We picked Hampton because experience has said we can count on a pretty high level of quality. This experience was ... fine, but not what we expected. The hallways/elevator/etc were a little dingy; the pool was very small (and we had to go next door for the hottub); one doorway to the parking lot wasn't working; etc. Breakfast in the morning: The juice machine wasn't working, the "toast" container was out of bread; regular syrup was so low my son didn't even notice there was any and accidently took the no-sugar version, etc. People and staff were friendly and helpful, but the whole experience didn't feel like Hampton Inn.

We had a wonderful stay here. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and nicely stocked with necessities. View was beautiful of the fall tree colors. The breakfast bar is also great with a variety of different items. Their snack collection is the best I’ve seen yet! Very nice place to stay. I highly recommend staying here. I would stay here again. One MAJOR safety issue. The room showers are elevated almost a foot off the floor, and have no non-slip surface on the bottom. Stepping up and down in and out of the shower is extremely hazardous, my feet slipped all over, so I needed a strong grab on the safety bars. I'm guessing every room is like this, so be warned and be careful. Next, the remote and on-screen guide on the TVs is almost useless. The channels in the guide have no numbers, just names, so every time you want to return to a channel you've located, you have to scroll through all the channels to find it again. The remote also has no ability to enter numbers. Whoever thought this system was any kind of upgrade has never spent a night in a hotel.

The room was comfortable and we slept well the first night. Our room was on the side by the convention center and the second night there was a concert. It was very loud and woke me back up at 1 am. I would suggest staying on the opposite side of the hotel just in case.

They didn’t have the room that we selected online so they put us in a different type of room. Walls were paper thin and an adjoining door made it a long noisy night. The next day they moved us again and it was better.

It’s in a good location, close to food and activities. I’m not satisfied with the room. The blackout window curtains do not close all the way so there is light from the parking lot shining in ALL night. I’m glad brought an eye mask to sleep with, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to sleep due to the light.

We had large group of girls yelling in the hall at 11:30 pm. We called front desk and nobody answered. The noise continued for about 10 minutes and a person in another room and I had to tell the entire group to be quiet. Started up again at 4 AM. When I tried to talk to the lady at the front desk in the morning, she was extremely rude. Told me that she went up to try to take care of the Noyes problem and that there was nobody there. I reassured her that there was a group of 20 to 25 girls in the hallway, and she responded with well. The noise went away as soon as I showed up. The fact that she was so unprofessional and dismissive of us getting woken up by 20 to 25 young girls really pissed was inappropriate

Hotel could not find reservation. It took 45 min to get ahold of hotels.com to get checked in and hotel did not have a king size bed which is what I reserved. 45 min check in at 11 at night when your exhausted certainly ruins your night.

We came to town on Amtrak and it was very easy to walk to and from our hotel to the stations. We enjoyed walking the area around the hotel and found many dining options nearby. The hotel breakfast included many items for a healthy breakfast. Our room was clean and well maintained. It was a good experience.

I didn’t use much of the facilities because I was out on a wine tour most of the day, but I loved the proximity to the main downtown area for dinner and shops in the evening. It was also a perfect location from the Amtrak train station, where I came in from Denver (just a 5 minute walk to the hotel). Made for a nice weekend outing!

The fact they let people use other nearby Hotels' pools/jacuzzi was what made this stay A M A Z I N G. The breakfast in the morning was really good too - eggs/bacon/yogurt/orange juice/milk/etc. Everything about this place was great. If I had any complaint, it'd be that the bathroom tub needs to be cleaned a bit more and cauked some to hide some stuff (I wouldn't have taken a sit down bath there) but otherwise bathroom was very clean.

This is a solid 3-4 star review. The biggest disappointment was that we had reserved a king with a small sofa and it was not available. The desk staff said this was the third-party reservation's mistake. It really wouldn't have mattered except that this was a special trip for my wife and I and it was a two-day stay. They put us into a fine double queen room and provided us with parking. The only 3-star part of the experience was the hot breakfast. I don't think we are high maintenance, but this was really not too good. The location is amazing and the people were great.
