No lighting in the parking lot.

Didn't realize pool was broken so next time I will make sure to call ahead of time to ask questions. Breakfast buffet was great. Had to plunger to toliet the first night, tomatoes left in fridge by previous occupant, and table was dirty.

First and foremost you advertised a pool, And after we check in they tell us the pool has been out of service for over a year and they have told hotels.com this and they refuse to update their description. This alone should have warranted a discount or free night, false advertisement. Also, they put us in the long term section of the hotel with NO room cleaning at all, we had to do all of this ourselves after spending way too much for an average at best hotel. I haven't decided if I will ever use hotels.com again, this is the second time you havent accurately represented a hotel for us and I'm very disappointed in this stay.

The rooms were newly renovated and nice. Pool was not in service which was a huge downfall. Parking was ok.

The run down campers made it feel unsafe.

The bed was fine. Room condition okay. Amenities spartan, but as described. Exterior areas poorly lit. Adjacency to convenience store, lots of people hanging around. Lobby not inviting. Now, AM. Best and Expedia’s systems apparently not in sync. Showed up with Expedia confirmation information that was not in their system. After a long delay I was refused a room. Then, after I headed for my car, the young man at the desk chased me down and asked that I work with him. He did a search and finally found some kind of booking proof. At first unhelpful, he wound up being professional, accommodating and sort of saved the day.

It’s definitely a low end option. The shower was slick - faucet loose on the wall- room had a smell - bed was uncomfortable and lumpy and the pillows were like flat deflated bags of foam. Lots of commotion at night from fights in the parking lot to guests coming in all hours of the night. Horrible on lighting in the parking lot. There’s a busy convenience store in the parking lot-literally feet away. Great for convenience of getting better coffee in the morning but all in all - sketchy place- definitely won’t stay there ever again !!

A factor in my choosing this property was the pool amenity. I was advised the pool has been out of service for over year. Room and overall motel was outdated. Carpet inside room was very dirty. The microwave cord did not reach the plug and had to be moved everytime it was used. Limited electric outlets. Breakfast options were okay, but limited. Coffee was terrible. Staff was okay. Miranda was very friendly and made everything somewhat better. Location of motel was great however. Close to everything we wanted to do including CSU. Better options in my opinion however for the cost

We reserved a king room. The first room had a weird smell so we asked to be moved to another room. The second room had a broken air conditioner so we asked to be moved again. The third room had a newer ac and it worked beautifully. This is an okay place but needs some updating. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy. Swimming pool was closed even though it is July.

No security lock on the door so I propped a stained chair under the door knob. Breakfast was 6-9am. At 8:40 there was nothing left, no coffee, 2 bananas. Staff was very nice, the room was cheap, and the bath tub was lovely but I would not stay here again.

First room they sent me was not even cleaned! Bed was not made. They sent me to another and there were literally dead bugs on the floor. Nasty!! Won’t be back

The room was very, very dirty and smell like urine. The floor looked like it had never been cleaned or vacuumed, and there were bugs flying around the room. The couch was littered with stains. The property is unsettling, with homeless campers outside in the parking lot. Due to cleanliness and safety concerns, my husband and I decided to cut our short stay and go to another hotel in the area. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The lobby smelled of urine, and the breakfast area was located next to it. The room was beat up and so dirty my family didn't even want to take a shower there or get in the covers to sleep. We slept very little, just enough to get up early and get back on the road. When we got up, there were cockroaches everywhere. Thankfully, we didn't get any of our stuff out of our bags. Also, we are pretty sure there was drug dealing and a prostitution ring being run out of the hotel because just a couple of doors down, there were a couple of guys outside with some big dogs, and they were out there for hours. I could tell this because the dogs woke me up during the night, and my husband is a former Law Enforcement officer.

This was by far the lowest quality accommodation I have had in the past 30 years. The sheets were dirty, the AC was broken, the staff were clueless and eve try time we made an inquiry they expressed that they were new hires and had no clue about it. The carpet in the room was wet (clearly a plumbing problem) and the room smelled like sweat and urine. Avoid this hotel by all means! the hotels and inns nearby are all certainly better. You are wasting your money if you go here. I am surprised if this facility is not being investigated due to its health hazards!

Urine stains and other bodily fluids all over the sheets. Wouldn’t bring your kids.

BED BUGS!!!! DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE. 🐛 As if thats not bad enough... the place was run down, dingy, smelled weird lacked out lets. There were giant gouges in the walls where paint was missing. It was pretty gross!

Cheap place to sleep but cheap in many ways!!! So dirty ! From full trash bags sitting outside the doors by the trash can to the room, it was awful! They covered something with very strong clean spray to I guess cover the stink but it choked you out trying to do it and the bugs !! We slept on top of the blankets just in case but bugs in the bathroom and spiders on the wall!

The rooms carpet was moldy and when asked for a different room the other room was just as bad. They came in and sprayed the carpet but it smelled moldy the entire time.

Room smelled like urine . Wasn’t even clean. I took videos and pictures of how poor the property was maintained and my car was stolen out the parking lot ..you get what you pay for

This is a very old hotel that has been partially renovated. It has everything you need. We slept past the designated breakfast time, so I don't know how that was, but they do offer a complementary breakfast. The rooms were fairly nice, and it doesn't feel dirty, but it is basically a place to sleep. Our rooms fire detector was missing, there was a hole in the back of our bathroom door that had been covered, and the bathroom fixtures were very dated. Don't come to this hotel if you plan on having to spend a lot of time in your room, but if you are just needing a cheap place to crash as you drive through to another destination, it get's the job done at a decent price. There is a very nice gas station that is immediately adjacent to the property which is convenient if you need a snack.

Clean and spacious. It would have been great but the bed was so hard I didn’t sleep at all the first night because of hip and back pain. I bought an air mattress and put it on top of the bed the second night and it was good

Very comfy bed and great tree outside my window. Needs repairs like leaking sink, shower handle, ac buttons. Otherwise good stopping point on travel moving across country

Carpet had holes and stains. Heater/cooler unit smelled funny and wasn't accurate to the temperature guage so 61 degrees was hot but thats as low as it would go. Handle to shower broke. Tub had jets but no way to turn it on. Few plugs to charge or run things. Bathroom light was very dim and few lights were burnt out. Bed is not the most comfortable but theres enough sheets to stay warm and they're clean. Neighbors were not loud but parking is awful. Cops patrol the parking lot, concerning but also comforting. Lots of campers parked in the lot making for even less parking. "Breakfast included" involves a coupon so really its not included. Staff arent friendly and they ignore you as much as they can when you go to the front office. The room itself is large. The couch was smelly and stained.

The beds are no good

The staff and check-in was good. The heater didn’t stop once it reached temperature. There was heavy water damage on the walls and trim. One soap and one conditioner was all that was provided. Overall it was fine for a cheap hotel, but you get what you pay for.

This is an older property but has been kept up pretty well. Doors are difficult to shut so people slam them all night long and the floors for the second floor are not soundproof at all. My bed mattress was nice But the pillows were absolutely terrible. The staff was totally awesome and also notified me that Expedia had overcharged me for the room. Lol

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Only issue was the jets in the hot tub didn’t work, other than that it was great

I booked a deluxe queen with a balcony. Got there and they gave me a ground level room. Asked for a second level gave me the smallest room with no phone or chain lock on door. Third room didn’t have a chain lock on main door, phone was melted, window didn’t have a lock on it so you could hear everything outside and still didn’t get my balcony room.

Only one outlet in the room to plug in any digital or electronic devise. Don’t like charging a devise in the bathroom.

The first room we had had a few things missing or that didn’t work. The staff was able to move us the second night and it was much better. A huge shoutout to Joe, Mary and Kai for doing all they could to make things right.

I've yet to recieve a refund. I called them to let them know my flight was delayed from the east coast multiple times, at that point so helpful. I called to let them know that my daughter was arriving before me and they asked for her name to check in. She did but somehow the room was not ready, and they put her in another smaller room. my flight was delayed longer and i was flying in later. When i arrived I called and said i wouldnt be checking in until later becasue we had 30 minutes to get to our daughters graduation and then had dinner plans after. They said no problem please check in by 3 am, this was at 5 pm. I called again and said we were going out with friends and parents and would be arriving about 12 am or 1 am latest, again no problem we have your room. I arrive ah yes i spoke to you he says. i give him my id and he says oh wow so weird we have no rooms. How do you not have a room that i paid for months earlier and i kept following up on? He was rude and belligerant and after we showed him the paper given to us by the day manager saying our room would be ready - remember our daughter had already checked in the day before but moved to a dirty room with only one bed. He said i dont know about that, even though it was her name and signature. It was a ridicuolous situation made worse by someone who clearly didnt care and was busy doing god knows what behind the counter.

There was no staff for actual checkin. I was refused to be able to early check in, so I waited until the actual check in time and then an additional 40 mins for someone to actually show up to the front desk. I called a dozen times while standing there (with other guests) and could hear the phone ringing in the office.

Customer service was excellent! When we requested a blanket, he brought it directly to our room. When our key cards didn’t work, they promptly fixed the problem. On the not so great side of things-No counter space around sink, not enough plug ins to charge devices, very dark in room and no maid service for our entire stay which was three nights. Breakfast did not have healthy options.

The check in staff was great. She was accommodating and allowed us to check in early, in order to make our meeting time with friends possible.

This was an excellent value. Everyone of the staff we met was friendly and helpful. Great employees! Continental breakfast was a plus. I had to check out a day early on my 3-day stay, and they even refunded the third day I didn't use. I would stay there again!

Very friendly staff. Area want to bad. There’s a convenience store sharing parking lot. Very convenient but lots of traffic.

The hotel building is comparatively new, but missing elevator. Rooms are like boxes, views available are either wall of another room or the corridor. There was an iron but not the ironing stand. Breakfast items are limited. Police cars move around night time, made us little uncomfortable. Overall kids did not like the hotel for further stays!

Was close to freeway so quick access and quiet

Pretty alright place for the price, easy to find and basically hugging a Maverick that me and my friend walked to for snacks

Convenient location. breakfast at 8:15 was a dissapointnent, messy, no coffee and little food to, barely anything

The telephone did not work. I couldn't call front desk. I had to walk down to the front desk. The microwave didn't work The clerk said he would come and fixed it but never did. The first clerk was not responsible. All the later ones were great. There was $100 deposit which was not disclosed until check in. The breakfast was great.

It was ok but the price was way too high for what you get. Staff is super unhappy and makes sure you know it. Breakfast is not really worth it and don't ask the staff if anything is missing or out. Young Staff with short blond hair was calling guests names under her breath for requests like sugar or plates. It was a little fun to watch first thing in the morning. Your options are Cereal, toast or waffle, maybe. Nevertheless, we had a fine time and still had a good time on our trip.

The staff was super nice. The room, however, was rough at best. The smell was overpowering. The tub didn't plug, and the rest of the room was more getto than any cheap motel I've ever been to. At breakfast there were already so few options, and then the toaster wasn't working right and the juice machine was broken.

I was upset about breakfast. Breakfast was to begin at 6:00 am. We arrived at 6:30. Some Prep but the tables were not ready. They were not ready at 7:00 when we left. I would be fired if I worked that way at another place.

The hotel is dated and has delayed maintenance. The food is typical and pretty standard. The staff is above and beyond for customer service. My room and bath was very clean, care was taken to be neat. My only complaint was there was not a hairdryer to be had. But the price was definitely right!

This property was chosen as an overnight stop only and was perfectly acceptable for that. Breakfast was plentiful. It was unfortunate that there is a discrepancy in value between the notice in reception and the disclaimer that you sign for incidentals of about $150 dollars which we challenged - they need to be in alignment

This hotel should not be in operation. The rooms are beyond fifty. The room I had to stay in did not have a working smoke detector, had a hole in the wall and holes in the dresser drawers, had a missing light switch and the carpets didn't appear to be cleaned in years - not to mention how horrible the smell of the entire hotel was. The "free" breakfast was a joke - rotten bananas, stale cereal, no juice, a muffins that were rock hard.
