Beautiful hotel. Great location. 24 hour market is perfect when traveling with the whole family. Valet is pricey at $59 a night, but there are no other parking options. Worth the stay if you need to be in the downtown Denver area.

Clean and spacious rooms for a city central hotel. Staff was pleasant, especially bar tender at Courier restaurant attached. Indoor pool and workout areas were kept well. Outdoor running track and tennis is a nice bonus. Comfortable lobby area to hang out with family/friends.

Awesome Hotel. Hotel interior (lobby, common areas, room, etc) were all very nice. Check-in was smooth and took a couple of minutes. All of the staff was super nice. OH! and the coffee at the market was amazing, better than some of the local coffee places we went to. One afternoon they were handing out free hotdogs and beer! Overall a great experience! Beware - $50 per night for parking in their garage. I know this is city pricing, but I thought that was super steep. Stll giving it 5 stars.

Room was adequate. Bathroom toiletries need improvement. Indoor pool was cold in the summer. Baked goods sold at the market and served for breakfast were as hard as a rock and inedible.

The bathtub was peeling at the front and back of the tub. The carpet had stains on it. We didn’t know about have to pay $50 a night for parking. Staff was friendly, but we had to wait over an hour for extra pillows. Not the best experience. Area surrounding felt extremely unsafe to walk around.

The room was large and comfortable. We found two Ticks on the bed. Caught them in a coffee cup snd showed them to the Front desk. They moved us to a different room. But we were creeped out by the experience.

Great location, amazing staff, and awesome amenities. We had some issues with our first room (hair on towels, bathtub backup, and a bit of mold), but the team handled it perfectly — moved us to a better room, checked in via text, and even brought a care package of local treats. Rooms are clean and comfy, though a little dated. Overall, would definitely stay again for the service and location.

I stayed here for one night during Thanksgiving week and, unfortunately, I have to say, please don’t stay here. I usually don’t leave reviews, whether good or bad, but I feel I have to share this experience. We discovered bed bugs in our room. Before going to bed, I checked the corners of the mattress and noticed small blood stains, likely from accidentally squashing a bug. At the time, I didn’t think much of it because I assumed, being a Hyatt, the room would be clean.However, I woke up with nine bites all over my body. In a panic, I woke my husband, and we inspected the sheets, only to find a live bed bug crawling around. I was disgusted. I immediately went to the front desk, showed them the bug (which I had caught and placed in a cup), and they confirmed it was indeed a bed bug. At this point, I was in tears—not just from the bites, but because I couldn’t understand how we were supposed to enjoy the rest of our trip. The front desk response was incredibly disappointing. One of the managers offered me a free coffee, water, or breakfast, which felt utterly inappropriate given the situation. They did offer to move us to a new room, which we did, but we spent the next few hours showering and shaking out all of our clothes to ensure we weren’t taking any bed bugs with us. The only person who was truly helpful was the executive housekeeper, Kate. She was genuinely concerned and did her best to assist us. In the end, we received a refund for the room. Please don’t stay here.

The property was clean and service good. The lighting in the room was awful. There’s only reading lamps around the bed and 2 did ceiling lights that are again like a spot light near the window. I really had trouble seeing in the room because it was very dark once the sun went down. They also need a mirror in the main room. Perhaps a full length mirror on the wall. Carpet needs to be updated. I’m not a fan of dark carpets because I can’t tell how clean it is.

Would definitely recommend staying here. The only downfall is the AC really didn’t work in our room and man it was hot. We probably should’ve switched rooms due to how hot it was getting. Ended up getting a portable fan the last night, which for the money spent is a little unfortunate that we did have a problem.

I was told when I checked in that the room I reserved wasn't ready, but they offered me room on a higher floor that was $15 more. They neglected to tell me that it had two queen beds, decorbwas very dated, had an old tub/shower combo with a curtain and was directly across from a building under major construction which woke me up at 6:30 AM. I've stayed in motels at a fraction of the cost that were better.

We were able to check in a little early. The room was spacious, very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was ok but convenient. We were close to a lot of activities like union station and the museum. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was nice. However, the room seemed to be very outdated. The windows in particular were old and thin. Thus, in the middle of downtown Denver, we heard noise throughout the night and it was difficult to sleep. There were sirens, people, shouting, etc. which made the stay difficult for our family. I should note, we actually stayed in a suite so I would have expected to have a much better experience with the amount of money that we spent and the brand name, Hyatt.

This place was great ECXEPT for the fact that the room was way hotter than it should have been. Thermostat went down to 66 degrees but we were sweating all nigh with it only being in the 60s outside. At over 300 for a night by the time you pay for parking, I don't want to be sweating.

At about 11PM, I had a sudden onset of atrial fibrillation / palpitations that I've never had before. The front desk directed us to St. Joseph's hospital (7 minutes away), and security was called to make sure I didn't need any help in the way of an ambulance, etc. (My husband drove me and I went into a normal heart rhythm about 2 hours later. The next morning, the director of security called to make sure I was OK. The staff was efficient and caring. I appreciate the prompt attention I was given and I feel comfortable in a more serious situation, the staff would have acted in a very pro-active and professional way as well. Also, Myla with housekeeping was helpful, thorough and very personable during our visit.

I never write reviews but this is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My check in was fine but staff at the hotel in the morning are terrible. The DMV is a five star club compared to their behavior. It seems like they are doing you a favor by answering a question you might have. The food is not good, the rooms a bit smelly, overall a very bad experience. The only nice thing was the waiter at breakfast and the guys that keep your luggage upon check out .. the rest is trash! Go elsewhere - I should have gone to Magnolia.

The property was nice and the room was comfortable. We experienced just a few inconveniences: It took a very long time for the hot water to get to our room on the 20th floor, so much so that we thought the hot water was broken. Also, housekeeping came very late (after 430p), so we were never able to get our room refreshed because we had always just gotten back from a busy day when housekeeping came. The restaurant/bar was very nice, but the bartenders were not very attentive: one evening they came by to tell us that the kitchen was closing and even after I asked for a dessert menu so I could order something, the bartended never came back to us. The bar was not busy that evening.

Our stay was excellent. Will definitely stay here again. The food in the restaurant is way above average for a hotel facility and offers a comfortable alternative if you do not feel like going out for a breakfast, lunch or even quick dinner. Entire hotel staff seems quite friendly and accommodating.

The hotel itself is very nice. The amenities are worth the stay at this particular hotel. The $45 per night cost of parking your vehicle was a downfall. The downtown area is also unsafe. Homelessness is an issue everywhere, but the homeless in Downtown Denver are aggressive. It's scary, especially since I didn't see any police presence anywhere in the area.

Close to lots of restaurants and downtown area. They were changing the locks on the room doors during our stay which was a bit of a nuisance and the city is doing a lot of construction on 16th street (which has nothing to do with the hotel), but otherwise, everything was great.

I enjoyed the stay a lot. But the restaurant was not good. My fries came out cold and it took has 30 minutes just to get a cup of ranch. We constantly asked for ranch and got it at the end of our meal. The food wasn’t the best either.

Not even close to what staying at a GRAND HYATT should be . Rooms were so so . Restaurant food menu was extremely limited . For the price per night there are plenty of better hotels downtown Denver .
