I was disappointed we stayed two nights and no one cleaned our room. I did not need new sheets but a made bed, new towels and trash dumped would have been nice. We were in town for a concert so paid alot of money for this hotel. beds super comfy as were pillows.

Everything was great. The bathroom sink drain needed some attention. It drained very slowly, leaving the sink dirty.

The room was clean the staff was very nice and accommodating. The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. Location was close to the springs and grocery stores. Very convenient!! Thank for the stay Holiday Inn & Suites we had a great time. See you this summer!
