The Stamford Hotel

The Beds & pillows were great! The room was clean. My biggest negative was the security. The Staff at the desk, all 3 times I walked back into the hotel in the evenings, never lifted their heads to say 'hello', 'welcome back' or more importantly, never acknowledged my presence!! I am a Realtor who travels. This can be rectified by the proper guidance of the proper manager.

The whole property is very maintained. Dinner and drinks in the bar area and the indoor pool were nice perks. We had a suite on the 8th floor and were surprised by the size, comfort and furnishings. From the friendly check in to our departure...very satisfied !

The overall hotel was clean but dated. However, the bed was very comfortable. My one complaint is that there was a lot of smoking (tobacco and weed) around the door to the parking garage…we had to walk through wall of smoke walking to the car. As someone who suffers from bronchitis/coughing on a regular basis this was an issue. I was happy about the complimentary coffee service but 6-8 is very limited especially over a weekend.

A little dingy, slow elevator, passable
