Hotel quick easily have gotten five stars and I did in every area except for swimming pool was broken. I do understand that things happen but at breakfast I heard from some people who had been at that hotel for a couple days saying it had been broken the entire time. And after a 12 Hour Dr. is really looking forward to being able to jump in, mainly because it wasn’t indoor. Besides that the staff were excellent.

Property is nice and staff was super friendly. Parking is not great, long parking lot with short rows, so if you aren’t up front it is a bit of a walk. Got here in a thunderstorm, so the front desk recommended unpacking at the check in area and then parking.

Unfortunately, there was a dog next door that started scratching and whining around 3 in the morning. Our room appeared clean if you didn’t look too closely in the corners or at the lack of upkeep of aging room. Comfortable enough for a short stay. Staff at check-in and checkout very accommodating and helpful. Hotel parking is fenced and felt safe.

It worked but not worth the money to me. We had two rooms. One was nice and redone. The other not so much. It was reasonably clean but not great. Being right off of the interstate you could hear traffic all night. The pool was small but not bad. No hot tub. Breakfast was average. Not the worst place to stay but you pay top dollar for an okay stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The only gripe I have is that four of the five people I encountered outside were smoking right by the door. A couple of workers, somebody’s sitting in their truck in the drive-through, and an old man sitting on the front ledge. I get it, people smoke… But I had to walk through it several times Coming and going. But onto the good parts… First, there is a fence all around the parking area in the hotel which lends to the security. The beds were clean and the towels were clean and moderately soft, and I appreciated the shower curtain rack that swung out so I wasn’t attacked by it when I was showering. I couldn’t sleep so I got up at 5:45 and met the pleasant breakfast guy around six getting things set up. The breakfast was good and I had a couple of egg, potato, and bacon breakfast burritos that I made With the tortillas sitting out, And several cups of juice. My daughter said the pool was fine, and mentioned there was no hot tub if anybody was wondering. There is a disc golf park right next to the hotel, so I walked it for an hour after breakfast. Again, it was a good place that felt safe. You could hear the interstate traffic when you’re outside, but not from the room. It wasn’t the cheapest hotel, but reviews indicated it was one of the better ones and that was correct. The hotel is a little Dated, like the Elevator and carpets and such, but they were clean and that’s what I really wanted. If I’m ever around wheat ridge or Arvada need a hotel, I’ll look this one up again.

Overall it was a decent place to stay. The breakfast was great however cleanliness lacked for us. Our room had candy wraps left in it, stains on the sheets and hair in the shower still when we checked it. It looked very minimally tidied up. Service was great with check in, check out and accommodations asked for.

We checked in exhausted from a long drive. In the morning I noticed long dark hairs on floor and furniture in the room and bathroom. I requested the room be cleaned which was done I also requested daily housekeeping which did not happen. Would definitely not stay here again.

The room was not clean at all. There were items from the previous guest under the bed. The bed itself was lopsided and uncomfortable. The shower was absolutely disgusting. The floor had dirt all over it and there was pubic hair on the walls and on the shampoo bottle. The conditioner bottle was empty. I’m pretty sure all the cleaning crew did was replace the towels. I will not be returning to any more Comfort Inns.

This place was horrible. We canceled our reservation within 30 minutes due to poor cleanliness. The sheets were littered with body hair and chocolate stains, indicating that the linens were not changed. We also found shrimp shells and french fries on the ground, indicating that the floors were not swept prior to our arrival. Don’t stay here — it’s not worth it.

Lobby was absolutely rank with potpourri - it was a chemical blast that made my eyes, nose, and throat burn. The sink and tub did not drain. The coffee pot was missing a crucial element (the dish that holds the coffee sachet in place) and the breakfast coffee was burned and tasteless. The AC was blasting at 60d when I entered the hotel room. The previous occupant set the alarm to go off (very loudly) at 6am, and housekeeping did not turn it off so i had quite a shock in the morning. The door to the room was scuffed and very dirty.

Staff was great. The condition of the rooms was a little questionable. There were things about the room that helped me come to the conclusion the rooms are not cleaned as thoroughly as you would hope. I won’t go into details but when you pay as much as you do for a room you would expect it to be clean. I don’t care that the property was older or came off that way but cleanliness has nothing to do with property age.

The drape in the room did not close ! There were sheers and a drape on either end of the sheet but it did not close ! Awful design on someone’s part. Opens to parking lot ! Absolutely no privacy ! Clerk gave us a large clip to clip the drape closed enough for privacy

Well, this is two star hotel at best. Everything is very dated and tired. Free breakfast is what you get for free in hotels of this class. Room had a smell of smoke. Even rooms are facing very busy and noisy highway so try to book odd room number. Beds are great though. Stuff is good

Nice hotel for the price. It could use a little refresh, but it was clean and comfortable. The shower looked newer and the water pressure was amazing. Also, everyone I interacted with at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The lady at the front desk was one of the most compassionate hotel employees I've ever encountered. My son and I were there on an emergency trip, and she went above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of this part of the trip--the few hours of rest we tried to get-- was the best. She chose a room she knew would be quiet, was reassuring that she was there for anything we needed, and had a wonderful, caring attitude.

Room was clean. Breakfast room staff was present, attentive, and kept everything clean & re-filled. Crisp bacon; juicy sausage. (If there'd been a tip jar, I would have been happy to leave a tip.) Only complaint was the front desk was unstaffed several times when I wanted to ask a question, but they were there and efficient for check-in and check-out.

Tried to get a room the attendant told me there were no rooms available, went out to my vehicle to check Expedia for other rooms. Found there were rooms available went back in after doing a reservation on Expedia. The attendant would not come back to the front desk, just hid behind the wall probably playing a game or watching miget porn. I called him out and said I know there are rooms available I just booked one on Expedia. The attendant finally came to out to help after ten minutes of watching him push buttons on the computer obviously lost as to what to do. I stated did they train you how to do this job asking as a concern that this kid didn’t have a clue. He then said he was refusing to help and I left.

The room itself was ok. However, the location of the hotel is not good. There is a very sketchy looking hotel (has blue doors) right nearby, adjacent to the park, that looks abandoned but isn't. Very shady people going in/out of it. Also had a homeless couple sleeping in the park, right below my window. When I mentioned to hotel staff, he didn't do anything about it. Said that police wouldn't handle it. I called right after that, police came immediately & moved the couple along. I definitely will not be staying here again in the future.

The staff checking us in and the morning we left were top notch. It's righ next to a large park so it's perfect for us with our dog. Parking is limited and if you are checking in late it could be an issue. The room was very clean and roomie, the bed was very comfortable.

This hotel is overall very nice. It is right off the highway and there are some homeless people nearby. The hotel has a fence around the property, however, and it overall felt pretty safe. The rooms and amenities are nice.

Rooms are clean but the stairwell - not so much. The staff is nice. Beds are okay. Breakfast is decent. Convenient location next to I-70. The surrounding areas have a lot of homeless and drug addicts hanging out. Picked it for the price-point and proximity to activities, but might do differently next time.

Breakfast is over at 9 am (too early in my opinion). We came down at 830 and the biscuits were rock hard, no orange juice, cardboard-like and tasteless bacon. I let a staff member know about the biiscuits and she brought 4 new ones to add and sqeezed the others and put them back in the container. Reception staff spent more time chatting in the back (morning) and hanging out with a friend (night) than being visible or ready at the counter

We were passing through for a night on the way to Bryce Canyon. Easy check and check out and nice desk people. The room was clean, the bed and sheets were not stained, the shower was clean with adequate water pressure. The “free” breakfast was standard. Not much more you can ask for from a mid range hotel.
