I liked the free breakfast & coffee. It was good. I liked the patio area with the propane fire pit & sitting area. I didn't like the dirty, Cold Pool, and the Hot Tub also was NOT working and it was dirty and disgusting.

Pool was very dirty had no chlorine, had yellowing and black algae growing in it. (Disgusting) The pool deck paver area was dirty and dead leaves needed blowing off. Elevator smelled of urine and was dingy. The toilet in our room was loose on mounting brackets and had escaping sewer gases. There were homeless and vagabonds living in the woods around hotel area, with little police presence.

The hotel appeared rather new and fresh. Room was comfortable, however I booked a suite and was not told it was unavailable until after check in. They did promise a partial refund, which I felt was fair, but I have not yet seen the refund. Breakfast was decent. Pool and hot tub were unexplainedly closed for the evening we were there.

One glaring disappointment about this property... they only have ONE elevator, so everybody checking out at the same time as well as the housekeeping staff trying to move from floor to floor with one elevator for a hotel of the size is ridiculous. Every guest that I encountered was talking about it as well as some of the staff.

This property is clean, quiet, convenient from I 75. Eric, the manager, was professional and gave us a great King suite room. The pool is clean and the fitness room well stocked with machines. Just a great spot and value. Pick this one.

I don't generally like to give hotel reviews because I KNOW my bar is probably unreachable. So, keep that in mind. I also know the cleaners are working on a time limit per room. I truly think they probably do as much as time allows. The hotel itself seemed very clean. Pool and outside was very well maintained. Eating area was exceptionally clean and presentation was beautiful. Food was cooked perfectly. Staff was very professional! Five stars in that area. Upon entering the room it was very pleasant to look at. It didn't have a bad odor at all. HOWEVER, it definitely needed some deeper and overall cleaning. Wall next to the toilet had some kind of "splatters". And all the baseboards were gross. The shower floor and grout looked like it was no longer able to get clean (permanently stained, needed regrouting). Kleenex box had not been cleaned in a while (not just dust from kleenex fibers) Walls in entry and kitchen had several splatters on them. But the fridge and microwave (including the counter areas) needed more detailed cleaning. TV screen had ALOT of obvious greasy handprints. Headboards appeared clean. Sheets and covers seemed clean. No obvious stains. I felt like they were clean. Drawers were definitely NOT wiped out. Carpet wasn't gross. SO, seeing as we were there for my husbands surgery and it was a home game weekend I just broke out my gloves and Clorox wipes, sanitizing spray and wiped EVERYTHING down. Always wore flip flops. Could've definitely been cleaner

Really beautiful grounds. Felt safe. Lots of pretty plant beds. Nice big airy breakfast area, nice families. Good food. No potatoes but they had scrambled eggs and sausage, also oramge juice, fresh fruit, and hardboiled eggs. Suite was huge and clean. Nice clean bathroom. Plenty of space. Only problem was the fridge made a terrible noise all night. But other than that, it was a wonderful hotel.

The shower head has great water pressure and very hot water, needed after a long day of work outside. The AC unit was terrible, the wall thermostat is not a real working one, not sure why it's even there. The window unit was very loud (rattles and makes a high-pitched humming when not blowing), vent very dirty and it only turns one for 1 minute then shuts off for 1 hour, then it turns on again for 1 min. Very disappointing, got no sleep. I think that is ridiculous for paying almost $300.00 for one night. With no proper AC, time to upgrade or fix it.

Everything was excellent except only one thing. I had a king sized bed which looked delightful. The side most common to sleep on was the right side near the phone and light. The mattress was broken, had a huge dent from the bodies sleeping in the same spot. I had to got to the other side . Probably too soft of a bed in general. Firm should support better. This mattress is beat.

Kids and I loved the comfortable beds and the black out blinds. We were able to get a great night sllep. AC was quite and not like other places that would wake you up each time it kicked on. Breakfast was also very good and check in/out was the easiest Ive ever had.. Holiday Inn Express is the perfect place to stay at everytime we leave home and will recommend to ALL my family and friends.

Staff here are out of this world friendly. The staff who checked us in were fantastic and we even talked about how great they were later in the night . Excellent property! We stayed during the power out time from hurricane Idalia. The hotel is pet friendly and due to the emergency circumstances we were not charged the fee pet. Front staff was very accommodating and welcoming. An issue with the tv remote was immediately addressed and fixed. This a the hotel I recommend to family and friends when they come to visit and it has been consistently an excellent choice.

Overall this facility exceeded our expectations. Firstly, everything was clean and orderly. Secondly, the employees were helpful and friendly. Lastly, we were able to bring our small dog and although pets are accepted, the facility does not have run down smell. The location is perfect with the Publix conveniently located next door.

This property is EXCELLENT to stay at. The breakfast is great and the ladies who take care of the items are SUPER friendly and everything is kept fresh! We always try to stay at this properly when we visit UF. The location is great and it is easy on and easy off to Interstate 75. The rooms are clean and very kept up. The staff is also very friendly.

Every thing was up to a Holiday Inn Express Standard until construction started in my hallway outside my door at 7:30 am. Stopped after a few minutes and started again at 8:30. We run businesses and don’t really understand this thinking… the hotel was not full. Why would you not re-carpet one floor at a time and put all guests on the other floors. Anyways… everything else was fine ! In a week or so when the Reno’s are done it should be back to normal 👍 A little farther from the highway, which was one reason why we chose it . So that I could sleep in …. lol Husband says that Breakfast was good average and seating was comfortable. Coffee was sub par .

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was definitely above-average for this type of hotel. Fresh fruit, hot cinnamon rolls, plentiful and refilled throughout a sold-out weekend. We got there late Friday night and the desk manager filled a c oupld of requests quickly and pleasantly. Only identified negative was a single elevator, which made for a few lengthy waits.

Great stop to stay for the night while passing through. Clean rooms and bathrooms, decent breakfast. The lady maintaining breakfast seemed easily overwhelmed with it all and couldn’t keep up with breakfast for people. That was the only downside was her seeming exasperated with the whole breakfast duty but the hotel was clean and front desk was nice and helpful. I’d stay again.
