The housekeeping was top notch here. Best I have experienced in a while. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The only negatives were only one elevator worked, not a single ice maker worked, and the hot tub was out of service.

Restaurant in Lobby had freat food and service. Maid staff didn't clean or pick up anything 1st room offered had a bad odor. 2nd room was only a little better Lobby is beautiful Pool was disappointing based on on line photos and hot tub wasn't operational even though website said it would be working

The hotel was in a convenient location. However, they are using a 3rd party App to charge for parking in their small, open parking lot. $15/night unless you’re a Hilton honors member. Then it’s only $10/night.

The pool was closed and there was not any type of notification beforehand. Thisbis something I looked forward to when booking my stay. The other issue was my sink was stopped up. The staff did offer to move me, but the issue is I cleaned and sanitized the room upon check-in and I just didn't want to have to do that again. It was just a disappointment all around.

The Hilton property was fine but be warned that they outsource their parking to a 3rd party operator. Their rudimentary phone app to reserve/pay did not provide a phone number for help. It’s too bad this Hilton just doesn’t add parking to the room charge instead of using a predatory service. It really cheapens the experience.

This is a beautiful hotel and a pleasure to stay in. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has great food options and a Starbucks on site. There is also a quiet library area with shareable books. I will definitely stay here again!

The Hilton is beautiful and very welcoming. The receptionist was wonderful, very nice. Room was nice and clean. Housekeeping did a great job. Checking out was face and smooth. We will stay here again!

This hotel needs to be refurbished. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom - ring around the tub, dirty floor and other fixtures in bad shape. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom wasn’t good, and my mom stayed in a separate room and hers was the same.

Property as a whole was dirty. My shower wasn't clean, there was still hair on the walls of the shower and hanging out of the drain. There was hair on my bed as I walked in. Furniture looked like it has seen 20 years of wear and tear.

PROPERTY SMELLS LIKE MOLD! No MINI FIDGE or MICRO WAVE. The rooms have no ventilation so they stink of mold and body odor. They never vacuum the hallways

The room itself was fine, but there was no hot water for the entire building and we had to take cold showers after driving for 16 hours. When I talked to the front desk, all they could say was that the engineers had already left for the day and all they could do was offer breakfast vouchers, which we passed on.

This hotel is located in a great area if you are visiting Colorado State University. It is a nice hotel and dog friendly. Great walking paths near the hotel and restaurants within a couple of blocks. The main part of the hotel looks nice. The rooms are a little bit on the older side and could use a bit of an upgrade at this point. Otherwise it was clean and a nice place to stay.

Basic hotel. Biggest turn off was no smart TV’s with ability to stream. Tried to connect a fire tv stick and told access not allowed. Seems prehistoric to not have an updated television. Rooms smelled too, musty, moldy. Price gouging during CSU events.

We stayed for 1 Saturday night before a race, and our experience was not ideal. The hotel is like a big square with an open courtyard below, so sound really travels from the main floor to all the floors and rooms above. They put us on the second floor (my fault for not asking for a different room, I guess), and there was a gala going on directly below our room that had extremely loud music until 10p, then tear down of the event afterward seemed to include a drill in the courtyard? It kept our entire family (including my two young children) up well past 10:30p. Further, we turned the AC to 64 and it never went below 67, so we all got very hot at different points during the night - not the best night’s sleep. On the plus side, the location was convenient to Old Town and campus (if either of those are on your list of things to do), and the pool was quite nice, and we got two free bottles of water. But every single ice machine in the entire was broken, and you had to go to the front desk for ice. All in all, not our favorite hotel stay and we’ll probably not pick this hotel again if we stay in Fort Collins.

This is an older property and showing its age. One elevator was out of service (the same one that was broken last year). The internet was very intermittent. The tiles in the bathroom were warped by the sink. Despite this, the staff was great as is the location.

I\'m still waiting for an explanation for the overcharged that more than $200 from this reservation. The "detailed" bill shows me the price of the hotel, the taxes and something extra, but nothing about the $200 and more extra charges. I sent a text an a email to expedia and the hotel. No answer. I went to the hotel and they said that they didn\'t know anything that have to contact Expedia, and Expedia is not giving a y answer yet. I just want and explanation about the extra charge and obviously to get my money back.

Excellent stay @ the Hilton Ft Collins. The room and entire facility was clean. This is a great location close to CSU campus. My daughter forgot her jacket in our room and didn't realize it until several hours after checkout: The staff found it for us and had it ready @ the front desk for pickup. Overall interaction with the staff was positive, they were very courteous.

I always stay at the Hilton, Fort Collins, when I come to take my daughter to and from school. Initially, four years ago, it was a great place to stay, very friendly staff, very clean, and the condition of everything was in top shape. Over the last two years, since Covid, there have been repetitive problems with the elevators. This weekend, we ended up walking up and down nine flights of stairs with and without luggage. Today, I had an opportunity to go out and do something around Fort Collins so I asked for a late check out, approximately 1 PM. I got a very curt reply, no… That we were not able to stay until 1 o’clock for late check out otherwise we were going to be charged $50. We were only allowed to stay until noon. In the past I have asked for a late check out and have had no problem. Why today? It would’ve been nice to have a simple, simple answer, but I felt like the person that I spoke to at the front desk was not in the mood to be nice. Imagine that, I’ve been walking up and down nine flights of stairs all weekend, long, because of a broken elevator, and sometimes both were down, and they had the audacity to ask me for 50 more dollars just for one more hour. Very disappointed. Secondly, get the elevators fixed once and for all. I’ve been coming for the last two years and there’s always something wrong with one elevator or two.

Property was okay, but when I needed to speak to someone at the hotel after I had checked out it was impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Even called Hilton reservations and they couldn’t get anyone in the hotel to pickup. That’s a zero for customer service

They overbooked and had us drive to another Hilton owned hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. It was obvious they were overwhelmed. We were given keys to a room we did not reserve but we were happy to have enough beds for our party size. When we entered the room, there were belongings already inside. That’s when we went back to check in and were told they were overbooked and we would be “walked” to another property. We drove 3 miles plus to that property. It took the nice and helpful check in staff member 20 minutes or so to get us checked in. He had never done this type of transaction on the night shift. Room was accommodating and we were finally in bed at midnight.

While at the hotel we encountered several rude staff members. When I asked them for a bag cart they said they couldn't help because they were the only staff member working, it was 10 AM on a Monday morning. I asked for help with my TV not working and they said there was nothing they could do and offered me a free breakfast. After I told them I have breakfast plans they just apologized and I ended up paying for a room that didn't have TV. The refrigerator in the room wasn't cooling any drinks we had in there. The showers cleanliness was ok at best. I called the main line for more towels and I spoke with a robot, never received any towels. The hotel is nice, a little out dated but still pretty cool building. Service was some of the worst I have had in a hotel in some years, definitely the worst for a Hilton property.

The Hilton was close to CSU where we needed to be for a graduation. Old Town is about 10 minutes away by car. Many stores to visit and it’s charming. The staff at the hotel were great! They were friendly and helpful. There is a cafe, a restaurant and a bar which made it easy if you didn’t want to go outside of the hotel to eat or have a drink. It is very clean and our room was very comfortable.

I stayed at the Hilton Fort Collins for an event. I would say it was "okay", it was not nearly as nice as other Hilton's, in fact I think they should rebrand this as a lower-level hotel brand to manage expectations. The event I attended was good and well-coordinated, but the catering was a disaster. They ran out of salad and there were several vegetarians that were counting on it. Food kept running out, saw people having to scrape the pan just to get a tiny bit on their plate. I would NOT use this location for an event that involved serving a buffet style meal. I personally though the food was mediocre and could have done better, but catering was not managed well at all. I did not have any issues with my stay. I would also mention in case you arrive in cold or rainy weather, you have to sign up via QR code to pay for parking, which is discounted for members, and will need your license plate number, so take a pic of your rental plate and then run inside, lol.

I used to stay here every year for New Year’s Eve and always had a good time and enjoyed the stay. I decided to comeback this year, they didn’t have the restaurant or bar open at all for some reason. The room was clean but needs upgraded.
