The staff was excellent and helpful! All of hotel was very clean! We expected a big lobby, a bar. The hotel in general was very outdated. Drawers of cabinet under the TV was broken. We did have a pleasant visit 😊

Great friendly staff. The payment plan for parking is kinda nonsense since it wasnt mentioned anywhere and way too expensive for what it was. Also what was with your art? Why is every floor just 14 copies of the same thing? Again staff was phenomenal

Kitchen and bathroom faucets both leaked onto the counters. Bathroom towels were small and thin. Sheets were thin and pillows small. Laundry facilities were not working. Very loud air conditioning unit. Breakfast buffet was not properly tended to. The garbage overflowed, food items not restocked in a timely manner. On morning 5 of 6 there was no more yogurt nor milk. I went to the front desk to inquire about the buffet status, the young man really didn’t care. Clearly it wasn’t his problem. So, not great at all. Definitely not Marriott standards. Will look at other hotels for our next baseball trip.

Parking is $25, nothing special about the hotel. Very strong smoke smell throughout the corridors. Rooms are very nice inside and the front desk attendant was pleasing.

I loved this hotel! I really liked the full kitchen as I work for myself and have to save while I am on business. There is a Trader Joes very close so you can buy many of your meals there and that really helped. The staff was super kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Downtown Denver. It was clean, quiet and economical. The gym was clean and very nice too. The breakfast was nice and appreciated.

Hotel itself is fine. Clean and comfortable. Laundry room wasn’t great. There were loud crowds drinking in the parking lot every night. I assume they were hotel guests. I heard them all the way up on the 4th floor. Pretty annoying. Hopefully that’s not a consistent thing. Plenty of options for food within walking distance. Surrounding area is OK, comparable to a lot of big cities.

Towne Place Hotel Downtown Denver was convenient to which to drive- just off Speer Blvd at Broadway, near Denver General Hospital. It is in the former Hirschfield building, so some historical significance. The interior layout and decorating is dated, especially for the price of the room. We found the room clean and met our needs, just not a bright and uplifting room.

Booked to stay after a concert; we were able to check in online early on the way into town but got there late. Around 11:30p we got there and rang the bell and the guy tried yelling we had to use a key to get in. I yelled back that we didn’t have a key because we hadn’t actually been there yet but had only checked in online and he yelled something back and finally a security guard came around the corner and let us in with a smile. A very Duh moment, but was fine otherwise. Had everything we needed and I didn’t realize when I booked it but it had a little kitchen area. Breakfast was decent. Hotel is laid out a little weird and we got turned around with the placement of the elevators but that wasn’t a big deal. I don’t know how much parking there is for the place, but it appeared we got the last space and they provided a paper with our info to put in the windshield. I’d definitely stay there again as it was a comfortable place that was clean and pretty convenient.

This was very clean. We stayed three times in a couple of weeks so three rooms all perfectly clean. The staff were super helpful, breakfast was great. The location was close enough to town to be walkable but also easy to get around other parts of Denver from there.

Came into town for a comedy festival and this place really felt like a home away from home! Loved that my room had a big fridge, a stovetop and other kitchen stuff, and I'll definitely utilize it better next time. Place is about a mile away from a lot of nightlife and restaurant options, and there's usually a lot of scooters in the area you can ride to and from super quick. My only complaints would be that there were some weird spots in the bathroom that could use some better cleaning or repairs, and that sometimes in the mornings people stomped down the hallways, but overall the place was really quiet. As a first time Denver visitor, I will certainly be back soon because I loved this place and this city!

I like the fact that its one of the few properties that has two bedroom units and a kitchenette. Great for family stays and the price isn't crazy. The property is a bit dated, but they keep it clean and well maintained. Its very centrally located with a variety of food & shopping with in either walking distance or a very short drive.

Restaurants within walking distance. Good free breakfast at this hotel. We rented the one bedroom suite that has separate bedroom from the living room/ kitchen area. Love having space where my husband can work late on his computer (with desk area) while I can rest in the bedroom.

I've stayed at this hotel I believe 2 or 3 times before but in the single typical hotel rooms all of which have been good quality for the price. This time I got one of their two room "suites" so a friend and I could stay together and the room was far from a "suite". Furniture was dingy, dirty, and beat up, the carpet had what i'm assuming was a baking soda type stain, my bedroom main dresser had a broken drawer, the shower head was super loose and leaking water at the pipe connection to the point i had to hand tightening it to stop most of the leak and worst of all the shower/tub had standing water when taking a shower! I notified the front desk person the next morning about all of this and the only thing they did was tighten the shower head more...maybe. The bathroom linens felt stale like they had been in the room for quite some time. Needless to say this was the most disappointing stay I've had at this hotel and at a much higher cost. Bed was clean, but pillows too soft for me at least and we stayed thursday night through monday and only cleaning/changeout...we thought we'd get one more at least. It's not the easiest hotel to find but its in a good location. I don't know if there's been major staffing changes since i last stayed here (probably a year or two) but I hope things improve although can't say i'll opt for the double room "suite" again.

Property is showing it's age, but it is very clean. Water pressure was great in the shower. AC worked great, beds were comfortable in my opinion. Next to a hospital I was worried about being woken by sirens, did here a couple but not many

The hotel is very overpriced vis a vis the quality of the rooms. For example, windows don't open, the molding around door frame fell off, and the door to a room does not close, upholstery on furniture is stained.

We were in town for our daughter's college graduation and this hotel, while not as near to DU as we would've liked, offered the biggest space for keeping our fam from having separate rooms. The property itself could definitely benefit from some updates. We had a 2br suit and while it was the perfect size for what we needed, the AC really struggled to keep it cool. All the front desk Staff was awesome, but one of the women was wonderful. She is probably the best and I've traveled a lot!

My room was basically like a studio apartment. It was nice having a full kitchen that I can prepare meals in. I also really like the area. If cooking, isn’t your thing, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet location for being in the heart of Denver. Really nice check in with bottled water and granola bar gift. Super friendly staff. Room is really nice and has anything you need - including a cozy bed and soft pillows. Well lit at night - i felt safe coming back late. Heater/AC unit was so nice and quiet - sometimes they can be so LOUD. I really like this establishment and would stay here again.

This was a business trip (attended a conference in the area with 3 coworkers). The hotel staff are was very friendly and accommodating. There were 4 people and a service dog staying in the room. The room was comfortable for the number of people. We appreciated having a refrigerator and stove for drinks and making tea in our room. These were available at the lobby but in room is nice. The pull out sofa sleeper was about as comfortable as you would expect and was only a full size but it worked for our group as we are all short and of normal body habitus. The hotel shuttle service was very convenient and the driver was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was very attentive able to provide information about the area and best way to enjoy our little free time.

The woman who checked us in I think her name is Lou Lou was very helpful, kind, and professional. It was a quiet area and the breakfast was ok especially with Carrie she was so friendly and helpful! Overall great stay and we will definitely stay again if we go to another game in Denver.

We checked in around 10 PM and were greeted by two friendly receptionist, and a very nice security guard. Everybody was super polite and we really appreciated our little gift bag since we were looking for chocolate! When I went to the breakfast this morning, I was again greeted by happy staff members and exceptional service. Thank you!

It's a nice, quiet and clean hotel. However, they slap on an extra $150.00 in incidental fees when you check in instead of having included when you book online. Also, the woman who works the check in desk during the day was quite rude and condescending when she informed us about that fee and her attitude towards us didn't change when we checked out the next morning.

It was fine for a stay with a family, we appreciated having separate bedrooms in the suite. The beds were not the most comfortable though. Some good quick and easy dining options nearby but I wouldn't walk around at night.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Tons and tons of outlets, you'll very likely never lack for a spot to plug in just about anything in the whole space. And the location is great for enjoying the local nightlife.

The outside looked outdated so I was a little worried at first. However once we checked in the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room we got was clean except there was crumbs in the kitchen floor. We notified the front desk and they immediately gave us a new clean room. We stayed for 4 days. The room was super clean. Seemed like a safe area to stay in. Our car was not messed with all week in their parking lot. Really good breakfast.

I booked a two-bedroom suite for just $189, and I’m really pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff were very friendly, and I even received a small welcome gift when checking in. The breakfast is better than many hotels of the same level, with a nice variety that changes a bit each day. It’s about a 20–30 minute walk to downtown and the Denver Convention Center, which is really convenient. I noticed that many of the guests staying here are attending the AERA conference as well.

No breakfast as display. One day had rotten bananas / old muffens!. Coffee was nice to have. Over price snacks. Microwave works like crap. Coffee maker isn.t doing good. Wouldn't stay there again. Won.t let upload pics!!!!!

Always comfortable and easy feeling. I’ve stayed here for week long trips and for quick overnights and it’s always relaxing. Breakfast left a lot to be desired and I had to duck out early to avoid the FOX “news” on the TV. That was the only negative

The cleanliness was not great. The breakfast options were limited and fruits were not fresh. If you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up so early because of guests stepping in the room above you which was so uncomfortable.
