Staff was nice! We went for my Uncle funeral. There was no elevator so my elderly mother had to go up 2 sets stairs! There's NO Smoking in building, yet our floor stunk of pot! Outside the doors people Smoking pot. Out dated building and rooms!

Unfortunately, our stay was awful. The toilet did not work in first room we were assigned. Nice lady at desk moved us to room across the hall where we discovered trash, dirty towels, the remnants of someone recently shaving on one of the 2 beds (soooo gross), a trash can filled with small curly hairs, hair in bathtub/shower, food/crumbs on floor. We were too tired to complain and feared worse....we would have moved if not for complete exhaustion. I did bring trash can/hair photos to front desk to show them. We slept on TOP of bedding/etc. We won't choose this property again. The staff WAS very nice and did the best with what they have. Laundry on site was a nice touch. We washed everything upon check out before putting anything back in our car for trip home. Would advise anyone to do the same if they have to stay here.

Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the non congested location. West side rooms have view of front range. City bus stop across the street (free for everyone) - one hour schedule cycle. Denny’s and Hacienda Real restaurants next door as well as Waffle House few steps further. McD is other side of interstate. Room was huge with comfy chair and nice bed. Plenty of outlets. Excellent cell signal for Verizon and ATT. Washer/dryer available. Facility has been around a while but had reasonable rates.

Average hotel. Check in clerk, young white lady, was very nice. Check in went great. No elevator not pleasing. Breakfast was below average. Not enough towels in the room for family of 3. Beds slept good! Best restaurant in town across the parking lot! Wonderful Mexican Food!

2 story motel with no elevator. We were on the second floor. Wife has bad knees. Hard for her to climb stairs. No rooms on first floor when I asked. Clerk was not even willing to check to see how f she could accommodate us to find a room in first floor. Will not stay here again.

Halls and room were clean but smelled horrible- there was an half-inch air gap between the front door and the door frame. Friendly prompt front desk service, but there were sketchy people propping open side entrances to charge their phones- probably not hotel guests.

This place is disgusting. The carpets not only around the property but IN the room were so filthy I couldn’t take shoes off in my room to walk around, the carpet was sticky, the whole carpet, that’s how old and not clean it was. There were stains on the furniture in the room, the lamps didn’t work. People were clearly using the hotel as their home, which is fine, but smoking was happening in the adjacent rooms. There was NO SMOKE DETECTOR in my room, it was ripped off the ceiling. The outside of the building smelled like people were using the outside as a urinal. I didn’t not feel like my car with travel belongings inside was safe.

First, I could hear a male and female talking on the other side of the wall in the office, but had to use a phone (dial "0") twice -- letting each time ring until the hotel's answering system kicked in -- before the female checked me in. The room: I have never smelled a worse hotel room in my life. I can only describe it as a combination of cat litter box and chicken coop smell. I was exhausted from driving nearly 16 hours and just lived with it. Then I noticed the window was open (no screen on the window), heater was not on, and it was very cold in the room. The little rod that blocks the window from opening all of the way had been propped-up, allowing someone to crawl in/out of the room. No one was in the room/bathroom, thankfully. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this time it is readily deserved. I have not idea how this hotel got a 7+ rating from Hotels.com, but it must have been from management and employees having their friends leave fake review (or something).

Front desk employee was pleasant. But getting to our room meant navigating through groups of sketchy looking people with off leash dogs congratated at all of the other entrances. The bedding was the only thing in the room that appeared clean... the carpet was disgusting with random nail clippings and other debris on the floor.

Was average for a super 8. However, i have never been in a hotel that had parental block on their WIFI. I was able to access the internet but anything that might be considered not family friendly was blocked.

Decent place for the money. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. Overall condition of hotel could improve and grounds could use some maintenance. With the brewing distribution next door, it’s loud with truck traffic at all hours so I’d highly recommend not having a room at that end of the building.

I was disappointed in my stay this time around unfortunately. The first thing we were welcomed to when entering our room was a false eyelash piece on one of the dressers. The second was the broken fridge, we notified the front desk and they sent one of the maintemce men to come and take a look at it, he checkdd and told us it was working but that wasnt the case at all ,our food had gone spoiled because it wasn't working. The wifi service was also very poor .. i usually never have an issue . Very disappointed

Hotel is significantly out of date. Bedding seemed more up to date, but mattress and carpeting was VERY worn. Room window was open with AC on. AC was blowing cold air that had an almost unpleasant smell.

Staff was amazing and helped when we forgot a bag when we left!! Properly could definitely use some TLC and more attention to detailing when cleaning rooms as there was dirty and obviously old towel hanging over shower when we got to our room. Over all tho it was a great stay and would stay again!!

My husband and I were driving from Butte, Montana and I called several hours before we were due to check in to make sure our reservation was still there because we wouldn't be in until after midnight, the lady who answered said that we did and not to worry, When I arrived she told me that our reservation had been canceled and I asked her why she didn't let me know this 5 hours before when we talked and she bluntly said I don't know. If she had told us that it was canceled we wouldn't have driven to Fort Collins. Luckily, the hotel next door had a room and was 10 bucks cheaper. Needless to say, I will not be using Expedia again for any reservations.

What an absolutely shocking check in experience. We had a confirmation for two rooms but the receptionist said she could only find a reservation for one room. We stood at reception for a full two hours arguing whilst other guests checked in. Then she told us to get out and find another hotel. Fortunately, an Expedia adviser intervened and sorted things out for us. No apology, just rude and unprofessional behaviour. Really nice hotel but pity about the receptionist.

While it was a relatively clean stay the woman Martina at the front desk is ridiculously out of control when attempting to check-in. She is a complete control freak and domineering when it comes to reciting hotel policy or asking any questions. The next day Jessica at the front desk was no better as far as her attitude and snarky quips in response to any questions.

The staff at this property was amazing!!! We were here 9 days for work and every employee we interacted with was super friendly, helpful and immediately willing to accommodate any needs we had. The hotel was clean and the room was good, there were some “interesting” characters that seemed to be around a lot in the parking lot and in the general vicinity of the hotel that would have made me very wary of walking around without my husband, however the entire stay my husband had tools in the back of his work truck and nothing ever came up missing. I would stay here again, for a night passing though based on just the staff and their treatment of us, I have stayed at much nicer hotels with not even half of the customer service and genuine caring.

I booked my room through Expedia. When I arrived at hotel, I waited in the lobby for about 25 minutes behind what appeared to be a bus of tourists checking in. That was fine, but after their check in was completed I was told that there were no more rooms available. I was told by the hotel employee that the booking companies over book the hotels and that I would have to get my refund through Expedia. Was able to find another room from another hotel chain for the night. The horrible part about Super 8 was that a few days later I was on the phone with Expedia going through the refund process. During the time on the phone with Expedia, they called Super 8 to verify the situation that night. I was then told by Expedia that the hotel said I was a no show. Super 8 are liars and cheats. I will never stay with them again.

The room was fine, however my family felt unsafe due to the amount of vagrants surrounding the property. Also it was noisy outside late at night with people smoking cigarettes and loitering around the side entrance. I would never go back there.

Staff was kind of rude and short, and didn't seem open to answering any questions. Room smelled of urine and mildew, and TV, table, and shower head were all cracked or broken. Plus, the road to get out of the area is incredibly confusing, so location is kinda rough. Lots of homeless in the area, which would normally be fine, but these ones were really aggressive.

The property was easy to find. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Property itself needs some care. Old carpeting fraying and a tripping hazard. Bathroom wall around the shower needs attention. Many big dirty spots on the white walls. Needs a refresh badly. It worked for the two nights I stayed.

You get what you pay for, especially when it’s an area you don’t know. The service was fine, though I was surprised to see the attendant was behind a barrier. The beds were nicely made, but a few cigarette burns on one of the comforters. I was in town for a concert so getting back late it felt a little sketchy in the dark near the highway. Overall the stay was fine, but I’ll likely pay the extra $20 to feel safer somewhere else.

When I got to the breakfast basically there was nothing in there… It looks like a lot of people live in the hotel. A staff member then came and added a few honey buns? And some very green bananas and maybe half a loaf of white bread.

I had to go in the "employee only" door each morning to get breakfast food whether it was milk, waffle mix, etc... The staff would NOT keep the breakfast stocked and there was over an hour to go each day we went. (all 3 days!) Duct tape was the threshold cover between our carpet and vinyl in our room. All corners were rotting and dingy. We didn't get any hand towels or a bathroom rug towel.

This was a very basic hotel - limited services and personnel. Breakfast was okay, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Best price we could find for the area. They need to fix the sidewalk along the building which posed a severe tripping risk!
