Overall the hotel was very pretty, good location, staff was helpful too. OUR room was a bit short of towels, drinking glasses and coffee. I had to request more of each, but they did bring items. I just thought it was sad to only have 2 towels, wash clothes, miss matched glasses (2). THE shower door did leak and water was all over the floor.. which we mopped up with our used towel. I think hotels have trouble with people stealing items ! SO SAD for all :( VERY NICE BAR ! Aesthetically appealing room and hotel

Great room only a few minor issues the faucet was loose. The road noise on the highway side is insanely loud all night. (Ask for room on opposite side if you are a light sleeper. Had a couple fighting in the hallway from the convention that was in town at like 2:30 but not the hotels fault. The pool and hot tub were nice. Would be nice to have an easy continental option for breakfast I really dealt on site food was ridiculously expensive for the quality. The in room coffee is terrible. (There was only one coffee pod for the room when we have two people.) We will most likely be back it’s a great location but surrounding area is a little sketchy.

Let me tell you… the staff is THE BEST. They were so friendly and super helpful. Thanks to Jonathan A., Claire J., Cleopatra A., and Meita for decorating and facilitating a birthday surprise for by fiancé. Even I was genuinely surprised how beautifully and creatively the room was set up. It was to die for! The hotel itself was a wonderful stay. We purposely chose to stay away from being in the center of downtown but it was only a 15-20 min drive. 10/10 would recommend.
