Coffee was good! Elevator out for over a day, tough for us seniors on 4rd floor. Pool was too cold and Hot tub was scalding hot.

I booked a bunkbed suite with 2 queen beds but when i got there i was told the bunkbeds have been taken out and i was down graded to a king bed. The pool heater didn't work. The dryer for clothes didnt work. The bathroom door didnt lock. Staff was nice and view was nice. Would not stay here again.

Property was being remodeled - no lobby or breakfast. They handed out a frozen breakfast burrito and a fruit or watered-down juice. How 'bout some pastry? And why not let us know at booking time? TV didn't work and no staff was available to help. WiFi was down in the morning. Got 6" of snow overnight - walkways weren't shoveled as of 9 AM!

Pool was ice cold, pricey for a hotel thats doing renovations. Room was clean but the sink plunged didnt work had to crawl underneath it and fix it. Now if it was cheaper then it would of been expected and the paint smell got old after awhile.

Great location - right on the Colorado River with a lighted walkway along the river right next to the hotel. The jacuzzi was working and relatively clean. The hotel is renovating lobby area and there was considerable noise and dust from the construction.

Room was decent, bugs flying around ceiling. Elevator was dirty and needed maintenance. They were apparently remodeling and there were supplies lying everywhere. The laundry facilities didn’t work, front desk could not give quarters for laundry they sent you to the hotel next door. Would not want to stay here again.

Bathtub was filthy inside and outside floor had dirty corners faucets now sparkly clean I went into bathroom immediately after opening the room door and saw bathtub with debris and complained to front desk and they sent staff to clean they did a mediocre job and left I did not feel comfortable taking a shower in that bathroom

My stay at the hotel was very disappointing due to its outdated condition and lack of cleanliness, especially in the room and the elevator carpets. Despite requesting housekeeping, no one attended to it. I do not recommend this hotel.

Appeared to be remodeling something. Hallway carpets were littered & dirty. The bathroom had dirty stuff on the walls. The room actually smelled like dirty feet or sweat.

Pretty area, could use a thorough cleaning, wipe down inside elevators, pools look murky, hot tub not working, screw sticking out of shower curtain rod, cable plate hanging off wall. You can hear upstairs people stomping around. Front desk handled it though. Sweep the deck and pick up branches, don't just hose it all down. Breakfast was nice.

The halls were dark. Missing a television in master bedroom. Toilet had a big black spot in bowl where enamel was missing. It gave the appearance that someone hadn't flushed. Burn spot in the carpet. The bathroom was the first room as came in the door, followed by kitchen, living room and then bedroom. Harder for folks that have to get up in the night. No trash can in the bathroom, only kitchen. Shower was clean. Bed comfortable.

The property was advertised with a hot tub, you get there and lo and behold. No hot tub The lock on our room was not functioning properly when you leave the room the door lock would not engage with our a fair amount of messing with it, we contacted the desk and the made it serviceable , how ever I did not trust it to lock , always check it before you leave The room was riverside and clean, breakfast was really reasonable , coffee machine was broken when we arrived and fixed well enough to use at breakfast Straight up this room was not worth what we paid for it. IMHO. The beds being firm and the pillows made up for some of the short comings. Also the Amtrak train rolls thru at 1:30 am and trust me you will know. Other than that 3 to 4 stars, people were very pleasant but there is only so much you can do when the MGMT company does not have maintenance onsite. 24-7 If you advertise a hot tub please make sure it is actually functional. Access to call about the problem was not easy and Expedia takes some bad marks for not having easy communication to service agents when needed. ,

Hotel needs an upgrade in the common areas. Bathroom was nice, beds were a little hard and bumpy. Room had a stale smell from no air running. Ran air all night at 69 and still felt stuffy and hot. Breakfast was typical but good.

The view from the room was spectacular. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Very peaceful with extremely courteous staff. The beds were super comfortable.

I believe it was overpriced. The property is in need of some updates and refresh. The halls smell like marijuana really strong. The rooms need TV's that can stream and USB plugs in the lamps. Everything else was fine.

The property smelled like marijuana. Some of the associates smelled of marijuana. They advertised pool and hot tub. Both were closed for repair. Doors did not automatically close, door keys failed to work every day, The exit door would not reopen with room key. The hotel was under remodel and smelled of paint thinner. My friend slipped and fell on the ice outside the door because they did not salt the sidewalk. After complaining to the staff about the problems, I was told to leave and they still have not refunded my money for the days I did not stay there.

We were not aware of the hotel construction going on. Wish I would have known before I booked 5 days there. Even though we hung our sign on door to clean we never received any services. We had to go down to the front desk for additional towels, coffee etc. I even took out our trash 2x for them during our stay. The staff at the front desk was friendly though.

No one at front desk. I wasnt the only one waiting. Finally knocked loudly on the admin door and some one appealed. The elevator was not clearly marked on 1st floor and hard to find.

Location was central and close to attractions (Yampah caves, hot springs, and theme park). The river is behind the hotel and a rafting place next door. There is a Dairy Queen next door and a convenience store/gas station next to DQ. They have an indoor pool and jacuuzi. There are several places to hike nearby. There's several restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops and bars within 10 minutes from hotel. Customer service was excellent and we had no issues at all with our stay. There was some construction going on but nothing loud from where we stayed on 3rd floor. Beds and pillows were comfy and AC was amazing! Rooms have small fridge and microwave. Hotel has breakfast 6am-10am. Waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal and some pastries. They share gym with hotel across the street. Only feedback id give to hotel is maybe set up coffee pot somewhere else besides bathroom, Will def stay again.
