I was overcharged for valet parking, and they don't mention on their site for excessive fees over and above what they listed per day! I will dispute this with my bank.

Breakfast is a bit expensive for an average hotel scrambled egg and omelet buffet, but convenient. You can expect to pay near $45 with gratuity.

Stayed 3 nights

Location is very convenient. It situates on the top of Metro Center station. Facility looks beautiful. My room was very spacious. However, my room was a connected room and the insulation is not very good. So, I heard voices of my neighbors that was very disturbing. I requested to change my room to another non-connected room, but I could not get one and had to spend 3 nights in that room. Power-outlet attached to bedside desks were lose and I was not able to push my charger fully. It is not just a convenience issue but also the safety/fire hazard issue that any hotel should watch out for and get all fixed immediately. Two bedside desks had the same problem. This may be the indication that this high-end hotel is not paying the attention to its basic maintenance and details very much. My toilet bowl tank valve was not functioning and water continued to flow to a tank although the tank was full. Another maintenance issue. I was able to fix this is issue by myself by adjusting a little screw. Yes. It is as simple as that, but the hotel did not notice the issue and fixed it before I check in.
