It was one of the best reservations my family has had. From the moment we stepped into the hotel a smell of cleanliness was so welcoming. Our heartfelt thanks to thr counter staff. Nice hotel. Fantastic person working the breakfast buffet. The BIG negatives—our room was so noisy-loud traffic literally all night long. We spoke to the front desk twice because our door lock was not working correctly. Still had problems the morning we checked out. Housekeeping was hit or miss-no trash taken out one day and no shower gel refilled. Slightly important.

It was average. Price is high for what you get. Beds were comfortable, first night slept well. Second night, lots of noise, room #208 is next to the mechanical room and it is very very loud. The cleaning ladies could do better, the toilet actually had a period blood stain running down the outside of the bowl....imagine that. Breakfast was lame as expected, very crowded on a Sunday. Food is junk, as always. I think it's overpriced. The building is dated.

The pleasing to the eye impression you get from the reception area of the building is not the same as the one you get from the in a hurry painted and decorated in the rooms. The gym didn’t offer sanitizing tools (paper, towels, liquid).

Wonderful stay, quiet, clean and easy to find parking in well lit parking area! The bathroom showed some age in the bathtub area like it needed to be updated but otherwise everything was great and employees were very friendly!

Hotel is average, good for a night stay. Property clean, not the typical Marriott. Very tiny lobby, plain decor, no luxury. Breakfast has very limited options. Rooms are descent, clean. Walls are very thin, it’s on a traffic area, you can hear every car, people walking upstairs from you. First time I heard noise in a Marriott hotel. Overall, location is convenient, lots of dining options down the road.

The hotel was decent, and breakfast had good options. The hotel has free parking and is 15 mins from Clearwater Beach, depending on traffic. We got a queen bed with a sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable for the first night, and I woke up with a sore back, so we ended up switching rooms to 2 queen beds. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would stay here again but book the 2 queen beds instead of the one with the sofa bed.

Great breakfast variety. Breads, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, eggs and sausage. Bed was very comfortable. The only issue was traffic noise that cannot be helped as this property sits on the corner of two major thoroughfares. Consider asking for an even-numbered room to face the north side.

While bed was comfortable there was a three inch round hole in the bathroom ceiling. I assume that is where the camera was mounted? The WiFi connection was very poor and could not allow us to watch Netflix without constant buffering. The couch was very hard and uncomfortable. Our last Fairfield stay!

Fast and friendly service. I arrived a few hours before check in. The guest services stated I can check you in now. Most Hotels, will not do that. I appreciated all the smiling faces from all employees. I highly recommend this hotel. It is close to town and only less then, two miles to a major venue. (Ruth Eckhard Hall)

Area is perfect!!! I stay here at least 1 a year. This time around on the 3rd day service was not done in the room. Left the property at 730 am, came back at 4 and maid stated was going to do room, told her I was going to shower when I was done she was able to do it, well she never did!! On top of that I guess the maid decided to throw on the floor my personal towels that I brought from home with the rest of the hotel towels. Asked her for towels and stated I have to ask my manager to get permission to give you more towels!! WTH! Since when? I went to the front desk to do a complaint and the desk clerk didnt care neither acknowledge the issue and just stated “So, I got the towels you want them or not?” Really!!! What type of customer service is that? Where was the “Im so sorry about what hapnd let me get you those towels ASAP!” Where was the empathy? Where was the apology from the front desk clerk? I stayed here 1 week a year for the last 4 yrs but unsure it will happen again!

The hotel is next to a service road and overpass and since we were at the end nearest we did hear from inside. The location is safe but definitely felt far from Clearwater Beach. Especially if traffic hits it'll take up to 30-40 minutes (a trip that should take 20 or less). We're a family of 4, our kids had a good time. The beds to me were uncomfortable and I didn't rest well for 4 nights stay. The rooms are spacious enough for us to spread out, especially w 2 small dogs. The parking is free and plenty of it behind the hotel as well. We didn't go in the pool bc we were at the beach. It looked fine but fairly small. The breakfast was waffles, eggs, bacon one day or sausage mainly. Nadia, who helped at breakfast was a delight and very helpful. You can't enter the main drive if driving from the south.

Good location if you don’t want to pay the hotel prices on the beach. 15-20 mins to Clearwater Beach. 5-10 minutes to downtown Safety Harbor. Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Average pool area but we never had a problem getting chairs late in the afternoon. Basic free breakfast. No hidden resort or parking fees which was nice!
