Had I known I was going into a room that was in the beginning of renovation, I would have NEVER stayed at this place. The floors were filthy, walls unpainted and had holes everywhere, the bathroom door had a hole in it on the inside, the outside door lock worked....sometimes. Wall plates were off of the wall and the lamps near the bed were not plugged into the outlets. The bathtub was peeling paint (?) or ceramic and mould was present in a couple of areas. Folks were nice enough but didn't even ask how things were. Towels appeared clean on the first day. No blanket for the bed, just two sheets. Expedia needs to get better condition reports before allowing travellers to go into a really downtrodden place!

Hotel was older and needs some updating. Toilet & tub both stained. Pool was not working. Breakfast was minimal, coffee, juice, muffin, bagel or some cereal. Front desk staff were all very nice. For the price it was ok.

The hotel was very outdated. The sheets seemed extremely dirty. I even saw a dirty footprint near my pillow. The shower was so bad that I didn't even take one despite I was on the road all day. The breakfast was served in brown bags. The only good thing is that it was right off the interstate.

Very low end hotel of course for the price that was expected but I needed something quick. Showed up, doors locked. Knocked on the glass, nothing. Peeked inside a room I saw with the door open, nobody there. Went to the hotel behind it, same owners come to find out, the lady came and called them for me, so I went back over to check in. They were there this time. Check in was smooth, very polite, he apologized for my experience. Needs major attention and upgrades.

The personnel were pleasant. It appears to have been built in the 1960-70's. One day, when we were attending funeral, we returned to Motel room to find the bed spread and bare pillows were laying in chairs. Room had not been cleaned by day crew. 😒 Everything but the TV and dresser were outdated. Bathroom shower came out in 5 or 6 streams of water... could not adjust shower to spray. A lot of traffic noise at I-75 & Route 441 intersection nearby. Continental Breakfast is pathetic.

The manager Dave was great and the front desk person Jennifer was amazing both very friendly people and will go outta there way to help ya we come back to Florida definitely going back there to see them and stay again.. and now that they have started renovations it’s starting to look good

It was not good spirit cause when we got there on the sink that you take a shower there was some poop in there and there were some cockroach too. They need to do a better job in cleaning.

Unbelievable! Hair in the tub and floor. Toilet had NOT been flushed. Bed was disheveled, box spring and mattress were stained beyond belief. Pillows can't be this thin can they? When we cancelled our reservation we were 3 minutes late (before we could speak to anyone), and were charged a late fee of $30! Stay away from this place!!!

The hotel was dirty, cigarette Burns for non-smoking room all over the place the Sheets Were torn and it smelled like weed when we walked in there. It was non-refundable or we would have left. I trust hotels.com when I pick a hotel out from you. Hotels.com should be embarrassed to have this poor Hotel Hotel on it's sight. It cost me $120 for this room. I personally feel you should give it back to me. And not to mention the German roaches. I was freaked out!

Horrible! No curtains (their reason was that it was just painted and they can't find them) for my whole 7 day stay. Gross graffiti with some sticky substance all over it. MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF MOLD!! Staff was barely existent...let alone extremely unhelpful! Horrible!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. Photo is nothing what it looks inside. Cockroaches inside the fridge and all over the furniture. Bathrooms were not cleaned in weeks. Whole property needs remodeling. Paint chipping off the walls, Hair in all corners of the bathroom, lights not working, mattresses dirty with stains. We rented 5 rooms for other family memebers and each room was the same. When we complained to the staff, nothing was done.

Headboard had streaks of somthing on it. 2nd room the linen that covered the lower spring part of the bed was filthy. The shower/tub had dirt as well as a pubic hair of sort on the edge. We asked for our money to be refunded and stayed else where. Will not book this hotel or this chain again

Dirty nasty floor and bathroom breakfast is a joke was over charged for the room took extra $30 asked about it and was told it was for incidentals. No refund yet! No TP in restroom. Would not recommend it to anyone sleep in your car.

The room cleaners are doing the best they can with what they have. The bed, kitchen and bath were clean. the old carpet was gross and sticky - they don't have proper tools to clean sticky dirty carpet. Remove it and replace with hard surface flooring. Also, very noisy with slamming doors and amplified music next door. They can fix these problems.

The room exceeded our expectations. They need to update the picture on the website. The effort was noticed. The railings were freshly painted as were the rooms and all new flooring. Room for improvement- no blanket on the bed. The bedspread was a decorative thin sheet. I slept in my clothes. I brought my own pillow. Glad because the pillows were completly flat. We only got 2 towels for 4 people and when we asked for a few more towels, we couldn't get them. Shower was hot and the room was clean. We would give it another try.

I booked this hotel on a whim because we needed somewhere to turn into for the night in our way to Ft. Lauderdale. If all you need is somewhere to turn in so you can sleep for the night then this place will do in a pinch. It’s clearly seen better days though. The mattresses were old & the sheets are threadbare. The toilet needed attention & there was a dead bug stuck to the wall by the mirror. But it got the job done and we made it to our destination safely.

This property was barely functional. We left after one night and requested a refund for the second night. The desk clerk said she would put in the request, but couldn’t guarantee we would get a refund. I would not recommend anyone stay there.

We are getting a refound, I called around 2pm to verify the room, and they said that everything was ok but when we arrived at midnight and the manager said that was expedia fault that the hotel was overbooked. The front desk guy was nice, but the manager was pretty rude.

Manager is horrible. I came to check in but I was ask to remove my car because the parking is for customers only. But then, I said I am here to check in but this guy who introduced himself as the manager says I can check in now for $30 more dollars (2:40pm) other than that I am not a customer therefore leave the parking and come back when I am a customer.

The staff member that checked me in was very nice, professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. On the other hand, bathroom tub and toilet seat was dirty, after every flush was overflowing where I had to use a plunger every time, shower curtain was moldy and towels were was dirty as well so I used my own. And upon checkout, the property manager, not so much. I feel as though as he needs to become more informed of promotions associated with bookings before ensuing confrontation and also work on his people skills.

The hotel was very outdated. The sheets seemed extremely dirty. I even saw a dirty footprint near my pillow. The shower was so bad that I didn't even take one despite I was on the road all day. The breakfast was served in brown bags. The only good thing is that it was right off the interstate.

They’re very really located close to I-75 and 441 with safe lighted parking lot . Office always open . Rooms clean and comfort as ble ac and WiFi cable tv etc

The personnel were pleasant. It appears to have been built in the 1960-70's. One day, when we were attending funeral, we returned to Motel room to find the bed spread and bare pillows were laying in chairs. Room had not been cleaned by day crew. 😒 Everything but the TV and dresser were outdated. Bathroom shower came out in 5 or 6 streams of water... could not adjust shower to spray. A lot of traffic noise at I-75 & Route 441 intersection nearby. Continental Breakfast is pathetic.

Needed a comfortable place to crash for a few days. This fit the bill perfectly fine. Not the lap of luxury, but if you need a quiet, safe, clean place to stay I would definitely recommend.

Hotel was older and needs some updating. Toilet & tub both stained. Pool was not working. Breakfast was minimal, coffee, juice, muffin, bagel or some cereal. Front desk staff were all very nice. For the price it was ok.

There were dead bedbugs under the bottom sheets. One single roll of toilet paper was provided. The toilet kept running all night. A group of young people were repairing their cars in the parking lot, some on jack stands. The vending machines were out of order/not stocked. There were full trashbins surrounded by garbage next to, and under the stairs to the second story. Room numbering was nonstandard, with rooms 140-160 on the second story. Continental breakfast was a Hostess pastry in its wrapper, along with a rice krispies bar, presented in a paper bag below a sign that said "take one." The flat-screen television worked well, but was only 28 inches. On the positive side, there were plenty of clean towels provided, and staff I encountered were friendly and prompt with customer service - just appear overwhelmed with the state of the property. Even though I prepaid through Expedia, I did not stay through the second night and opted instead to leave in the evening.

Don\'t understand why this property gets negative reviews! Our room was clean, TV had A LOT of stations from which to choose. WiFi worked well. Our only " complaint " would be the breakfast - no milk for the cereal, no juice, no yoghurt = just cereal without milk and reasonably good coffee. We\'ll probably stay here again.

This was only hotel available to escape hurricane with any rooms and that would accept my dogs.Office staff was friendly. However the rooms were dirty and outdated. Bed was broken. Mold in shower. Dirty towels left in nightstand and food left in microwave. Breakfast was brown bag with muffin and fruit. Storm passed and head home a day early and no refund given for the last night I booked. Again would stay there only in emergency not for a fun vacation. Saw people working on rooms so hopefully property gets cleaned up and fully staffed

The front staff was nice and helpful. The first room smell clean but had some suspect spots in the shower and the mattresses were extremely old and stained. After asking for a different room, the next room was basically in the same shape as the first but the shower was a little cleaner. On the plus side, all the rooms had laminate floors, so at least no gross carpet. Hotel offers a free continental breakfast.

The heat didn’t work. The bed was uncomfortable and dirty. The tub was dirty. There was hair on the rags and towels. When I went to change rooms I couldn’t even get into the second room. It was just a really bad experience.
