This place is so unlike Hampton Inns. Very dingy and dirty. They must let dogs in all the rooms. Heard barking everywhere. Pool area had terrible odor and musty smell. Hot tub was dirty and lukewarm. They should change the name on this on to Motel 6, very disappointing.

Great Hampton property. Close to everything in Fort Collins. Like most Hamptons they had a nice gym and the staff was nice and helpful.

Consistency in Hampton inns - good, free breakfast options, decent gym, easy& free parking. Pretty quiet location with stores and restaurants within 1/2 Mike or so. 15-20 to campus/old town. The folks that work the desk are supremely pleasant and helpful.

The daily breakfast selection was decent. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The fitness area was a big feature for us. The choice of offering free weights and updated machines was impressive. Our room was neat clean and tidy. Maybe adding more hooks for towels in the bathroom could be useful. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms need a deep clean and every glass in the building had finger prints on them. Crazy. Our first room had Vaseline globs on the bathroom cabinet and the shower wasn’t clean. When asking to switch rooms, the housekeeping manager asked how long I had been there- ? Insinuating I made it dirty? Who knows. Never asked for details about the issues. Went to the next room and it fairly dirty too. Not a usual Hampton Inn experience for me

The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. He did his best to be accommodating. Our first room 217 was not cleaned bedsheet were not changed bathroom had dirty washcloth hanging on shower rod. So we were given another room 215 all was good until my daughter went to use the bathroom and the toilet had crap stains on the inside of the bowl of the toilet. I called down to tell the front desk Clerk and ask for a discount on the room at his point I didn’t think my luck of getting a clean room was possible because when we checked in a man was complaining about his room not getting cleaned. but the clerk wasn’t able to help me with a discount because I booked through Expedia . Very sad when you pay over $100 for horrible room conditions. Oh and we didn’t have hot water to shower! We have stayed here many times but I’m so disappointed in this stay. It will not be my go to anymore 😢 time to find a new place.

Overall, I guess the property was OK. But the staff at the front desk upon check-in were very rude and a bit nosy. The room was cleaned enough, except there was black hair in the tub and they put me a single person with no children in a room above the pool, which was incredibly hot And loud and then a family of small children running all night long above me, which I could hear them stomping on the floor all night

Cold shower totally ruined experience. Intermittent hot/cold water made entire experience miserable. To make matters worse, front desk person told me it wasn’t her problem as I booked via a 3rd party! Manager was not on site and did not return my call to field my complaint.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it’s always been good. It’s clean, comfortable and offers a good breakfast. Our only complaint this time was that we couldn’t get the shower to work correctly. The shower had a regular shower head and also a wand and moving the adjusting lever, we could only get the wand to work and not the regular shower head. Otherwise, good stay overall.

Second time staying at this particular Hampton. I always try to stay at Hampton’s and typically have a great experience. I checked in fairly late (9pm) and was given room 318. First I noticed the outlets by the bed don’t work at all - a guy came up to look at them and was told they didn’t work. I asked if I could switch rooms as I wanted to be able to charge my phone next to my bed and was told I was the last to check in and no other rooms were available. He did give me an extension cord and that worked, not ideal but fine. Went to bed and the first time the AC came on it had a terrible knocking noise and continued throughout the night. They were able to switch me to another room the second day and everything was fine.

The guy up front hates his job. He was not friendly at all. I had to say "hello" to him when I walked in. He just looked at me then said "hi" The whole standing there while he checked me in and didn't say anymore words to me was awkward. He needs to be retrained in customer service. The room was very comfy, and the bed was also. The breakfast needs biscuits and gravy! Thank you I will be back

The entire staff, from the dear folks at Front Desk, thru All the shifts, to the tenders of all the rooms are completely amazing, compassionate and humane. They go way above and beyond their “duties” . My brother is a handicapped Vet who had to leave his house due to water leaks And his caregiver abandoned him at the Inn. Everyone stepped up to support him- and me while I was there. And they continue to do so - making certain he has what he needs. The Hilton mothership needs to commend this particular Inn’s employees. They are So Much More than that.

No major complaints about the accommodations other than the group of loud and inconsiderate university or high school athletes that showed up. After complaining, the staff did respond and it was resolved fairly quickly. I enjoyed the breakfast. 6-10AM. It was clean and always stocked with fresh food. Warm food and it changed every other day. Staff was pretty good other than one late night person. I went to the lobby and was waiting on a food delivery. I said hi t o the desk girl and she did not acknowledge me. She was counting something so no big deal. I waited there for another 10 minutes and she never said a thing. After I realized the food was delivered and it was sitting on the check in desk I got upset because had she asked if i needed anything I would have said I am waiting on food. She would have said, is this yours? I really feel she is just a typical 20 something with no common sense. I was P'd off because cold nachos suck. Other than her, I would stay again.

Relatively convenient to I-25 and also not far from downtown Ft Collins. Clean, nice staff, and set back from main road so it is quiet. Our preferred hotel in Ft Collins area.

Hotel and room were clean and updated. Beds were fairly comfortable compared to other hotel beds I’ve slept on. The continental breakfast was great! Plus they served breakfast until 10AM and coffee 24 hrs a day.
