The rooms did not have any USB outlets at all- only electrical plugs- bring your own adapters! Restaurant said it was 7 am- 9 pm was not true- tried to order lunch and the staff said “I can’t cook and be a receptionist at the same time. You need to wait until more staff comes in. What???!!!???

The food options at their "Desk" restaurant, "The Placery" is extremely limited, they weren't able to provide all options on their menu. You have to ask for utensils for food taken back to room (no room service). They were completely void of any brand bottled water in their "Market Place." The shelving had huge empty space. I saw a few bottles of water in a basket behind the counter. They sold microwave popcorn; but no microwave in the rooms (they could try to get me one). No valet service. Shower curtain hung with 3 kinds of hooks, hmm, & bugs. I reserved 2 rooms. At check in the ? agent?, Scarlett was extremely rude. She refused to let me check in and get keys to both rooms I reserved. She would cut me off mid-sentence when I was speaking; talking down to me most of the time which was embarrassing, stopping me and taking other patrons before resolving anything. Scarlett called the manager/ supervisor, Sean (hope the spelling is correct). Within 2 seconds, he saw my reservation confirmation and told her there was no problem with me checking in both rooms which showed I reserved. The request I placed on Hotels.com to have adjoining rooms or rooms located near each other, does not get communicated to the reserved hotel (per Scarlett). Initially Scarlett placing my reservation/ family on separate floors. Sean accommodated me and assigned rooms near each other; although I had to come back later to pick up the keys for the second room. 2 visits in 3 mths. Both bad. NEVER AGAIN

This was a nice hotel. No swimming pool. But they had a gym. Breakfast service was good, with many choices. They only had 1 working elevator. So there was always hotel guests waiting for the elevator.

Parking lot and entrance dark each and every time entered and left the hotel. Made for a very dreary and unsafe condition. Often had no hand soap in the bathroom and never cleaned coffee cups. Overall, would not recommend.

The staff was friendly, but the rooms were not worth the price. The first room I checked into looked like it wasn’t cleaned, there was dog hair on the tile floor in the entrance and it had a strong smoke smell, which the smell isn’t the staffs fault because they do have a no smoking policy but it was unpleasant. I requested a room change, which the staff happily accommodated, but the new room lacked a typical Hyatt hotel standard. There was still a slight smoke smell, the tv didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, the staff advised that turning the knob on the inside would cool it but it still stayed warm, ruining the food that I had stored. The bed sheets had blood stains on it, I requested sheet change twice, but they just made the bed each time. The bathroom vanity was scraped up, really showing the age. Overall, don’t think I’ll stay here again unless the rate was below $100 a night. I don’t think it was worth the $120 plus parking each day.

For being ‘newly renovated’ our shower grout and bathroom floor/trim was dirty and worn. Comforter was stained. Cleaning service didn’t come the days we took down our privacy sign. Overall not impressed - and we usually choose Hyatt Places.

The shower base was not properly sloped into the drain. So, while taking a shower, the dirty water was collecting in the middle. It wasn’t too deep, but still hit the hygiene... Another very important thing: I did hang the tag that they put for bypassing room service during my stay, because I did not want others to enter my room. However, they slid a card under saying something like they could not serve due to my request, but it is the hotel’s policy to visit the room at least once every 24 hours. It is not OK! I didn’t like this invasion of privacy. If I were OK with you entering my room, I wouldn’t put that tag on my door. What is the point? You need to change your policy.

Reserved a room with a view based on wet positive reviews of the hotel and its staff. Glad I did! Hotel lobby was clean and just looked nice. Staff was welcoming and just plain nice people! Rooms were clean and in good shape overall other than the typical dings from use. Housekeeping did a great job daily! Plenty of options to eat at the included breakfast. The only bummer was lack of seating at the entrance as we waited for rides. Both benches are kind of small and both near smoking stations. It was a comfortable stay for our 5 days in Denver!

When we got to the room it was clean and tidy. I was surprised that a hotel that was recently updated didn't have any USB plug ins but that's not a big deal. The only thing with the room (616) I had an issue with was the shower. There was very little water pressure from the massage shower head. You could barely rinse the soap off it was so weak. Very disappointing. The location was very good for food choices and access to I25. The morning breakfast was very good. The woman who ran it did an exceptional job. She was very well organized, kept the food choices available no matter how busy it got. She kept the coffee pots full and really hot. I did enjoy my 4 night stay their, just not the shower. We had family in another room and that floor and their shower was great, just to be fair.

Shawn helped us when we checked in and he was the only nice front desk helper. Everyone else was rude and acted like we were a bother to them. One of the elevators was down the entire 5 days we were there. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. We tried ordering room service: no room service. Tried placing an order over the phone: they don’t take over the phone orders. Went down stairs to order 2 fries and 2 wings and it took over an hour to get our meal. Over 2/5. Will not stay here again.

I have tried calling the property at least eight times leaving multiple voicemails and have yet to get a call back I am just trying to get my deposit back. It’s been over three weeks. They try to blame it on my card company when I talk to someone at the front desk they just keep telling me they’re gonna transfer me to operations manager, but this is ridiculous. It takes two minutes to call someone back and let them know what they need to do or whatever or do whatever needs to be done and yet still cannot get done so just a heads up. It’s only $100 but that’s not the point of it.

Room was clean and neat, my wife forgot her Apple Watch in the room. We called when we got back home and Shawn Bankhead made sure it was found and mailed back to us. Awesome place, would definitely stay there again, they go above and beyond.

The room was clean. The beds and pillows were not super comfortable but also not terrible. The breakfast was great, however either the coffee or hot water was out every day. When it was brought to the staff's attention at the front desk, they were rude and acted as though we were being divas for asking for the coffee to be refilled. Overall, great experience except for the front desk staff.

My car was declined for the incidentals for $100 even though I had the funds. I had to walk through a snowstorm to a bank and deposit more cash so that I could pay the incidental that kept getting declined and it ended up charging $120 If they would’ve just told me it was gonna charge that extra I wouldn’t have had to walk to the snowstorm. Then they give me a room that is dirty and had debris and trash from the previous person still in it. Now it’s been three days since I have checked out and I still haven’t been refunded my $120 incidental which they told me was supposed to be $100

Didn’t feel safe. The surrounding area is the edge of Cherry Creek. Seedy side. Which is sad. We had to uber to the Cherry Cricket area. $20+ each way The breakfast was excellent. The staff were super nice.

This hotel was very nice and conveniently located but the area right around the hotel was not great. You can walk some places but the pedestrian pathway in and out of the facility to the main road was non existent and required walking on shared path with car. Otherwise great place--the suite was nicely appointed and economical.

I chose this hotel based on other business traveler reviews. It is conveniently located to I-25 and I-70. I also super appreciated the self parking at $15/night. My room was spacious and I liked that it had a couch with an ottoman for relaxing and a desk for work as well as a separate area for coffee/tea. Cherry Creak is a great area of Denver and I always felt safe and welcome at this property. Lots of different options around for food or shopping as well.

Nice area with many dining options. Hotel was quiet for good nights rest. The buffet breakfast in the morning was a disaster. The dining area was full, no plates or utensils, almost all food gone with people using paper coffee cups for their food. Were told by management that several coffee shops/breakfast in the area was available. Unfortunate, otherwise would give a 5 star rating.

We have stayed here several times in the past year since it’s close to my son’s house, and one of the perks was that breakfast was included. However when we checked in they now CHARGE $8/ person for what they described as an “enhanced breakfast “. Needless to say, we are breakfast elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Very sketchy clientele and although some of the folks at the front desk were awesome others were terrible. Kitchen was ridiculous. Tried to order at 10:15 and was told kitchen closed at 10. Fair enough. Ordered the next night at 9:30 and was told their food delivery didn’t show up so closed again.

Nice rooms, etc. but one of the perks was the free breakfast. Now they are charging $8, which I will admit is still a deal, but touting it as "upgraded/improved" breakfast items. Umm, no. It's the same stuff you've always offered. If you're going to charge, just call it what it is: $8 breakfast.
