Property is really dirty and not maintained. Room was filthy from floor to walls. Bed sheets were itchy. Place had no heater and was really cold. Had to leave after a couple days of hours of waiting for service. Got told they bring a portable heater not never came. Place feels unsafe with the crowd of ppl coming in and out. Not recommended to anyone.

They did not clean the room before trying to rent it to me they do not offer anything it says. There is no wifi for guests it is locked there is only a dorm fridge in the room. There wasn't even a trash can. And there was no way to warm any kind of food or drinks at all like it said there was

The room was dirty. The bedding was stained with cigarette burns. The wall had wires hanging out of it. There was no shower curtain in the shower. The refrigerator didnt work. There was no trashcan in the room. The air conditioner only cooled the room a little. I was there for five days and no one came to clean the room the entire time. I requested clean towels and no one ever brought them. I had no other options because of cost so i was stuck there for five days but i will never stay there again.

Door lock isn't good. The key was hard to open the lock. No remote for the TV and it's high up on the wall. Had to get on a chair to turn it on and turn channels. Bathroom light is low. No garbage pail in room.

The room was horrable we had no chairs, no wifi, tv had 2 channels in english, no trash can, no microwave. When we asked about the condition of the room was told that was the only one available and take it up with hotels.com we called hotels and was offered no money back very unfair the pictures on your website doesn't match the room we was given i add photes and you can see the room the heater and ac was well over 8 feet off the floor anx was notveven able to control it because not tall enough

Dirty. I asked them to vacuum, please. They said there is no vacuum cleaner. Carpet very dirty. Stains and dirt on bed spread. I slept on blankets from my car. I slept with shoes on and clothes on. No mirror in bathroom. No place to set anything in bathroom. Wooden table and chair in room were dirty. I cleaned them with sanitizer wipes. Smell of stale air. No bedside reading light or table. Only ceiling light. (I needed a place for the night. Other places booked. This was $74 ($87 with tax). I plan to ask for a partial refund. Not much sleep. Also fire alarm located in the room went off. When I called the desk, they said it does that when someone takes a hot shower somewhere else in the building???? I was asleep!!!

The two star rating on this property is very generous. The property is aged and in poor condition. The environment is dodgy to say the least. Lots of people milling around with nowhere to be. However, the water was hot and the pressure was good, and peculiarly the lavatory tissue was very good quality if that is important for you. The police removing a decesaed person two rooms down from us in the morning was a little off-putting, but not entirely surprising. You have been warned.

This hotel is a total dump, my room was not vacuumed or cleaned. The bed had used sheets and were stained and nasty. The comforter had sticky stuff and burn holes all over. The towels in the bathroom were still wet from the last people who stayed in that room. Never ever go here, I will never go back to that dump. It needs to be condemned.

If there was a negative rating we'd pay to give it! The hotel was a rat hole. I can't fathom the rationale behind Expedia putting their name and reputation behind such a mess. The room was dirty, smelly and the walls seemed to have vomit splattered all over. The bed sheets, rags and towels were all dirty. There was even faeces on the carpet outside the hallway. Being tired and trying to somehow find the mental space to deal with this horror, we requested a change of sheets and was told they didn't have any clean bedding available. That was the final straw. We immediately checked out, not even spending an hour in the place and subsequently requested a refund. This is by far the worst experience we've ever had regarding a booked hotel room. Expedia can kiss our business goodbye as we'll never use them again. Now they seem to be stone-walling our refund! Moreover I had to re-edit this post numerous times. Though it's obvious this kind of vetting escaped the room they rented us, let's see if this re-edit passes Expedia's smell-test.

The whole place was dirty, no mirror on the bathroom, stains in the bed sheets, blood stains on the walls, cigarette burns on the bed headboard, at checkin they did not want to accept the credit card, only cash, a suspicious look from the manager. I would say that Expedia is bringing is reputation down just by association with this property. I wouldn’t stay there for free anymore

No towels in the room . It was a hole in the wall motel. Weird people hanging around. Found the top of my car open. Lucky I remembered to take everything out. Someone kept knocking on my door all night. This was a terrible hotel. Beds are old, bathroom looked like something on scared straight. Never again!

It's filthy and does not feel safe. There was no deadbolt on my door, just a pushbutton lock. The bathroom door had been removed from the hinges. The area was sketchy at best - lots of people begging for money, empty alcohol bottles on the sidewalk. Worst of all, when I woke up the next morning, I saw two very much alive bedbugs on the sheets. I was hoping they were some other kind of bug, but after checking Google Images and a couple of pest control sites, they were DEFINITELY bedbugs.

The man behind the bullet proof glass was very nice and insisted he show me the room before charging my card. I appreciated that. The room was bare bones, but did have a TV. I wondered if they had an hourly rate, but didn't ask. There is a reason why it is the cheapest hotel listed in the area. I was tired, it was late and raining and I needed to rest. I took the room. It was adequate. It was quiet all night, and my car was still there in the morning. My heart goes out to struggling businesses like this who are trying to stay open in a bad economy.

The room was dirty. The bedding was stained with cigarette burns. The wall had wires hanging out of it. There was no shower curtain in the shower. The refrigerator didnt work. There was no trashcan in the room. The air conditioner only cooled the room a little. I was there for five days and no one came to clean the room the entire time. I requested clean towels and no one ever brought them. I had no other options because of cost so i was stuck there for five days but i will never stay there again.

It's basically a local 'paid' shelter. No smoking signs in lobby, but furniture had numerous burn stains and ashes. Heavily stained carpet. Dingy looking linen, but did smell freshly laundered. No security, i.e. chain on room door, which looked like it has previously been busted in. Simple door lock that like you'd find on a bathrook door. Exterior room door looked like it has been previously busted in. Although there are young mothers with children who evidently live there, it's not a place for the "faint hearted" who also might feel threatened by young men idling near-by. LOL BTW, it took mgr several hours to find a tv remote after searching other rooms, despite no vacancy other than one near lobby awaiting a guest who was paying $150 for the night. (So I was told. Didn't know if that was real or an attempted hustle for me to pay for an upgrade.)LMAO Anyway, I slept soundly with the only chair hooked up under the door knob.

I should have read the reviews before booking. Terrible place. Dirty. Sketchy people hanging around. Yelling and door slamming all night long. If i would have been alone, i would have never checked in.The only good thing about this place was the front desk clerk.

They guy and his wife are pretty descent people and they have great customer service, very friendly. Rooms are okay and clean. There is everything around the hotel from Walgreens to McDonald's and downtown is a 10 minute walk.

I was greatly disappointed when arriving and seeing questionable people loitering around the front door. The dumpster at the rear of the parking area was overflowing greatly. The front desk clerk was very kind. Before he would accept our non-refundable payment he gave my husband the room key for him to check it out. My husband said the room was awful and the sheets were stained. Needless to say we left and found another room. This hotel being on Expedia's list is extremely disappointing. We were looking simply for a place to sleep after conducting some business in Waterbury. That's why the low rating was not alarming. We were not looking for amenities but simply a night's rest. I would never under any circumstances recommend this hotel.

Property is really dirty and not maintained. Room was filthy from floor to walls. Bed sheets were itchy. Place had no heater and was really cold. Had to leave after a couple days of hours of waiting for service. Got told they bring a portable heater not never came. Place feels unsafe with the crowd of ppl coming in and out. We arrived around 10:30 pm. There were bars in the windows of the run down looking one story building. We pulled into the garage next door and were promptly approached by 2 different men wanting to sell us something. The neighborhood looks run down and drug infested. We did not feel safe to stay there.

No towels in the room . It was a hole in the wall motel. Weird people hanging around. Found the top of my car open. Lucky I remembered to take everything out. Someone kept knocking on my door all night. This was a terrible hotel. Beds are old, bathroom looked like something on scared straight. Never again!

Did not feel safe at all staying here. We saw several strung out people and a dude wearing a full face mask walking around the parking lot in warm weather.. left without checking in and stayed somewhere else.

It's filthy and does not feel safe. There was no deadbolt on my door, just a pushbutton lock. The bathroom door had been removed from the hinges. The area was sketchy at best - lots of people begging for money, empty alcohol bottles on the sidewalk. Worst of all, when I woke up the next morning, I saw two very much alive bedbugs on the sheets. I was hoping they were some other kind of bug, but after checking Google Images and a couple of pest control sites, they were DEFINITELY bedbugs.

Do NOT stay here! I am not a picky person when it comes to hotels. I have stayed in some not so great places but this one was terrible. The property was run down and dirty with trash. When I checked into my room there was broken furniture as well as a hole in the wall that was stuffed with a Styrofoam cup. There was also a hole in the floor that looks like it might have been a toilet drain. I checked for hot water and it barely got warm. I ended up walking out of the room after a few minutes and getting my money back. Sketchy as hell!
