The hotel was super clean, comfortable, easy to access and only a couple of minutes off the interstate. I was a little disappointed in myself for not reading the description and finding out there was no complementary breakfast included, but that was my fault. I do have considerable hearing loss and the front desk. Individual was very soft-spoken, it was difficult for me to understand, hear him correctly. Although he was very attentive, I had to ask several times to please speak up so I could hear him. I was also disappointed that there was no breakfast included. There was a Starbucks facility in the lobby. I chose not to eat there because all of the food is premade and just reheated in a microwave, I find Starbucks to be very overpriced.

The hotel and staff were exemplary. That said, it was possibly the worst night stay of our very long lives. From about 9:30 p.m. until around 1 a.m. the noise from very loud cars outside was horrific. It sounded as if they were drag racing inside our room which was actually vibrating. That was compounded by doors slamming and very loud guests in the hallways. Then, to top it off, our bedside alarm had been set for 6 a.m. by a previous guest and went off. Better sound proofing, more attention to the activities of guests and having the house cleaning crew check the alarm would all have been helpful.

When I checked in they switched my room, and didn’t document it. Later on when I stepped out to attend a family event.. Staff removed my stuff and put it in lost and found. When I came back several hours later, it took 30 mins to convince them I wasn’t crazy and had been checked into my room before they would call security who verified my room was now occupied by another guest and my stuff was missing. They finally escorted me to lost and found.. where I found my stuff. They compd my room but this hotel is going to be a NOOOO for me because it felt like the twilight zone.
