our car (along with 2 others) were broken into overnight, windows shattered. When the police arrived, they informed us that there were a couple break ins the previous night and happens frequently in that parking lot. The hotel does not have cameras around the perimeter of the building. They charge you to park, not sure for what as their lot isn’t secure in any way. It doesn’t seem that management is taking this issue seriously as there are quite a few reviews on multiple sites detailing a similar experience and there has been no changes to security, or notices to people staying alerting to theft in their parking lot. I wouldn’t recommend staying here strictly because of the safety concerns.

Beautiful hotel with free breakfast daily and free light dinner Mon-Wed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My studio suite with kitchen is perfect for my needs.There is a Target with grocery across the street and various other dining options nearby. I am here for medical appointments downtown and this hotel is only a 7 minute drive away from them. Due to doctor needing to reschedule my appt, I had to extend hotel, car, flight by one day. I had to do this outside of Expedia (directly with hotel) and it was very costly for that one night. I wish they had a discount rate for those of us with last minute extension emergencies. At the moment, there is only one working elevator that makes some obnoxious sounds. When they get both working up to snuff, that will be nice. Out front, next to parking lot, there is a walking path next to Cherry Creek. It's beautiful. Some reviews mentioned vagrants and car vandalism, but I have not seen or experienced that thus far. FYI, there is a $10 per night parking fee, which was not mentioned on their Expedia page. Overall, I am happy with this property.

Comfortably fit family of five. Clean room and common areas. Used and enjoyed the pool and basketball court. Easy walk or short drive to many good restaurants and points of interest for the kids. Would definitely stay again.

The complimentary breakfast buffet was a plus, as was the weekday evening social hour. The Cherry Creek Trail (pavement) is directly behind hotel. The room was clean, spacious and quiet neighbors. Easy for Uber or friends-family to pick me up, drop off.

Centrally located near restaurants and stores. Large clean rooms, we had a 2 bedroom suite with a common area. Outdoor area was a great place to relax with a gas firepit running 24/7, 2 gas grills for guest use, and a play area for kids. Responsive staff. Full breakfast.

All staff that we dealt with were super friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was beautiful! We had an amazing view of the mountains. However, the sheets were dirty with stains on 1 bed, there were crumbs under bedroom tv, and when we pulled the hide a bed out it was covered in dirt and food crumbs. They also had no spare sheets, blankets or pillows in the closet for the pull out bed. I only asked for the bedding, and the staff was embarrassed that it wasnt there, he was very friendly. They were so busy i didnt want to bug them and be a bother about the cleanliness of our room.

Convenient to National Jewish Hospital. Lauren was super at check in, very friendly and accommodating. I have not been to Staybridge for some time as my last time was a bad experience. This time came close to that. My room had a dirty shower, dirty cups with someone else's lipstick on the cup. Our safe did not work and we called 3 times for someone to come help, no one ever showed up. It was fixed the day we checked out-that did us no good. You don't provide plastic cups in the room, or ice that I could find. You state a "Happy Hour" of sorts from 5:30pm-7:00pm, we went down at 6:15 and the food was gone and no one was going to replenish it. Breakfast both days was minimal and cold. Overall not so good for the money.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful. Quiet at night, making for a comfortable night's sleep. The coffee table was always ready and everything was tidy. The rooms were clean, and everything worked and was clean. We loved it. I highly recommend it.

I liked everything about this property. It really has everything you need for an extended stay. It even has free laundry facilities! There is a target right across the street, it’s a short drive to the cherry Creek mall, the rooms are large and very comfortable. At the front of the Staybridge suites here, is the bike path adjacent to Cherry Creek, which makes for a great morning walk. You could also bring your bicycle and go to any of the nice restaurants in Cherry Creek residential area. I felt that this place was money well spent.

We'd planned to buy breakfast stuff, but the free breakfast was so good we just did that. You could easily save enough money by eating at the hotel to afford an extra night or two! Is it luxury? Nope. Is it the most comfortable place I've stayed in a long while? Absolutely. I've stayed in another suite hotel by this brand and was not impressed (different management in a different city), but this location is lightyears beyond the other one. Give it a shot!

My one complaint about Staybridge Suites is that the thermostat keeps going into standby and dropping the temperature. It means that you start getting cold and then realize the furnace has turned off. And because it's a wall unit with forced air, it makes you colder before it makes you warmer, and then doesn't really heat up the entire room before limiting itself to 74 degrees and shutting off again. I love the layout of the rooms, but in a cold Denver December, the wonky furnace type and programmed settings will have me rethinking whether I book them again, at least in the winter.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I don’t know how the manager of this hotel has his job. We dealt with construction in the main lobby, which required us to go through one of the construction areas and pass through a small dirty kitchen to get in and out of our room. The shower drain was clogged and overflowed the shower pan the entire stay, they made no attempt to fix. The water in our room was shut off for almost a whole day. Got back to our room on 3rd day and found leaking kitchen sink and tools left by contractors. They came and fixed that leak. After plumbers left we left to pick up dinner and came back to find water running out of upper kitchen cabinets. I personally spent my time cleaning counter area and placed a trash can on counter to catch running water from upper floor leak. While checking out, we tried to speak to the manager who never even came close to apologizing for these issues and literally was aggressive and hostile towards us. His answer to everything was “I don’t have to discuss this with you.” This is what we got for over $250.00 a night. If you need a hotel room in the Cherry Creek area do not pick this one.

The staff was super awesome breakfast was very good and me and my friends had a blast being able to be in a suite all together!! There was a fridge a small kitchen dishwasher it was so awesome!! The outside area was beautiful as well. Even all the other guests were super kind and courteous. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!! Thank you so muchhhh!!

There were loud upstairs neighbors on Friday night. I waited over 40 mins before I complained 3x and asked to change rooms. I was a bit disappointed with the front desk response. They weren’t listening and clearly didn’t understand the issue. They finally agreed to move my room so I could sleep. When I moved rooms it was still rather noisy with a dog nearby, but that was able to be drowned out by my sound machine.

Great hotel with the comfiest beds ever. The only negatives were the housekeeping staff were literally constantly on their phones with speaker phone speaking another language, very loud and not exactly professional or appropriate in a hotel where people want rest. The breakfast wasn’t great but we don’t really book for the free breakfast so it didn’t take away from the 5 stars o gave

The check-in started off on the wrong foot. Check-in states it is at 3pm, however we were not able to get into our room until 3:45 because “some people pay extra for a late check-out.” Well, I don’t get to pay less for having to check-in late do I? We had an event we needed to change and freshen up and get to and that delayed us in getting there. Besides that, the room was very clean, so I did appreciate them not skimping on cleaning, and the breakfast was very good each morning, however I wouldn’t recommend eating a late breakfast at things were running low by 8:30-9. The fire pit outside was very nice as well. Overall we probably would stay here again if we didn’t have anything pressing to get to the day of check in but that did spoil things a bit.

Convenient to National Jewish Hospital. Lauren was super at check in, very friendly and accommodating. I have not been to Staybridge for some time as my last time was a bad experience. This time came close to that. My room had a dirty shower, dirty cups with someone else's lipstick on the cup. Our safe did not work and we called 3 times for someone to come help, no one ever showed up. It was fixed the day we checked out-that did us no good. You don't provide plastic cups in the room, or ice that I could find. You state a "Happy Hour" of sorts from 5:30pm-7:00pm, we went down at 6:15 and the food was gone and no one was going to replenish it. Breakfast both days was minimal and cold. Overall not so good for the money.

Please pay attention to description as parking is extra! Hotel has been updated so it looks nice but cleanliness wasn’t great in the room. The kitchen still had dishes in the dishwasher, and the bathroom floor had dirt in the corners. Both the kitchen sink and bathtub drained extremely slowly. Across the street is a Target which is convenient but there is also a strip club. Area isn’t horrible but I’d lock your car. The room wouldn’t cool below 75 during the day, it seemed like the ac couldn’t keep up.

Clean, quiet, a very comfortable bed, lots of room, a full kitchen, AND a good quality, free, full breakfast? For how much? Sold! Bonus: there's a Target right across the street with a grocery section, so you can easily stock up your kitchen as needed. We'd planned to buy breakfast stuff, but the free breakfast was so good we just did that. You could easily save enough money by eating at the hotel to afford an extra night or two! Is it luxury? Nope. Is it the most comfortable place I've stayed in a long while? Absolutely. I've stayed in another suite hotel by this brand and was not impressed (different management in a different city), but this location is lightyears beyond the other one. Give it a shot!

Overall a wonderful stay for a quick night trip for a birthday. Room was quiet and everything was very easy as far as check-in/check-out and had nice handouts of amenities, times for breakfast and check out times and was very seamless from beginning to end. Only recommendation i have is more focus on quality of the breakfast but thats always tricky in that type of setting when food isnt made to order. Great stay.

The hotel itself, our room, and the staff were great. Having the same exact breakfast on the menu everyday? Didn’t love that. The only fresh fruit were strawberries, the other fruit was canned and soaked in pineapple juice. Coffee creamer consistently out.

The room itself was clean and big. I liked how it was stocked with plates and silverware too. The breakfast was pretty terrible (it didn't help that you can hear the kitchen staff cussing in the back room most of the time). The children running around the halls at 8am slamming doors every 2 minutes wasn't great either. That's kind of out of the hotel's control, I understand. The worst part was the construction. We thought it would cease on the weekend but they were working in the room directly above ours and at 9am (Saturday) they started dragging equipment around and hammering away. We checked out early once that started happening. At least the front staff was friendly and kind enough to understand and refund the day we checked out early.
