The ice machine was out of order, there was no refrigerator in the room, and the door didn't seal closed. The door did lock but there was no tight seal on it so there was noise from the traffic on the highway and light & warm air came in the room from under and around the door. When we arrived, they were power washing the walls, stairs, and walkways on the second & third floors. They had removed the mats outside the doors so water had seeped in over the threshold. Cars that were parked up next to the building had dirt and water spots all over them. I'm glad I paid for the room ahead of time because there is a penalty fee of $35.00 for checking in early. Since the room was paid ahead, the fee was not charged. The fee was not mentioned in the information about the motel. As convenient as the location was to places we visited in the Denver area, we will not be staying there again.

This check in was the worst 1st room bed had no sheets, furniture moved around and the picture was leaning against the bed. 2nd room the keys didn't work. 3 rd room only had one bed which was set on end against the wall, 4th room you could see in, the bed were unmade with cloths on them and the TV was on. Would have left but it was very late and we had been hiking all day. 5th try the room was the typical room but with lots of road noise. Don't stay here!

The roof of the room that I was in had holes in it. You can tell that the furniture was old and it sounded like the walls were peeling and falling to the floor. The air-conditioning system was functioning very loud loudly, and the vents were bent inward. The door also seemed a bit loose. I had to call the front office at 2 o’clock in the morning because someone was coming by every couple of minutes and scratching my door. It became a security risk. I couldn’t sleep anymore. And I ended up going to the airport that morning I’m tired. The person at the front office did say they were gonna let Security know and that they were gonna keep an eye on my door, but it’s still wasn’t enough for me to feel comfortable going back again.

Let’s start with the positive….. water was hot and plenty of car parking. Upon checkin we were told smoking was out side in car parking only, well that’s ok as we are non smokers. Or room smelt of smoke and all through the pillows and linen, my hair the next morning was so bad. The bed had fleas and a tick also in the sheets we seen the next morning, the hotel was in a not so great area I’m assuming and looked like it was being used for public housing. On the inside of our door the tag read lock dead blot and latch when in the room….but dead bolt didn’t even work. Would not recommend this property at all even after reading the reviews which didn’t seem all that bad. If I was a single female looking for accommodation I would not recommend this place at all. Also just going back and flicking through the photos on the site the office had security looking glass between you and the staff, not in pictures. Never went to the pool and they show the hotel looking very clean.
