A beautiful Hyatt in the heart of the city. Staff is friendly and efficient. The property, itself, is lovely...very well appointed. Comfortable beds, clean as a pin. There are on-site conveniences, a decent gym, a good size indoor pool, and a hot tub large enough to share. The Rooftop bar has a wonderful view. It's also within walking distance of many popular sights, and dining options. Wonderful stay.

Amazing hotel experience. Attentive staff- shout out to Patrick especially. I had a snafu with receiving an Amazon delivery, and wasn’t pleased. The staff were both empathetic and took steps to prevent it from happening again. The room, 24-hour gym/outdoor track/pool were so welcome! Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here and attended an Avalanche hockey game. We love the hotel and the service and atmosphere is always great. We love the comfort of the room and when we stay here it seems like we always get the best sleep/rest ever. The beds and pillows just seem amazing. I do have one big complaint about the stay that may stop us from making this our usual downtown hotel to stay at. The cost for the parking is ridiculous. We were charged $65 per night just to park in the hotel parking lot. That is horrible and will make us re-think staying there again. This is a bummer because we like to stay here and we have stayed quite often, but with the ridiculous amount that we have to pay to park we will probably not stay again for quite a while. Love the location, the rooms, the atmosphere, and the beds, but the parking situation is just too much.

Another great stay. This was a busy weekend at the hotel, we were there for a dance competition but there was also a volleyball competition and softball competition nearby so there were tons of people but the hotel rooms seem soundproof which was awesome! My only complaint was valet, all competitions seemed to finish at the same time so getting the car back was chaotic. There was no order so we waited and they forgot to bring our car and lost our ticket, all other parties were gone and we were left standing there for over 30 minutes.

We booked the hotel for two night to explore the city, charge our car and continue to the ski resort. The EV charging stations are simply 110v outlets. The output is 1kwh. It doesn’t help at all. The pool was under construction. They offered to go to the nearby facility which was four blocks away. Not much to see or do around the hotel.

So I must say the people that work there from the valet to the bell service to the people at front were all kind. The building in the main lobby is stunning but as soon as you go to the room it’s disappoint. An average room that is outdated. The walls in the shower were stains with signs of mold. For the price there’s better options around that area and we will not be coming back to this location.

For how much the room cost, there should have been more amenities such as ACTUAL breakfast room service. Also, the shower faucet was loose and moving all around. The walls of the shower look like they have never been cleaned. There was a spot on the wall that was lord only knows what. I just expected more out of this place for the price we paid. The staff was amazing though.

This hotel has a great lobby with a convenience store, coffee shop and a small restaurant. We used it a lot while staying at Hyatt Regency. Our room was very clean.

Hyatt was cool, the parking is not so fun. Valet was the was to spare myself a headache. Staff was nice, bar, food area was awesome. The room… ugh no microwave, the water took forever to get hot, the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust, the room had cigarette burns on the carpet.

We live in locally but stayed here for a night away to attend an event downtown. No one greeted us or offered help unloading our car when we arrived. Upon check-in the desk attendant was rude and unhelpful. Our room smelled like mold, the carpet was wet throughout, the bedding and the towels in the bathroom were dirty. When we asked for a new room, the desk attendant was less than helpful and told us there was not another room to move us to. The room was extremely noisy from the elevator. Will not be staying here ever again.

Staff was very helpful. Perfect location- across from the Colorado convention center, close to many restaurants and the 16th street mall road. There’s a free bus to the Union Station (bus stop is right across from the hotel). Common areas were perfectly clean but room wasn’t - stains on carpet, toilet bowl 😔

The hotel's lobby was pretty and the location is ideal. However, the sheets were a little too "crunchy". They were not soft or comfortable at all. The room was spacious for one person. The shower was hard to shut, otherwise it would keep dripping.

Great hotel with fast WiFi for business. I actually needed to transfer from another hotel whose internet went down. Great service, though valets could use some retraining on recognizing potential guests (ie someone standing in front of you holding car keys)

Our stay started in the very early hours of the morning and we requested extra towels right away, they were brought to our room within 10 minutes. The bathroom was large a spacious enough room for all of us to get ready. The main room has plenty of room for a family of four but with only one king size bed that left our teenage boy solo on a chair and ottoman, we made it work but a smaller sofa or lounge chair would have been a much cozier option, plus it would have given the kids somewhere to sit and look out the window since we were snowed in. Great Hotel, very pleasant staff.

I won't be staying again. I arrived and checked it. At the time, it was over 90 degrees in Denver. My room was stifling hot with no functioning AC. I called the front desk and they advised they would send an engineer up. No one came. The next morning I went down to the desk and and asked that it be looked at again. When I came back they had fixed it, though the air flow was still incredibly week but there at least. To their credit, they gave me a complimentary coffee. It made for a very uncomfortable stay during some extremely hot weather. When I went to get my complimentary coffee at their little lounge bar and marketplace, all three carafes were lukewarm to flat out cold. Their response was to make me an Americano instead and just leave the cold coffee out instead of brewing it again, despite it obviously being hours old. The cashier also didn't know how to use the coupon and was irritated that I had it. Every interaction with an employee gave you the sense that you were wasting their time, an annoyance to be dealt with. They leaned against the counters, gossiped about guests and work nonsense, and it was just weird. Despite this review, I'm actually pretty low maintenance, and I don't get easily irritated by things when I travel. But this sum of the whole experience was just pretty bad. The building itself is old. There are so many other options around the vicinity that are more updated and offer better service.

My first visit to Denver was truly beautiful, and my stay at the Hyatt Regency at Colorado Convention Center was, overall, very satisfying. However, on the day of my checkout, I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks café located inside the hotel. I ordered an iced latte before heading to the airport, but was given a hot one instead. When I politely mentioned that I had ordered it iced, the barista responded with a noticeably rude tone and expression, then placed the cup down in an almost aggressive manner. When she brought the corrected drink, I said “thank you,” but she ignored me and responded with an unpleasant attitude. Immediately afterward, she turned away, humming a tune while sipping on what appeared to be her own drink. While this may seem like a small matter, it was a surprising and unsettling experience, especially since I’ve never encountered such poor customer service before. It left me feeling disappointed and, unfortunately, started the final day of an otherwise wonderful trip on a sour note. Great attentive staff upon check in. We were there over new years and they implemented a “must have stamp” to get in. This created complete chaos. If you didn’t have a stamp, which we didn’t cause we were unaware we needed one, you had to have your ID’s checked by a staff member. I would have been fine with this except for the fact that there were hundreds of guests trying to get to their rooms and they had ONE employee checking a PAPER log !! If they want to continue this they need computers and more staff.

During our trip we stayed at multiple hotels but I was the most impressed with the staff here. Everyone was kind, quick and extremely helpful. The valet even escorted me to the front desk after entering the wrong door. Thank you for such attentiveness and friendly smiles!

There was an error in my check-in process as I prepaid parking on the Expedia app ($5.00 upcharge). The front-desk did not activate my room key to allow for in and out passage. When I went back to the front desk to inquire, another agent, Sophia went above and beyond to correct this error and offered a meal credit for the error. She remembered my name and was wonderful to work with even after I checked out. Superstar!

Pleasant stay, but checkout issues Overall, the room and location were great, and I enjoyed my stay. However, at checkout I was initially charged for breakfast despite it being included in my package, and there was also an unexplained pending charge on my card. We checked in at about midnight and Joyce was at the check in desk. Joyce went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for my arrival. I truly appreciate her one of a kind and exceptionally great service! I really appreciated how professional and courteous she was during the check-in process it felt as if I was being welcomed into her home. —it made my stay start off on a great note. We visit Denver often and because of Joyce and the other various staff members, we finally have a favorite place to stay.

Nice hotel, my problem is with the bell hop who was very aggressive yanking the luggage from my vehicle when i asked him not to. In fact, he was so rude and aggressive, it almost caused a hugh scene. Never have i experienced this type of behavior at a supposed fine hotel.

Had an amazing time there. The hotel is very centrally located in downtown Denver. Was easy to get right to the 16th mall to get food and drinks. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Overall great time!

Alright so we showed up around 11 PM and the area getting to the building felt very sketchy and all around made the family very uncomfortable coming from a smaller town. But after we settled and stayed the morning made the area look more welcoming, but it was pretty bad passing by a bunch of thug looking and homeless people right outside the building yet having the building being described as 8.8/10. Tl;dr the inside was fantastic but the getting there felt really bad.

Nice property, friendly staff, room as expected. Chosen due to walkability, as I was in town for an event at the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Many restaurants and shops nearby, including a small Target store which was nice to pick up a couple items I had forgotten.

It was a wonderful hotel . Top notch if I had to share one thing is they didn't have any options for dinner at the hotel. You had to leave the hotel for nice dinner.The restaurant served breakfast and lunch only which was very good.

They didn’t have shuttles. The hours and serving size of the restaurants left us hungry… the restaurant was randomly closed for dinner when we arrived to the hotel, it was like 7pm. Couldn’t get an a la carte menu item for breakfast, you have to buy the whole buffet.

Location right next to convention center. Lots of dining options close, including roof top bar across the street. Union station 15-20 min walk, or quicker if use bus. Room clean, staff helpful

We booked an upper floor and the view o Denver was great. Also the Craft Kitchen and Tap restaurant had outstanding food. We booked our stay to attend a trade show at the Denver Convention Center and it was just across the street! All in all a very good stay.
