Great staff and cozy room for the price

Was looking forward to using the indoor pool and hot tub but unfortunately it was out of service. Other than that everything was clean and a very big breakfast buffet available. Quiet and comfortable.

First, the staff was unavailable for at least 15 minutes in the office. Once he did come out and help the other guests he had an attitude. There was also a sign saying that the pool was down , they didn't know when it would be back up and it would not be giving a discount. Also. The entire hotel had a really musty smell. I don't know if they were trying to upgrade a disaster hotel or they just let the hotel go

Everyone at the front desk was fantastic. Very helpful and courteous.

Breakfast was OK, but the second morning it was unattended. There was no juice at all, only water, and there was no syrup for the pancakes. They looked good but I had to toss them without syrup. The first night I stayed, the heat did not work at all and it was pretty cold all night. The next morning, the front desk attendant adjusted it and then it worked OK. Overall, not too happy. Will re-think staying at a Wingate Hotel.
