and for a couple of hours. Didn’t have enough standard gym equipment and more geared towards serious gym training.

It was fine. The staff was not super friendly upon arrival, it had a really intense cologne smell in the entire hotel (being pumped on each floor by little diffusers), the remote didn’t work in the room, so no tv, the sauna is down and unavailable and the restaurant and bar are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (the days I was there). It was a fine place to stay for one night while passing through, I’d have been more upset with the hotel if I had booked it for a longer stay.

Definitely overpriced for what you get. There’s a resort fee tacked on, and for what I cannot fathom. We weren’t even allowed in the bar to get a drink one of the nights we stayed there, due to a party shutting it down? The hottub area is kind of gross and underwhelming. The hottubs are inside, and there are garage doors for outside air but they’re aren’t open, so it was muggy and the water was filmy and not clean. The first hottub we got in the jets didn’t work either. The ski lockers are convenient. However having to valet park is annoying with no other option. Overall like I said— very overpriced for what you get.

Spacious, clean, and modern room. Amazing location right at the end of town. Walking distance from everything in town. Nice athletic center, hot tubs, bike shop, restaurant, and cafe all within the hotel.

Gravity HAUS is conveniently located right off of Main Street and S Park which was good to get around Breck for dining and shopping. GH is definitely geared to the athletic adventure travelers as opposed to an older more sophisticated traveler. The staff was friendly and considerate but I generally felt that they were under staffed and kept their clients waiting. This hotel is about location and not the view. Our room was on 2 directly above the restaurant and bar. In the evening you could clearly hear all the noise coming from below. Good news it died down prior to 10pm. GH only has valet parking at 45. per night. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent.

We booked this hotel specifically for the amenities they advertise and by the time we checked in they told us the saunas and spas were not working for over a month. I received several messages from the hotel leading up to the check in with NO NOTICE that these were out. When we spoke with the staff on site he insulted my partner and told us there was nothing they would do about it. The staff was RUDE, and honestly so happy we did not stay there because the hotel was much more run down that the photos make it seems and most rooms face a loud AC area. Nothing special about this place.

Good things: Great location, within walking distance of town. Hot tubs and sauna. Nice breakfast place, good service. No plastic bottles. Windows being washed! Coffee bar downstairs, opens early. Not so good: Can't open window in room more than a crack, loud A/C, dispensers for lotion and hair conditioner don't work very well, expensive valet, hot tubs not working.

My husband and I attended a wedding in Breckenridge and were so excited to have a romantic weekend in the mountains. When we arrived, we were super disappointed in our room. The hotel has big area rugs in the room that look like they came from a homeless shelter, they were so bad you couldn’t give rugs like that away. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and switched us to a new room but it was the same situation. The floor was filthy dirty, blood was on the wall in the bathroom, the tub was super dirty and had a hole due to the fixtures not being properly installed. The bed was luckily clean and pretty comfortable. The hotel also smelled of cheap scented plugins or Airwick spray. It was very unpleasant. We basically cleaned the room to feel comfortable enough to stick it out for the night. I would never go back and would highly discourage booking here unless you don’t care about cleanliness or smells.

I stayed here last year and loved it. Could not say the same this year. Elevator/corridors smelled like vomit, the bed was rock hard, and staff was unenergetic. Overall this hotel seems to be due for a remodel very soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this cool hotel in Breckenridge! The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of town, making it incredibly convenient to access nearby hiking trails, shopping, and a great selection of restaurants. It was the perfect base for exploring everything Breckenridge has to offer. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after our outdoor adventures. The only minor downside was that the hot tubs could have been a bit cleaner, which was slightly disappointing after a long day of hiking. However, this didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience we had. If you’re looking for a centrally located spot with great amenities and service, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We’d definitely stay here again!

I’d like to start by saying that the location of this hotel is excellent and super convenient for exploring Breckinridge. However, the room I booked had several issues. The sink had around 30 dead fruit flies, and the side chair had nasty stains. The toilet wouldn’t fill the tank, so after using the toilet you’d would have to open the tank and jiggle the mechanism inside. Stay here if you want a great location but don’t expect a very clean experience.

It's a great location for both skiing and apres ski. Cabin Juice is a good onsite restaurant option. But the whole place needs a kick up the ass. We stayed five nights and received just one day of housekeeping. The other days, no one bothered to come by. When you sit in the communal areas outside the restaurant and downstairs at the coffee bar you can see dust, hair and dirt on the window sills. It's a property that commands a premium price, but doesn't feel that premium when you're in it. It needs a deep clean and more staff. It felt like a skeleton crew was running the place.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. They regularly checked the hot tubs, which was very nice to see. Staff were extremely friendly. Perfect location for all of the shops in Breckenridge. I will definitely be staying at Gravity Haus when I visit Breckenridge again.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. However it was extremely noisy. We heard everything from hallway chatter, to traffic, to whatever was under us. Definitely hard to enjoy sleeping with all the noise.

$40 per day parking seems high if already paying to stay at hotel. I realize that space is limited. Secondly, the room needs more storage are for clothing, instead of living out of a suitcase. Staff was always friendly and the hotel was never dirty.

The view out both window was a big metal rooftop hvac unit. I couldn’t believe they even made this room one where guests stayed. I thought I was paying for a semi luxury hotel but that was not the case. Very disappointing.

Hidden fees & aesthetic over function make staying at this hotel a lackluster experience. The staff was very helpful but it doesn’t make up for the hidden fees (specifically the parking & facilities fee) and the confusing convoluted layout. Froze to death all night! Very thin comforter (at -20 degrees), the heating system didn’t heat much (even set to 80!). Room supposed to have “complimentary coffee” (nowhere to be found). They send you a text upon arrival saying you can contact them by sms, tried four times at different hours, no one answered. Tried calling front desk but line doesn’t work. Didn’t sleep 30 minutes in a row. Had to get dressed and go get coffee and ask my questions to front desk at 6:30am. Staff is VERY KIND but the experience with the room was far from what I expected.

Excellent location at the bottom of Peak 9 and a short walk to the lift. Located downtown walking distance to shops and restaurants. Excellent staff. Jack took care of all our needs. Cabin Juice is worth a visit. Rooms are modern and bed was super comfy. Will definitely return.

Fantastic location, right across the street from Main Street. Very friendly staff and very easy valet parking. We had three rooms at the end of the hallway all very close together and that was awesome as well. There were snacks in the room for us which was nice.

Cute little hotel. Only there for one night. Arrived around 9:30. Kitchen was supposed to close at 10 and already closed at 9:45. Couldn’t use free drink token. Able to use it the next morning on a plain coffee only. Walking distance of an ale house with excellent pizza and beer. Staff young and friendly. Would stay here again

Great place to stay and ski if you like the Peak 9 area. Lots of dining in walking distance. In April, however, they were reducing many services quite a bit for end of ski season. Was surprised bar and restaurant were totally unavailable. Trampoline was in bad shape. Some amenities seemed to be for members only.

Fantastic location - one step to Main Street, which has shops, restaurants, bars, lots of activity; and hiking trail heads just a step in the other direction. Beautiful, hip hotel with a vegetarian-friendly restaurant, comfy beds, and such a cool vibe! The team at the front desk were very helpful. Thanks, John, Patrick, and Chase! Everything was convenient and very pleasant Wish we had more time there!

The site was nice. The room was small for the cost but most of all the food was sub par for the cost. We would have ate on site more often but it was expensive and not very good. The options around so close makes it hard for you. The food needs help with exception of the burger. The pasta was bad, the salmon was a small portion and seanoned terrible. For a party of 3 (2 and a child) for $140 it needs to be good and it wasn’t. We also asked for a few items and the response was we are out of stock of that. I took my daughter down at 9:15 for a late burger and the kitchen was closed on a Saturday night. Website said open until 10, so we walked to Main Street. Durning spring break is probably not the time to close early but the hostess said they always close at 9. She was polite and went and asked the kitchen if they could make my daughter a burger but the answer was No.

The guest rooms are not as elevated as it looks online however i would absolutely stay there again! The restaurant was cool with great service. The coffee shop is VEERRYY slow but good. The real winner is the location. Settled right at the bottom (or top idk lol) of the main strip there is so much to see and eat!
