This location is under construction and there were construction materials all over the place. Our room didn't have a shower curtain, had 1 pillow on the bed, and the carpet was damp throughout the room. If it hadn't been so late when we arrived, we would have not stayed here.

We supposedly got a renovated room but the paint job was horrible. The door was old. Hallway had a smell. The bathroom floor baseboards were not new, chipped and looked horrible. Staff that we saw in hallway just walked by without acknowledging us or the question I asked. From the check in to the elevator to get to rooms you have 2 sets of above 4 steps. Hard to navigate with luggage.

Been traveling here for the past year now each time we come you see the differences from the construction going on. This last trip there has been a big change in the staff. This is a great stay if you’re on a budget and it’s just a train ride away to NYC.

The whole place is under construction/renovation. Zero amenities. Pool was drained and nothing in service. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, but nothing else as promised on the listing on hotels.com.
