I will preface with, we did not expect a lot from this property considering the price. It definitely lived up to our expectations. The entire property smells so strongly of cigarettes and weed that it is impossible to get away from it. Non-smoking rooms are just You not smoking, you still get All the smoke from the ones below (especially if you use the a/c). We asked for extra sheets/blanket when we checked in and were told they couldn't do that - to ask housekeeping which wasn't in until 11am the next day...seriously?!...noone can get linens if housekeeping isn't onsite?!?...we never saw housekeeping the whole time we stayed because we were not there!!! So, I guess if you need extra bring your own... The breakfast was okay for those who could eat carbs - just coffee for those who either don't/can't partake in carbs. Overall, this is very much a get what you paid for hotel...well, almost.

The staff was nice. Front lobby area was hot and the floor was dirty. Lots of weird people around the property outside. Heard gunshots within 10 minutes of being there and ask for a refund

The room was nice and comfortable. The staff were nice people. There’s a gas station and plenty of fast food places around, but there are a lot of drug addicts walking around the general neighborhood. My partner and I were approached twice in the parking lot during our two night stay. They didn’t bother us any further than asking for money, but just something to definitely be aware of when booking.

The room was better than expected for the price. However, the front desk staff was less than delightful. I called and confirmed that we could do an early check in before we left the hotel we took a lyft there. The person behind the desk wouldn't accommodate us when we first got there. He didn't look up our reservation or if they had any rooms available on the computer. We left and came back and he worked it out because we said we would just wait in the lobby for 3 hours or until a room was ready. The breakfast was good as well as the cleanliness of the room and pool area. The AC was good quality and the sheets were clean.
