Staff were very friendly and professional, beds were very comfortable, clean lounge with plenty of seating, breakfast was great. Cons were the air conditioners maintained 74-80 degree temps no matter what they were set to or if it was cooler at night, pool area had broken ladder

Duct work conducts sound from nearby rooms. Jacuzzi water was lukewarm half the time, and you have to call someone from the front desk to turn the jets on!! Kids are allowed to run and scream in the hallway at 6:00am without the staff doing anything about it (I had to yell at the inconsiderate parents). Again with kids being allowed to touch and practically play with food items in the breakfast buffet. Room keys stopped working a full hour before checkout time.

I did not like the fact that when I went to the front desk, I had to wait 10 minutes for the gentleman to come out and help me. He was not respectful and the hot tub didn’t even work.

Heavily under construction Our room was done and fine but the common areas carpet and elevator …. Pretty icky. Acoustics need work. We heard every conversion alarm and radio around us.

We arrived around 8:30 pm and the toilet was dirty and running continuously. The front desk told us that a service person would not be available until morning when we were leaving. The room was large and nice, however. We booked a "kitchenette". It was not a kitchenette and the manager told us they do not have kitchenettes, so Hotels.com should note that in their description. It had a small fridge and microwave, but not a plate, bowl, or cutlery. We could not wait to leave! It was expensive too for mid-May in Cortez, CO.

We couldn't believe how spotless this hotel was. The carpets looked new, the doors and windows had super clean glass.There were no parking spaces when we arrived late at night, but found some nearby. Fairly goo, free breakfast. Located in a safe area. We definitely recommend!!!

Hotel room was very spacious and very comfortable except that we could not control the air conditioning. I woke up at 4:30 in the morning because I was very hot and went to check the thermostat and it was off. I turned it to cool and went back to bed. 10 minutes later the temperature in the room had gone up 2° and the window unit was blowing warm air! Needless to say we did not sleep well. We were not able to control the air conditioning with the thermostat.

The room was one of the most roomy hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Nice furniture. So far this hotel is the only one that includes a water bottle filling up station along with a lower level and upper level drinking fountain. Two other hotels where I stayed on this trip don’t have that. So far Hampton Inn is the best of all three different hotels.

We loved the remodeled room with all the hooks for hand and bath towels. Also like the general layout of the room and carpet only under the bed. The only issue was the king size bed sagged terribly. I had to sleep on it sideways on it. It was also a quiet room.

This Hampton played a drum loop from 6am to 10pm on a speaker at the main entrance. How do I know? Because I could hear it in my room in the morning, evening and in between. Complaint dismissed: "sorry there is nothing I can do". Manager? I'll have him call. Nothing.

The associate that checked us in was amazing. She remembered us by name and was extremely cordial. You could tell she really loved her job. I can’t remember her name but she called us Miss Kristine and Miss Jessica. She deserves a raise for her customer service alone. Breakfast was great the next morning. It was very nice.

They refused requested special accomodations for disabled senior citizen after agreeing just before room was booked over the phone. No manager was on duty or on call. Very rude and patronizing. No motivation to fix problem.

The night staff does not know how to deal with loud obnoxious guests i had to go down at complain 3 times at 11 135 and 1230 about the party next door all they did was call and took thier word they where going to bed. I had i pound on the door at 1am and threaten to call the cops myself

This is a great hotel to stay in Cortez. Just 10 miles drive from the airport and close to Mesa Verde Park. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Also very quiet at night if you ask for a room opposite RT160. Good value for money.

This one night hotel visit was one of many. Very close to the Mesa Verde National Park, 40 minutes from four corners, and about 45 minutes from Hovenweep National Park. Front desk and breakfast service was friendly. The laundry. Was convenient, but it took two rounds in the dryer to dry the clothes.

Nice clean place to stay with a view of mountains. Close walking distance to some good restaurants. We stayed here as it was a few miles from Mesa Verde National Park. Good breakfast as it is a Hampton Inn.

Worst breakfast I have ever had at a Hampton Inn. Hardly any cereal, lack of milk and fresh oatmeal. It was pathetic. In fact they had hot water in the oatmeal cooker that you had to pour over bagged oatmeal. I deserve a refund like your guarantee says.

Both front desk staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was very clean and in good condition. We did notice the gym area had a smell of mold or mildew. Breakfast options were limited. We would have liked more healthy options for yogurt and bread. I am not sure why every individual piece of cutlery was wrapped in plastic. I would recommend this property for anyone coming to Cortez. We used it as a base to tour Mesa Verde.
