Capitol Hill Hotel

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The main detraction was probably one not easy to overcome, which is that it is an older property - the rooms were small, the bathroom tight with no fan and just a pocket door, but otherwise, things were fine in our 2 queen room. Taxi's were readily available, and it is convenient to Capitol Hill.

Great location great value

We had to ask the staff to clean the tub in our bathroom, after we found some pubic hairs. The cleaning ladies were very apologetic. They were not the ones that originally cleaned our bathroom but made it right. The view that we had was awful. We had the alley view with vehicles parked two feet away from our window. Parking was none existent. Do not count on it. We were lucky, guests were checking out as we were checking in and we ended up getting their parking spot

Great hotel in an excellent location. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the free (and good) coffee and water in the lobby too! I will definitely stay here again.
