Great place. Good breakfast. Nice quiet rooms but no elevator. No rooms on bottom level with 2 queen beds. Need to have rooms on bottom level for people with bad knees.

A little unhappy that they put a 71 year old person on the second floor with no elevator. I saw the front door agent give a ground floor room to a young couple while they made me climb a set on metal stairs with my luggage.

Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, clean parking lot and swimming pool is great.

Rooms updated but bathrooms were not. Tub and shower fixtures were usable but not great. Pool and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was decent. Walls very thin and new room layout has the TV on one side of the room and the beds on the opposite side, so you are closer to your neighbor's TV than you are to your own, and you can tell.

G great space value. Clean rooms. Pool area and hot tub nice, well kept. Noodles available for the kids. Noisy fun till 10 straight up. Great stop with kids.

The staff were friendly. There was a nice pool, I didn't use it. It was 10 minutes from Mesa Verde NP, which was great. The room looked clean, except the bathroom. It had NOT been cleaned, and there was hair all over the floor. The floor felt spongy and the tub looked like it might fall through to the ground floor room below. The fella at the front desk did come up and clean the bathroom straight away and apologized for the state of the bathroom, so that was much appreciated. One of the neighboring guests had their tv playing all night and they were talking loudly. Nearly as loudly as the air conditioner when it fired up. What a racket. The pillows were too thick to sleep on, but at least you could put them over your head to drown out the noise.

Second worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. Checked out of the worst…should have checked out here. Room was not vacuumed…and carpet disgusting. Old, dirty soap left in the shower. The only thing that I could tell was that my bed was made and towels folded. But according to the rest of the room, I have no proof of cleanliness. Front desk would not change rooms with me that evening. I only stayed out of travel exhaustion. Clerk in the morning didn’t make anything right with my stay either. So far, no response from management or Wyndham corporate. Very disappointed in the lack of response and action. Avoid this property.

This motel is in need of some renovation and the carpet in the room was not terribly clean. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower/bath was definitely in need of a redo but it functioned. I did appreciate the genuine oatmeal at breakfast.

Very clean room. Staff was great very friendly, answered all questions we had.

Water from the shower was murky and yellow so I couldn’t shower. Few stains on sheets and a few bugs in the room. Dirty walls too. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Deeper cleaning needed. Carpet stained and needs replacement.

I checked in for a 2 night stay. My room was on the first floor. When I entered the room I noticed that it smelled a little musky. The closet area had nothing to hang any clothing (rod or hangers). It appeared “okay” - not great but not horrible either. I went to sleep and wound up waking up around 4am to use the bathroom. When I walked in the bathroom I noticed several bugs crawling on the floor that looked like a cross between termites and large ants with wings. I counted about 15 in different areas of the bathroom. I also saw them crawling on the carpet area outside the bathroom. In addition I noticed that there is a gap at the bottom of the entry door to tge exterior of the room that was about 1/8-1/4 thick (I could see daylight coming in from the outside later that morning. I notified the front desk people that morning and they gave me a different room on the second floor that was MUCH better and cleaner. That night was great.

This is a Very Old place that has had a minor cosmetic renovation. The photos are very staged. Tub had something so we used a towel under feet. Carpet and duvet both had stains. Acoustics meant we heard everything. Slept with ac on and was extra warm due to its lack of functional air flow.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice choices at the Continental breakfast.

The carpet smelled like dog. There was food on the floor and garbage on the night stand. They have clearly been doing renovations but the doors to the rooms didn’t fit (large gap at the top) and the fan in the bathroom didn’t but made all kinds of noise. The complimentary breakfast was alright.

The walls were very thin. We heard rhe neighbors loud tv all night and outside traffic.

Room redecorated wirh modern minimalist vibe. Spacious, well equipped, decent sized table and chairs. Breakfast served in lobby. Shower pressure dated. Good beds. Convenient location for Mesa Verde and Hovenweep.

Decent property. Great staff, especially Ed. After checking in, we found out shower/bath wasn't working and they apologetically moved us without hesitation. In the meantime, my son checked out the hot tub and pool which had leaves and some papers in, just from a typical day I'm sure. I mentioned it to Ed and he hustled to clean it. Good guy!

I was very disappointed. The reviews said this was 8 or better. The room was clean, but worn. The sink was literally at the end of one of the beds. The exterior of the hotel needed updated. No elevator to the second level. Had to park in back and it was a bit sketchy back there. I received a text shortly after checking in asking us to let them know if we needed anything. I texted back asking for the wifi password because it wasn't provided at check-in and I'm still waiting for a response. But it was a place to rest between point A and point B.

Staff were friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Down side was room was noisy with next door tv attached to adjoining wall ..right where the beds are placed. When not busy I can’t understand why a room cannot be left vacant in between

The shower in one room didn't work. We paid for the hotel upfront month earlier. When we arrived they charged us again at a higher rate. We noticed the credit card charge and complained but only got a refund for the lower rate and had to pay the 20% higher rate. Absolutely ridiculous.

We have stayed at this hotel twice, while passing through from Utah to New Mexico. The first time we stayed, we got in late (around 1:30am) and had to wait about 15 minutes for a clerk at the front desk. We had two rooms we had reserved and paid for, only one room could be found so we ended up having to pay for another room. Morning clerk found our reservation through a confirmation number and the room price was refunded to us. Second time we reserved and paid for a room with a king size bed in a smoking room. We got in late again and there was no such room reserved for us. We ended up with a room that was non smoking (my boyfriend smokes and was exhausted from driving a U-Haul and looking forward to relaxing inside the room) instead getting a room with two queens. Annoying, as this is the only hotel in our travels we’ve had slight issues with. Room was clean, comfortable for the most part, with the exception of the tub which rocked when we were bathing and kept making odd sounds. Front desk clerk was the same young man, polite and informative this time. Overall, not a horrible stay. But due to the issues with our reservations not being honored, our next trip with our last U-Haul we will probably stay somewhere else.

It was our first time there. Everything was close by. We loved it.

Breakfast is very minimal, we ended up getting our own breakfast. Had I known how minimal it was, we would have stayed somewhere else. Rooms nice, bathroom poor lighting, no hooks to hang towels. Air conditioner worked only part of the time.

Clean, pleasant, effectively a full breakfast, easily accessible. Glad I choose it.

Continental breakfast was just mediocre. Had properties where the breakfast was 10x better.

The room was clean and shielded from the road and any other source of noise. The sleep was therefore quiet and pleasant. While the room appears modernized the surrounding property is fairly average. The breakfast could use a few more protein options.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We really liked the fact our room had a separate room with two full size beds, which was exactly what we needed, It’s hard to find rooms like that. Room was clean and we enjoyed our breakfast in the morning.

This was a good room for a quick stopover with parking beside the door. Breakfast was available with waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc, but no meat (bacon or sausage).

Definitely an older hotel but they have put some effort into making it look good. Breakfast was meager and guest had to ask for things to be refilled. I didn’t but we noticed that while sitting there eating.
