The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The location can't be beat. The lobby is cozy and a great place to get some work done in the morning while the sun is streaming through the windows. The bikes are a bonus, and we used them to go on a little bike bar crawl with our new 21-year-old.

We had a nice stay at The Armstrong. Great area and access to restaurants, breweries and the free bikes (cruiser style) were a fun way to explore town. There was definitely a lot of Febreeze type air freshener smell that irritated my allergies so be aware if this is a concern for you. Also, this is an updated older hotel so it is very easy to hear through walls and into the hallway. They do supply ear plugs in the rooms and overall the sound wasn’t too bad for us.

This property is very historical and a pretty place. Down side is it is super loud and the walls are paper thin. It’s not somewhere you want to stay if you want to get a good nights sleep. You can hear everyone around you talking in normal voices in their rooms. When using the blow dryer the breaker went out. Had to call for maintenance to turn my lights back on in my room. I left a day early due to not being able to relax. Very noisy I can’t express that enough. Parking is extremely limited. I did not like that. They only have maybe 10 parking spots available for their guests. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Bed was super soft and the bedding was soft. I won’t stay there again.

Always a fave of mine when visiting my daughter at CSU! The hotel is right in the middle of downtown, near lots of shopping and restaurants, has a great cocktail bar downstairs, always friendly and accommodating staff, safe, easy parking, cozy bed (pillows are awesome)… just lovely!

This hotel and surroundings exceeded expectations. A sweet hotel with an antique vibe in the heart of a happening town where the hardware store is still on the main thoroughfare. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff is in a league of its own.

Very esthetically pleasing hotel. Staff was very nice, located in a great location and rooms are clean. But the room has a weird smell to it because of the bathroom. And since this hotel is right on a major road, the noise at night was so loud, mostly front the motorcycles.

This place is so quaint and the decor is so well thought out. The room was nice and big. The hotel smells so fresh and clean. The staff and bar/lounge were also fun. I would most definitely stay here again. Also, location is great and you can walk to everything.

It is a great location right in the middle of downtown. Lots of restaurants within a block or two. The hotel is very well done and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The biggest issue is noise. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. Our upstairs neighbors sounds like they were pasing back and forth in boots at 5am.

Walls are paper thin. I could hear so many outside conversations, door closings etc. the man in the room next store was having very clear phone sex for 2 hours at 1:30 in the morning, so clear that we could hear the woman on the other end of his line

Located in the heart of Fort Collins, we chose the Armstrong to stay for my sister's graduation. It's centrally located, which was very convenient for getting around. We got to our hotel a little early, they were able to accommodate a slightly early check-in. They upgraded us and even gave us free parking, all of which was unexpected and very generous as we were not expecting anything like that! The room itself was very comfortable and we slept so well. The staff texted us updates of deals and events around the hotel which was pretty cool actually. 10/10 would recommend this neat hotel.

The hotel is so charming and I love the history of that space. We enjoyed how close we were to everything and being able to just walk out the door and stroll the beautiful streets. The staff always greeted us and helped us with any questions we had about the area. We will definitely visit The Armstrong again!

We were met by friendly and accommodating Front desk staff, Ed & Ransom on arrival. They were able to honor our room request and that always makes us happy. Both Gentlemen helped us with a couple of things. Our bed was comfortable, the hotel is quiet at night. We slept well and had a great shower. The amenities are nice. We’ll definitely stay at The Armstrong Hotel again. P.S. there may be a ghost, though. The elevator stopped on a floor and no one was there to enter. :) We love historical hotels.

Had the best stay in Fort Collins. The Armstrong was perfection. Really trendy and centrally located. Easy parking. Staff was incredible and too care of me, knew my name the entire time. White glove service. Wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if I found myself back in Fort Collins.

The Armstrong Hotel exceeded all expectations and provided exactly the peaceful retreat I needed. I came to the hotel specifically to take a couple of quiet days to rest and recharge before. The staff was outstanding, especially Ed at the front desk, who greeted me by name every time with genuine warmth and kindness. It truly felt like a welcoming home away from home. I LOVE this hotel. I have stayed here a few times. The staff are always very professional and friendly. My comment and review is based on the area - NOT the hotel itself. I was unfortunately surprised by the amount of homeless people in the area. We walked to a nearby park to let my toddler run around and play after spending 7 hours traveling in a car and encountered a homeless person at every street. Once we arrived at the park I turned to my husband and said I do not feel safe here, let’s just go back to the hotel. That’s the kind of park where your child finds a used needle at. Really unfortunate as I don’t remember the area being that bad during my previous stays. If you have to stay here for work or other reasons and just plan on staying on the same street for the restaurants I would still recommend this hotel.

This is my new favorite hotel in Ft. Collins. We stayed one night to visit our college student. The hotel is in prime location to Old Town, many options for food and fun. The hotel is very clean with unique features. Will definitely be staying here again.

Location is perfect for in town walkability. The staff is utterly amazing! Breakfast on the patio was way above average, cocktails in the lower level bar and lounge were fabulous. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent bedding. Can’t wait to go back!
