Clean room

The staff was amazing! But EVERYTHING else the breakfast was so bad, the room where the ice machine is look disgusting. The place needs alot of work and it smells.

Heater is extremely LOUD which wakes me up every time it works. Reception has very cold manner. Breakie is very very limited and slow. Too little food for grab. There is no kettle and cups in the room which is BIZARRE! Its snowing out there and i can't even have some hot water and cup of coffee.

Breakfast “buffet” was not a buffet. It was just eggs sausage and toast or a bagel. No griddle foods like waffles or pancakes. Only 2/4 parts of the four slice toaster worked. There’s no coffee maker and complimentary tea/coffee in the rooms. The shower curtain is too small for the shower so water gets all over the floor. Front desk service was lackluster. And you have to pay for parking. I’m not a fan of any hotel where you have to pay to park there.

The room was large and very clean. In a very safe area as well.
