It was awesome and the staff were very friendly, only thing was there were no washers and dryers so it required us to have to go find a laundromat, traveling with baseball, having washers and dryers would have made it more convenient

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Overall great. Only issue was one of only two elevators was out of service. Very incontinent. Mornings being the worst. Between guest coming down for breakfast and the housekeepers on duty. Waiting almost ten minutes for the elevator. They were sold out so lots of guests. After talking to some of the staff, it seems this elevator has been out for several days and noone knew when it would be up and running. Other then this issue it was a very pleasant experience and would recommended.

Chose this location to escape from Hurricane Milton, as I think most other guests did. The accommodations for various pet types and helpfulness of the staff was second to none. It was the best hotel stay we’ve had in years, and we look for a Hampton with similar room every time we travel now. Kudos to the staff for a fantastic experience.

Very clean and accommodating. There were some small mold spots in the shower but otherwise, it was a great space. The staff was helpful and let us check in early due to the fact that we were coming into town for a funeral. Best breakfast bar I’ve had in a long time at a hotel. Pumpkin spice waffle batter!

The carpet in the room was filthy. The mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable. The lobby area was extremely clean and comfortable. The overall price was outrageous!

The staff was extremely rude from the second we arrived. Our room had a leaky shower and was covered on mold. There was a big patch of wet carpet between the beds that got worse over the course of being there. There were brown splatters on the bathroom wall which I can only assume was poop. Horribe, unsanitary and disgusting place. I highly recommend not staying here.

Very nice updated rooms, bathroom was great. The sofa pull out bed was the most comfortable pull out couch I have ever slept on. We also used roll away bed for additional sleeping space. Pool was great, had a small party with my son’s teammates by the pool. Breakfast was great too. Lots of seating and options for all eaters.

I had to step on my suitcase to get into the bed. I called the front desk about the height of the bed and asked them if they had a step or could they lower the bed.? the desk clerk said she would look into it. The bed could not be lowered because there was no maintenance person working and she went looking for a step, but only found a two step kitchen ladder. The two step ladder was awkward and getting into the bed so I decided to use my suitcase. Once into the bed, I was unable to sleep well because the bed uncomfortable. My daughter complained about her bed also being uncomfortable feeling lumpy breakfast at the hotel had a nice variety and the food was good. The hotel clerk was very nice, but I left unsatisfied and probably will not stay at that hotel again.

Bathroom was not working right. Toilet wouldn’t flush sink and tub shower were super slow draining. Didn’t even get an apology and guy that checked us in brought up about guys smoking marjuana from another stay and said at least they smoked it outside and just staired at me. Very unprofessional

As I have found with my last 2 stays at Hampton Inns, front desk staffing is either understaffed or they stay behind another area. Both "free" breakfasts were under par unless you are a waffle lover. Sad to have to get a good breakfast later.

The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful. My family and I stayed there so we were close to Ginni Springs. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were very clean and cozy. You have a few places to grab food and a Publix is close by. We were able to walk to Dairy Queen for ice cream. You can also walk to Dunkin for coffee. However they do have accessible coffee 24/7 in the front. We would definitely stay here again.

The check-in staff was nice and very helpful. Breakfast was less than acceptable with very few i choices and kitchen staff acted like it was a bother to ask for anything. Hotel is updated but I wouldn’t recommend choosing this hotel if you are interested due to the free breakfast

Very clean rooms. There is a gas station nearby. The front lobby lady went out of her way to get me hot water for my tea. Nice simple breakfast area with scrambled eggs, sausage, and grits.
